Absolutely avoid - laziest drivers - DPD is synonymous with drivers falsely claiming they tried to deliver - just read their reviews on Trust pilot and here - the vast majority of 1 star reviews say variations of ' i was at home and they never came but lied' . For it to be happening that much it must be allowed to happen by the depot managers. Our company is no longer going to use DPD - we can't afford the reputational damage.

This is the third time in a month that the DPD driver has simply opened the door to the office, dropped the parcel on the floor (behind the door) and driven off. Every other driver from every other courier company comes in, rings the bell on the counter and waits for me to take delivery (which takes about 15-20 seconds). At the very least he could have put it on the table about 3 feet from the doorway instead of the floor ... pure laziness and extremely annoying! Apart from that, the parcel was delivered when promised, hence the 3 stars.

The worst company ever ! The drivers don't even care to ring the door bell! They just give a very quick knocking on the door and they disappear ! I was at the second floor of my house and I didn't even have the time to go downstairs! We cannot even go to the toilet ffs when we are waiting a parcel from them ! They disappear in seconds ! What if someone has a serious health problem and cannot move quickly? You should tell your drivers to show some respect for a change !!! Terrible service !!!

DPD emailed me three times to say a named driver would turn up with my parcel in a stated delivery period. On all three periods - over a period of two days, no van turned up ie. No human being attempted to use the door bell, or knock on the door, which was in ear shot during the period of stated arrivals. Upon reviewing the reputation of DPD on this page alone, this all comes as no surprise to me now. DPD do not have a reliable driver delivery system, that is all too clear. Too many incentives for the driver to get the delivery list done, so they can get back to base/home quickly. Have you seen their driving speeds around your town? There, that's a strong clue as to what is going on. Package is now on its way back to the repairer, I am told. The wait goes on.

Driver rang the doorbell than immediately walked off. I watched him turn around and he drove straight past me. He had no intention to deliver my parcel, just to knock and run to say he had tried. My ring doorbell showed he rang and ran.

Absolutely atrocious!!! Paid for priority delivery before noon. Got to 2pm and still no delivery. When contacted, I'm being told that they won't deliver it at all, with absolutely no explanations. Contacted the sender, they're being told the same thing.

Zero star actually Just leave £600 of product outside...ring and dash! They must think i live in the bar! Gotta give me a hot minute to get downstairs to answer in one of the few times they do actually use the bell!

I am still waiting at the THIRD attempt for dpd to delivery the correct parcel. I also have a parcel that should have gone to a customer living 50 miles away. What a JOKE dpd is and I am at a loss as to why businesses use the company.

Useless, they say they have tried and I sit near the door, with a dog, a door bell and a knocker I can guarantee they never even attempted to deliver. All apart from once have they delivered, they deliver to wrong address. I wouldn't use them but Amazon does.

Avoid like the plague !!!! Aweful service !! They also try and leave you with neighbours parcels !! PARDON MEi don’t want them !!! I DONT even know them Try asking people as well instead on just saying these are for you neighbours !! Totally unprofessional

Problemy miałem i mam z 3/4 paczkami Jedną zostawił pod drzwiami, chodź byłem w domu cały czas. ( Ważne że dostarczył ) Zamówiłem oponę z Allegro wysyłka nadana kurier odebrał i jedna opona zginęła. Dzwoniąc do biura DPD pani mówi że nie mają pojęcia gdzie jest . Sprzedawca wysłał 2 oponę i także zanikła także jeszcze czem bo sprawa jest świeża. A kolejna kurier miał zostawić w punkcie (Żabka otwarty długo zazwyczaj ) podobno o 14 był zamknięty. Także nie polecam bo to tragiczna firma .

I booked a day off work as DpD was collecting my laptop for repair I monitored the driver on their app to getting a message saying failed delivery Driver went to 70 I live at number 128 I rang them And they "cannot call the driver" they raised an enquiry and I get call from the depot an hour later saying they are too far away !!!! They literally don't give a sh*t about customers No acceptance of their error and I spent hours on phone trying to resolve this but they did nothing No apology whatsoever Avoid this courier w

Witam serdecznie ta firma dpd to dno paczka z zagranicy drugi raz zwrócona do centrum. Logistycznym a w domu zawsze ktoś jest jest dzwonek przy furtce kurier nie wiem czy dzwonił czy nie ma adres więc zadzwonić do furtki nie problem olali kjenta niby dwa razy dostarczał to parodia nieprawda pisze skargę czy to pomoże frudno powiedzieć ta firma może nie jest zła ale to kurierzy opinie wystawiają firmie a firma chroni ludzi którzy tylko szkodzą.

Worst Delivery experience. On the first day, the delivery driver did not even attempt and saw a notification that unable to deliver. I spoke to customer services, who confirmed the driver would contact me. However, that was a complete lie. On the second day, I called them in the morning and requested that they deliver confirming I would be at home. The driver did not ring the bell but commented that the customer could not verify the PIN. The whole company is a great liar.

Garbage. Trustpilot is full of false reviews. DPD has an appalling service. Selected deliver to a pick up point. DPD then claim they can't deliver to the pick up point 'because the parcel is not suitable'. They do not tell you right away. They will tell you on delivery day. WHY DID YOU GIVE IT AS AN OPTION IN THE FIRST PLACE THEN? Contacted the customer service, which has been the most unhelpful experience, keeping repeating options that do not suit my needs. DPD has messed up my delivery right before my moving. Bunch of useless people, just put as an option something you can deliver, don't randomly offer pick up points if you can't deliver there. Check the shops that are your partners, that is letterally your bloody job. You are ridiculus and are unable to make up your own mess leaving it to the customer to sort out. You are disgusting.

Terrible - Avoid ! After 2 weeks my parcel is undelivered. It is clear that it is either lost or internally stollen. Upon contacting customer service received nothing but stupid questions and communications with the very obvious intent of fending off / delaying a claim. Even after raising a complaint to the UK CEO, still no meaning action to resolve. I would strongly advise that people investigate using other courier services on this basis. Accepting sometimes things go wrong, but not accepting DPDs complete ineptitude and disinterest in addressing and making right.
