“Completely rubbish, i told them twice trough their app to deliver my parcel to a neighbor, they left It out of my Door and It has been stolen, the service was already taking more days than they said, nine instead of five, then the great end, more than 40pounds, my stuff Lost, and they are still saying that It Is ok like this, be aware, the only Word that i can use here Is rubbish!”

“7 deliveries throughout 1 year. 3 of them never rang the buzzer. 1 of them continued shifting the delivery slot until it was 4 hours past. Another 1 where it was being delivered 1 day early when I was not going to be in. When I used the online service I was advised I could get it delivered to a pick-up store that same day. Instead I had to wait 24hrs before I could collect it. 2 of them had issues finding the door apparently. Interesting considering Royal Mail, Deliveroo, and loads of other services never had this issue. DPD are completely and utterly useless. Don't use them unless you are ready for your delivery to be delayed cause of reasons out of your control.”

“I ordered from Selfridges and i have a membership for an international shipment when they use Aramix or DHL i never faced an issue but this time they used DPD and i never received my 200$ shipments”

“Never listen to delivery instructions! How many people are home during the day? It's no use you coming back tomorrow - I won't be there. Despite having all my settings with safe place and neighbour, my parcel was "attempted" three times and then returned to sender. I now deliverable avoid delivery options if they use DPD.”

“Trying to deliver my parcel to the wrong address and telling me I'm not in to receive it. Try to contact them and palmed off with excuses. In the end I had to contacted the originating sender to contact dpd to sort it out. DPD is a useless company best avoided if you actually want to receive your items at the arranged time and correct location.”

“DPD is absolutely useless and has no policy for an exception or does not follow them. I have a very sad issue with parcel shipped with them and it is a disaster. They are delivering parcels for the 3rd day and never even bothered to call to receiver call to find out where is he located. It ends with the phrase: "Your parcel could not be delivered as we don't have the required contact name/number" What?! Their courier cannot read or blind?!”

“This is the fourth parcel in a row where they have said “Sorry we missed you, no one was in etc etc”. I work from home and am always here, and they just don't bother knocking or making themselves known. I only receive my parcel on the third or fourth round when they finally decide to knock. Shocking company.”

“I book a courier on 25 February i pay 308£ for package another 16 £for transport today is 09 March and still i don’t have. I spoke with them every day today they are telling me should be waiting another 14 working days for investigation. Don’t recommend!”

“I have just had a bad experience with the driver of your dpd van undertook us on the- A55 today we were doing the speed limit of the road we had to slam or he would of hit us .it had just rained . Is this how your driver should drive x the van reg is LG58yVU I have a picture”
