“Was expecting an internet box to arrive waited in was opening my front door from 9am-1pm to see if they left it at my front door. The driver never buzzed my intercom or knocked on my front door, but instead took a picture of front door and walked off! Now have to wait 72 hours for my next delivery support won't even change it to next day for the mess up! They really don't care! They also hope you to and fro from chat advisor to another making you repeat everything you said. Absolute joke!.”

“Driver didn’t even bother to attempt delivery despite me being home all day. Called customer service and their advice was most drivers don’t bother to knock so for the re-arranged delivery add instructions to knock!! Seriously! The customer service lady then stopped talking to me mid sentence and started a conversation with her colleagues ignoring me completely, I could hear everything she was saying including complaining that she doesn’t want to be there dealing with this and just wants to go home! Worst customer service and delivery service ever!”

“I was at home waiting for a parcel and driver just took a photo of my door and left! He was to lazy to bring my parcel from van because it was heavy! Noone from this company was able to help with this situation. Not on live chat or on phone call. All they can do is " sorry for bad experience but we can't help " Ridiculous. Very disappointed”

“Here I am living in Groundhog Day second time in six weeks. My parcel was supposed to be delivered with a one hour time slot between 1229 and 1.29. At 12:29 I went into my kitchen where there is a window that I can see the road and the gate from and started watching. At 12:35 I get a message to say sorry we missed you. The driver was never at my address. The exact same thing happened six weeks ago. In that situation I was outside cutting my grass when apparently I was not in and he missed me. I recently sent a parcel to the other end of the country. The exact same thing happened there. The recipient received a message to say sorry we missed you whilst the whole time being in the house with dogs that bark at the slightest noise at the door! It would appear that DPD drivers don’t do what they’re paid to. They just say you’re not in Six weeks ago It resulted in my parcel being sent back to where it came from which is why I’ve re-ordered it now. I’m appalled at the same thing is happening again. I would advise you to pay a bit extra and use a different delivery service. DPD just aren’t up to the job. If he was at my address why is the pic just black? It’s daytime!”

“Absolutely outrageous service from DPD. I was waiting for over an hour at my front door, yet the driver never showed up. To make matters worse, he took a photo of the building from the road and claimed that I missed the delivery. This is completely unacceptable and dishonest. I can't believe companies are still using such a terrible service. Avoid at all costs.”

“Absolutely useless people including customer service. My address is correct I was at home they have my number. The driver delivered at rong place left out side door I went to the address the owner of the house showed me the cameras the driver leaves the parcel by the door takes a picture goes back pick up the parcel mark as delivered and drive off .me call customer service and they tried to blame me useless disgusting people”

“Absolutely shocking - lies, ignorance of the area, laziness, what is going on? They're supposed to be delivering a phone on behalf of GiffGaff and I trust Giffgaff will cancel any agreement they have with DPD. I was in - looking out the window every few minutes, watching the progress on the DPD website and lo and behold sorry we missed you and a photo that I can only imagine was taken from the driver's seat across the road from a block of apartments that is down the road from me. And I cannot get through to a human being to resolve it. I thought DPD were pretty good but that idea has been shot to pieces.”

“Paid for next day delivery. Order was picked up early by DPD from vendor, returned home from work the following day to find out the order hasn't arrived, called DPD to make sure it was coming and was assured by a customer service agent that contacted the local depot it would definitely arrive.... It absolutely didn't! Don't use DPD if you need something on time, or an honest answer from a customer service rep. 0 ☆”

“Worst delivery company in UK! Delivery driver couldn’t find my address and nobody contacted me. One lady confirmed my address and told me that someone will call me within 60mins. Nobody called. Another lady closed the conversation without any explanation because didn’t want to responded me. They told me to wait and wait again until they will be closed. I needed deliver my parcel today and everybody are pissing me off and trying get to rid of me. Worst company!!! Nobody never treated me as a client like that.”

“Awful service and the online chat doesn't help. I have tried to have a parcel delivered 4 times, each time during the day when I am at work, I am given no warning or window for when the delivery will be made. Apparently they are unable to leave in a safe place, or with a neighbour or at a time that would actually suit me. If I had the choice I would never use this company as I dont understand how it can be so hard to deliver a parcel.”

“everytime a DPD delivery is involved, they never show up at the door in Belgium, they only pretend they do, and afterwards deliver the pack to some shop for the customer to pick up. Worst service ever! to be avoided at all costs!!!!!”

“Eurocentral Glasgow - driver Murray DPD sort your driver Murray out for the muirhead area of Glasgow. Over the last year for what ever reason Murray drives through my street and does not stop at my address (or take a picture of my door), he clicks I am not home (which I am. Captured on my cctv), then takes my parcel back to your base. Which I then have to wait on which can take several days to arrive. I have complained umpteen times/made complaints/spoke to eurocentral managers to be advised this will be dealt with. I can assure you this clearly hasn't been resolved the man still gets assigned my parcels and still does not deliver or attempt to deliver. Your services are shocking!! Sort this out.”

“I find this company & it's couriers excellent service providers of goods in transit. Always on time for me, they keep me posted when my goods will arrive. Drivers pleasant & courteous, their vehicles very clean & tidy. Great standards.”

“Why are the delivery men so RUDE!! I had a delivery today, man never said a word at the door, no hello nothing when I opened the door, he dump parcel down after taking picture in his hand, turn and walk off with bad attitude. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth when they are gone, especially when your not feeling too well. The firm needs to teach them some manners.”

“Today is the second day I have waited for my parcel. Yesterday driver came, I buzzed the security door open for him twice but he didn't think to pull the door open and let himself in. The security door is in working order and undamaged. He took a pic of the door and left. Today, nobody even showed up at all and no pics were taken either. I just got a notification saying I had missed my delivery although I have been waiting throughout my allocated time. I would never choose DPD, its a shame the retailer chose them. I don't recommend them. They will mess you about silly. Save yourself the hassle, anger , frustration and waste of time waiting around for them.”

“This company is disgraceful, Every time I have a parcel to be delivered, Same driver Gursharan , takes a picture of the tower block drives off . He can’t be bothered to take the lift , must be time . When you try to report him nothing gets done. Stay away from DPD , They condole it . I am a pensioner with a disability.”

“This is the second time in a week this company has failed to bring the complete order. Because I refused delivery (as not complete) the driver threw a carpet shampooer at me. Fortunately I managed to stop it with my door. I have tried contacting them and they are absolutely impossible to reach”
