Quality is horrible. The fabric is super cheap. The sizes aren’t even close to accurate and the sleeves are really small compared to the rest of the sweaters. The products don’t even look remotely close to the pictures. Complete waste of 100$

It was not made clear the time it would take to get my Christmas outfit items....won't arrive until after Christmas even though I ordered on Nov 20thish. One item has shipped I cancelled the other 2 items that will do me no good after Christmas. They processed a refund, but we'll see how long it takes to get the credit.

Buyer beware Buyer beware - these folks are quick to take your money, but painfully slow to do anything else! Nothing but BS when writing to locate my order. Just set fire you your money, it’ll be less frustrating. DON’T BUY FROM THESE THEIVES!

After a month, with several inquiries on my part, I finally received the new jacket. Although I verified that the size was a men’s (US) XL, I received a (UK) XL which would fit one of my kids. I emailed Dresslily about getting an RA# and returning it, but unlike every store with which I’m familiar, there is NO FULL REFUND! They didnt send product I ordered and after 2 month of silence they told me they are out of stock and they will keep money for themsefs and if I want something I will have credit there, I refused over email that I want my money back and they didnt even answer.

Be Aware! Truly wish I had found these reviews prior to ordering from this dodgy company. Ordered 5 items I received 4. One item, a pair of lace up side trousers were unfinished, the laces provided stuffed in a bag and not long enough. Another item a top was at least two sizes out and far too small and of a really cheap fabric. I complained and they asked for photos. I sent photos and they responded saying that I would have to pay for international postage to Spain in order to receive my refund!! Or I would keep the items and have a partial refund? Why would I keep unfinished and faulty badly fitted garments supplied by them? Why should I have to pay international postage to return faulty and unfinished garments? I think this company is practicing a very dubious business model and is using tactics to ensure they keep their profits whilst supplying unwitting customers with poor quality items and then making it so expensive for them to return them that most will likely take a hit and lose their hard earned cash. Hideous immoral company, and I am reporting them to trading standards and to PayPal (as I paid through them). If anyone is intent on purchasing from them I suggest you consider all reviews carefully, be suspicious about how they’ve managed to get so many reviews removed, and use PayPal for payment as you may have more success at reclaiming for loss.

I don't why people still buy products from this website and I don't know why i bought a jacket from this website still not received.. it was ordered on 2nd november and I still didn't get it?? No response for the ticket i raised.... I recommend the local government where this fraud company existed need to take some action on these rogues...

II need my money back! Dresslilly stole my money! I bought 3 itens, they sent 2 more than one m9nth ago still didn't send my money back! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! sent this message to them but never got answer.... Where is my money? 22,49 plus tax! Proof to me the refund receipt now if your company is serious... they never refund

M SCAM If I could give 0 stars I would. This site is nothing but a SCAM! I should of known it was too good to be true with the “cheap” prices. I should of done better research before hand. That’s where they get you. They lure you in with pictures of cute clothing items that are SUPER CHEAP so you’ll buy $50-$100 worth then they completely RIP YOU OFF! First, the items I’ve ordered in the past (2 separate occasions). The First order never came. I waited and waited for almost 3 months and NEVER received my purchase. When I emailed on several occasions about my order/refund I was ignored until about the 5th email and then I received a reply stating that “they were sorry my order must of gotten lost and offered me a discount on my next purchase”. When I requested a FULL REFUND and told them I did not want a discount on my next purchase I was informed that they had a replacement order already sent in my original orders place and that I would have to wait to receive that replacement order and send it back in order to receive a refund. Still have NOT received the replacement order and that was 2 years ago. Granted it was only a $15.00 order but hey $15.00 is $15.00. Last summer I decided to try them again, thinking it was a new company when I first ordered and there were glitches getting up and going. I ordered 5 different pieces. Total was around $40.00. It took almost 2 months to receive my order. When I was informed it would be about 2-3 weeks. Once my order FINALLY arrived the package label read 5 items and only 2 of the items were inside. One of the items was suppose to be a woman’s LARGE and it honestly would of fit a small child. The other item was cheap material already torn and not even the correct color or patterned in which I ordered. This time when I tried to contact the personal department by email at first I was ignored. Then I called and was passed around several times to several different people which NONE of them seemed to be helpful nor did they care. I was finally told to ship the items back (I would have to pay the shipment because they do not send return labels when they mail them which would of cost me more than what I spent on those two items). I gave up and I will NEVER BUY from them again. I also have several friends who also fell victim to this SCAM of a company. I will tell EVERYONE I know NEVER BUY FROM THEM! If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. I know now. I will never buy anything ever again from a ad I see on social media. I also bought a hair straightener/brush once from another company I saw on Facebook and when that item arrived it was a different electric port than here in the USA, and it didn’t look anything like what they advertised. Be careful when you buy from company’s that are advertised especially online/social media. Do your research and read reviews. No, I no longer have my former order numbers or emails from my previous orders. They both have been over a year almost 2 years ago. I deleted those emails long ago when I tried and tried to get this resolved then. I washed my hands with it and dismissed it. Y’all try to hide bad reviews because you don’t want folks to know how AWFUL and CROOKED of a company you all really are. I’ve read and seen more bad reviews about this company more than I have heard good. For the record I went off your size chart. I wear a large in just about every shirt I own from MANY MANY other brands and yet somehow y’all definition of a LARGE vs just about every other brand I buy from definition of a LARGE are complete opposite. I’m not the only one who has had “size issues” with this company. I know that there are NOT that many people who misread a size chart when in fact it’s because this company does NOT make their clothing appropriately.

This is my third order with this company . Out of three orders .two was messed up, I order 4 items at the sane time . Two of the item came about three weeks ago . I never got my other two item . I will never order from this company again . Never Never again

Saw an ad on FB. Ordered the item as a gift that I saw there. As well as 2 other items. ALL were said to be “in stock”. 2 items arrived, within 2 weeks or so and are fine. The item that drew me to the site, that was marked as “IN STOCK”, never shipped. 0 communication. When opened a ticket asking when it would ship, an answer to a question I didn’t ask was given. Dishonest and suspicious.

I ordered a couple of matching Mommy & me dresses ahead of time for Christmas. The shipping took a couple of weeks which was fine, but it came from China and I become worried. When i opened the package, the quality was that of a paper dollar store table cloth. What was supposed to be holiday red was orange. The dresses were see through and way smaller than the expected measurements. This is a scam company. I was offered to keep the items and would be refunded 50% of what I paid. Or to ship the items back with a label they had me print and I would get 100% refund. At least the refund happened quickly. What a joke on the product though! Why bother at all to ship such a crappy quality item to a customer.

Do not buy from them. I order 2 items from there for a Halloween party and order it a month in advance and just barley came a week before the party. We measured ourselves and looked at the website measurements and still the items didn’t fit. We wanted to return them and we couldn’t even get a full refund. They wanted to give us store credit. No thanks I don’t want anything from there given sizes are off. I have mailed my item back to them and still haven’t received an email from them or a refund I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Ordered about a month ago. Keep getting an invalid tracking number. Told them the number isn't right. No matter what I say, including a request for cancellation and refund, they respond by giving me that invalid tracking number. Sooo many excuses for the order not being in the system.
