“We have regular courier deliveries a considerable number by DPD. with this company they send an email giving a 1 hour time slot and our regular courier, Lee, is excellent in fact we get concerned if he has not delivered within 5 minutes of the beginning of the scheduled slot. We have never had any issue with the condition of any parcel delivered to us and Lee is a very good ambassador for DPD and indeed couriers in general.”

“Always found DPD delivers outstanding service! The driver in our area of Leicester ~ Michael, who regularly delivers to us every week is a credit to the company. He is on time, always smiling,friendly and is great! Well done DPD.”

“I get regular deliveries 5 -10+ times a week from different delivery companies, but my recent delivery from dpd 28/06 in Saltcoats , Ayrshire was amazing, I was wrestling several rescue dogs at the time of delivery, and the dpd driver was patient, respectful and a credit to the dpd company, he even took my offer of an Ice lolly in this crazy heat and gave me so many thanks for such a simple thing, I'd give 10+ stars for this lovely gentleman if I could x....”

“I have had approx 12 deliveries in the last 6 months from DPD. Every delivery has been excellent, the company keep you well informed and you are provided an hour delivery slot. The App is great, allows you to provide specific delivery instructions. Every driver I have met has been friendly and happy to help. DPD have also, on my last delivery, provided me a Saturday delivery, without extra charge, which was required due to a delay with the supplier. The customer service, when I have called them, go out of their way to help and be helpful. Best delivery service I have ever had.”

“My parcel was instructed to leave safe, which the driver did but unfortunately he left it safe at an incorrect address. I called your CS to explain and they called the driver while I held. The advisor advised me where the driver had delivered to (block opposite mine). I retrieved my parcel and within half hour the driver called round to check I had retrieved the parcel and he couldn’t apologise enough. First class service from the customer service advisor and from the driver (Matthew) for coming back to help rectify and checking I had my parcel.”

“Driver was excellent. He arrived with a smile as he professionally but cautiously managed to drive down our road and reverse out again. He has delivered to me before and I have never had any problem so would like to thank him personally with a good review. I totally was not expecting this delivery due to severe weather conditions.”

“My local courier Neil went above and beyond today when no one was in at my address to sign for my next day delivery Asos parcel, he then brought the parcel to my place of work to make sure that I received it next day when he really didn’t have to go out of his way to get it to me.”

“Always had good service from DPD both at home and work addresses. Really like the option of being able to track driver's progress and gives a good indication of when the parcel will arrive. Surprised and sorry that so many have not been happy with DPD. However based on my experiences with DPD I give a good recommendation.”
