I would like to have contacted DPD about an issue that I had with collection of a parcel, but their rather unimpressive website doesn't seem to allow any way to do so.

Absolutely the worst delivery company in the world, never once have they delivered first time and I have lots of deliveries. Just get a message sorry we missed you and have taken the day off work waiting watching their waste of time app to see where their incompetent drivers are, what a waste of time. I used to think other companies were bad but these make Hermes now Evri look like the rolls Royce.

The driver didn't deliver to me. But said he did and was given the wrong pin needed on my parcel. I've tried to contact them only to get recordings. They did attempt a second delivery just returned to sender. This isn't the first time this has happened.. all information was in my delivery details including my phone number. This is the worst company I've ever had to expect delivery from and wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Had a absloute joke of a experience one time the driver Shashi missed my address and had the cheek to have a picture him missing it he was behind my house how stupid do you need to be to miss a house that was literally right infront of you? From now on whenever i order something and its being delivered by DPD ill be cancelling the order and asking it to be sent by another company because this one is unreliable just useless idiots if they miss a delivery they should turn back and deliver it.

I would have not even given 1 star if it were possible. I purchased flowers to be delivered from M&S. Had I have known they used DPD I would have stopped the purchase, having had terrible past experiences. Message this morning asking if I needed them left elsewhere - I answered yes and gave a neighbour as preferred drop off point. Imagine my surprise when a message arrived confirming drop off with a picture of them on the door step I called, formulaic response. They agreed that I had requested the neighbour but the driver thought the poorch was deemed a safe place. Still waiting for a call from a Supervisor. Christmas will come sooner!

It's a shame Amazon works with DPD, one knows when a package is assigned to them is going to be a nightmare experience. My delivery was scheduled fbetween 7-8 p.m.. Suddenly a message popped up on my Amazon account stating the driver attempted to delivery my package at 8:43 but wasn't able to, even though I was home. In reality, no one rang the bell or called my mobile so no one attempted to deliver anything. When I went on the DPD website to track my package, it showed the driver took a picture of a random building, which is not even in my area, as proof of attempt. It's madness!

Customer service is inadequate. Platinum operate off scripted responses that are set up to frustrate you into giving up. Complaints department are dishonest and incompetent. Nina, Hayley, Kiran and Shannon all felt it more important to cover up for each others misconduct rather than addressing any point raised. Detailed evidence of the Gross misconduct of Shannon, Nina, Kiran and Hayley has been presented. Your staff have been caught out big time. Time to admit that and provide and professional response. Asked to speak to a senior manager. Refused. Wrote to each director on 4 occasions. No acknowledgement. No response. Informed them I would be moving my business elsewhere. Not remotely interested. We need a regulator for cowboys like this.

Dpd are absolutely hopeless, bunch of muppet drivers ,apart from the odd good one or two, Can’t find the right address, yet drives past my house then say they attempted delivery (bollocks) just couldn’t be arsed, not happy!

O stars is more accurate. Why do they get peoples hopes up of a great experience with a 1 hour delivery slot and then completley fail on every other aspect eg no delivery, not getting the right address, having a hostile driver when advised he was at the wrong address, driver then banging a parcel around on the ground which I picked him up on. Can't even be called a delivery company as deliver is the last thing they do.

Honestly the worst delivery company! I had the rudest driver complaining that I lived in a flat (even though I have a lift for him to access) saying if he knew I lived in a flat that he wouldn’t have delivered my parcel as it’s too long, he said that I needed to help him carry the 3 packages (even though I am 33weeks pregnant) he made me feel extremely uncomfortable! And to top it off, he has given me someone else’s parcel which is bubble wrap and I am now missing my baby car seat which is £300

Dpd Athlone. Worse company ever. My parcel was stolen .Scanned into the depot on the 6 April and disappeared. Where???? How they can lose an 11 kg parcel??? Very unhelpful customer service when trying to track the package.

What a joke of a company I cannot believe what I experienced. I got an E-mail saying sorry we missed you. I was sitting indoors I looked on the camera of my ring doorbell and yes he did turn up he walked up to the door entryphone and then walked away did not even ring my bell. It’s very clear and easy to do. I called dad and spoke with an extremely unhelpful uncaring individual she said you was not in. I told her I am housebound to which she said we won’t deliver again you will get a post office address to go to. I again said they did not deliver to me and I am housebound which made no difference to her how unbelievable is that I said I wanted to speak to a manager who would phone within two hours that was two days ago . I will check who the carriers are when ordering anything in future and if they say dpd will go elsewhere evrie and Yodal are fabulous these lot are shameful

Unreliable and dishonest. Once again I stayed in all day today waiting for a delivery promised for the morning, as confirmed by email. Once again I received an email to say "they missed me" - what a lie, again. No attempt to deliver to me or to any of my neighbours. I paid to have my package delivered - DPD owes me money. This company is professionally-inept, and to be avoided.

Even Columbus found America but this DPD is unable to find my address in heart of Manchastar I am still waiting my parcel for two days wasting my time secrificng my work suffering with mental stress due to this pathetic service. What a disappointment

Worst company ever. They should change the name for thieves. I sent to parcels to Portugal they made a mistake filling the documents so i couldn't finish the costums documents. I tried so many times reaching the costumer service for them to fix the mistake they made. They didn't they only fill your email box to shut you up. Know they lost both parcels. And know they are asking for many proofs. Im done with this company. Worst ever. They make mistakes, they steal and you have to give proofs. What a bulshit. If you want to loose money and sanity so go through and use DPD

I was missing the delivery for multiple times so I waited at the front gate ten minutes before the scheduled delivery time, as the online tracking showed the driver was ten minutes away. But then I watched the driver pass by my house without stopping, and just one minute later, I received a message saying I missed the package. It goes on for few times. One day I saw the delivery van at different location and asked the driver to give me the parcel directly. If I didn't saw that van that day, I will never receive my parcel. What a horrible service!
