“THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! KEEP AWAY! We bought air tickets from them and on our way back the flights got cancelled due to Covid. We travelled back by another airline emergency flight additional full fare. After reaching to UK, we applied for the partial refund on our tickets with this company run by crooks. They kept promising that they are waiting for the refund to process every time we make enquiry. It is now coming to almost 2 years since we applied for the refund. Now they have even stopped responding to our emails and complaints! I had another relative who bought tickets from another company and travelled with us and they got their refund in a month's time of applying for it here. Dream World Travel are literally unscrupulous scammers, cheaters and an unethical company! And when it comes to service, there is none and if you try to claim money back for some reason, even if it's your right, you can forget it. There is no regulatory body, no airline help and no government help to get it back, unless one takes them to the Court.
I would be very, very sceptical of good reviews here, they appear to be written more to offset negative reviews and do not talk about any specifics. Look at the majority of negative reviews, they speak for themselves!”

Calling them for the last 3 -4 days and hours on phone ( line get disconnected automatically after long wait )
THEY said ticket will be issued in 24 hours but it's now 48 hours and I gave Yahoo and Gmail IDs as they claim there are issues with yahoo.

I'm a regular flyer. During covid I had to cancel a few tickets. All other companies refunded in full or took a small administration fee around £50 -60

“I booked/paid for 5 tickets to Lahore on the 11.10.21.
I kept emailing asking for the tickets to be sent out but they said they would closer to the time. Well I contacted PIA direct a couple of months ago only to find out that the flight is no longer operational. I contacted Dream world travel on several I occasions and I would get an answer saying your tickets are confirmed and will be issues in 2 weeks. How they can they issue tickets for a flight that doesn’t exist. It has taken me hours and hours on the phone to DWT but still no answers. If I was to book my tickets else where now they will be more expensive. Hence that’s why I booked early. My mother In law hasn’t seen her grandchildren and son in 3 years.
Dream world travel has caused me such metal pressure that I definitely will be taking things further. Can’t believe they can treat customers like this and still be allowed to operate. Absolutely disgusting.”
“We booked tickets through Dreamworld for travel in December 2021 that we unfortunately had to cancel due to COVID. We have now attempted to move them to an alternative date in April (as my father in law is ill and we need to travel ASAP) but have been quoted an astronomical change fee & have tried to call them (without success). “We just booked flights to Australia in December for Brothers wedding and we have paid nearly £5000 to Dreamworld! Unfortunately we had not read the reviews as we went through Sky Scanner and trusted that as an ATOL company that Dreamworld would be ok to book through! However now we can’t get through to anyone via email or phone, they are ignoring us! So I don’t feel confident they have even booked us on the flights! We are checking with the airlines today! Do not book with these people, they’ve taken our money and we should have the courtesy of a response and more information from them! They say we can’t book seats until 3 months before!! Looking at other reviews, I don’t hold out much hope of getting our tickets nearer the time! And we can’t wait until September to find out it’s a scam!! AVOID!!”

Checked reviews before booking flights October 21 and were mixed. Book flights - no tickets issued, then flight ban, hours on telephone with polite but useless employee. All emails get the same reply - wait 72hours for response - with no response after 72 hours. Tried to get me to cancel my flights with a £540 charge in total, refused and requested full refund due to no flights on departure date despite flight ban lifted. Told to wait 12 weeks, did, now no response to emails at all!!”
“SCAMMERS!! AVOID!!
scamming people take money for flights that are not even scheduled but they still book it online. We phoned up for electronic ticket a week before flight and they told us they would send it in 24/48 hrs. This did not materialise and then they told us the flight had been cancelled!! If we had not kept phoning up we would not have been the wiser. They keep you on hold for hours on the phone, only to disconnect you at the very last minute.
Will not be using these scammers again.
