“DRESSINN- its an organized scam...dont fall for it....
Scam, looters, hustlers, crooks, swindlers are running DRESSINN and all other sites related to INN portal...
Its an organized scam, the site is fake, they offer products 20-40% less compared to other sites just to lure the consumers...once the consumers place the order they provide a wrong tracking number...which after 5 days will stop tracking or freeze.....and after a period the tracking number will expire automatically...
When u place a complaint, they will send a form asking you to fill and send it back to them; and there shall be no response after that..... I waited almost more than 3.5 months for my order with no refund..Order no.16407775
Dont buy anything from DRESSINN and its other INN sites...its an organized scam, customer service is impossible to reach and pathetic....hope they will refund my money....

“After 10 weeks the order still has not been delivered. I have been in email contact with the company and they still do not have a delivery date. I gave them until the 20th of June to receive the order and still nothing. I have cancelled my order and have contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge and credit my account. This company deserves less than one star, but that is the only way to leave the review. Buyer Beware!”

“Silly me. I ordered a Dooney & Bourke nylon tote. $29.99. Should have known better. I own many of the real ones. Just thought this was a good sale price. Realized when tracking was in Chinese that I was taken in by the authentic picture. When it arrived I laughed till I cried. Tacky, cheap. Thin plastic strap, cheap nylon , a white tag with Dooney & Bourke stamped on it. Live and learn. I gave it to my daughter to carry her beauty supplies in they travel to their farm. Live and learn.”
“I order from dressinn over a month ago and still haven’t received my order! The tracking “page” where I go to contact someone... anyone... directs me back to my tracking page that pretty much says my order landed in some random warehouse way over a week ago, and hasn’t left since then. Our fifty bucks and have no idea how to get my money back!!!! Don’t trust these thief’s.”
“Ordered the exact jeans I currently owned that I bought in a store 2 years ago after they started wearing out. The jeans I recieved were much worse in quality, comfort and sizing, as well as the pockets are so small my hands don't fit in them. It feels like they are knock offs, but I can not say for certain. They have apparently responded for my messages, but they do not appear anywhere in my profile on the website.
Steer clear unless you want poor quality clothing and no/very unhelpful customer service. Also the reviews on the website appear fake, and they haven't posted my review of the pants on their page.

Hi! I bought snickers, backpack and men’s summer shoes from a company named DressInn on 26.04.2020. My order is 16900683 .I payed with my prepaid card and I received an email confirmation from the company. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 12th may 2020. But it never got to me. The shipping company GLS answered that they have my parcel but here is what they said: “We are sorry for this situation. “The sender has to provide the paperwork for the shipment of the goods including a commercial invoice for your order. As soon as the paperwork is provided the parcel can move on to Switzerland.“
I am giving you this information several times and you continue to be telling me that the shopping company got the goods (which I know) but you never answer to me whether you send the papers that should accompany the parcel and direct it to me. I have the tracking number and it stays frozen from the 8th may stating exactly that GLS has the parcel but can’t move them further because of you!
I need answer now!

“Just ordered some Billabong shorts for my husband for his birthday that I couldn't find anywhere else or would not want to ship to Hong Kong probably because of covid. Anyway, after reading the bad reviews I was hesitant and almost didn't buy them but I didn't have any other options and the shorts are great! I accepted the fact it might take a long time and not get here on time of course with covid and coming from Spain especially BUT they actually arrived and arrived within 10 days after purchase! They are exactly as I expected new and tagged etc. Very happy and ordering another pair.”
“I ordered a pair of shoes last week from Dressinn and was emailed to say they would arrive between the 16th and the 20th. I received another email informing me that the shoes had been dispatched and I could track my order. Unfortunately, the tracking did not work at all. After Thursday I feared the worst after reading some of the reviews which if I had seen before ordering I would not have bothered. However, my package arrived today and are perfect!! I don't normally leave reviews but felt I had too after the excellent service.”
“placed an order at Dressinn in mid-November. Only after a week was the shipment offered to the carrier. This status has unchanged until the last week of December. Had contact with Dresinn and TPG several times without success, they refer to each other. In one day the status changed to "Sucessful delivered".
Really? The whole family was home all day, no mailman, neighbours asked, no package found.
Now spent 2 months getting a proof of delivery from Dressinn, or a replacement product, or getting my money back.
Although the website speaks of Satisfied or Money Back, this is not the case.
My advice: do not buy from Dressinn or from other Tradeinn subsidiaries.”

I do not recommend using this service. It’s better to overpay a little but use another service.

Was chasing my money back for 2.5 months without any help.
Fortunately enough the payment was made through the PayPal and with their help, I had managed to get my money back after 3 full months of hassle!!
Would strongly recommend everybody to avoid this company as your worst nightmare.”
