I don’t believe this is a legitimate company. The processing time was so long I began to wonder if my order would ever arrive, even though I requested expedited shipping. I got a different answer every time I talked to someone. The first time they told me my order was delayed because one of the items was out of stock. The second time I called, supposedly that item was in but a different item was out of stock. I tried live chat, email, and telephone. The representatives were never able to tell me anything about the status of my order other than that “it’s about to be shipped.” When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that all of their bosses were on a business trip. All of them! All at the same time! After nearly a month I called to completely cancel my order and was given a runaround about how I would have to call back after 24 hours to cancel. It remains to be seen whether I’ll actually get my money back. Cute clothing pics but such a disappointment.

Didn't receive my item. They ignored my messages so I have contacted PayPal for a refund Avoid this company

I’ve had the same as many people here. Ordered a dress, total £109.24 spent, Thought it had to be decent at that price. Ordered my normal size.... dress came and it was too big. Since then I’ve had to buy another dress and been going back and forward trying to return the dress, offered 10 quid compensation! Bit of an insult! Bought a dress for 90 from Next and it’s so much better quality wish I did that in the first place. Terrible terrible service, they clearly don’t want to give you the money back, I’ve now turned to my credit card company to see if they can help in anyway.

I ordered three items and paid for expedited shipping. 2 items arrived late. Then I received an email that I could wait, choose another item, or request a refund. After requesting 3 different items that were all out of stock (including one that was new with an in stock availability, as they suggested) I am waiting for a refund.

IT IS A SCAM! I PAID FOR 3 ITENS THEY SENT ME JUST 2 AFTER A LONG TIME.... THEY STILL MONEY! DO NOT BUY WITH THEM I BOUGHT 2 ITENS THEY SPEND A LONG TIME TO SEND ALSO I PAID FOR 3 ITENS THEY SENT ME JUST 2! THEY STILL MONEY! THEY OWE ME MORE THAN 30 DOLLARS!

Please do not order from this company - it is a total scam, you are unable to return anything for a refund. I don’t know how they are allowed to keep operating - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

I bought a nice looking shirt and because I wear a large I got the largest size available which was a 3x. I thought this would fit.I received it and when I finally tried it on it was smaller than a medium. What a drag. I will never buy online again. This place a rep-off!!!

It's absurd! They are absurd! One, they mess up on my order, and then they say that they can only return half of the money because the rest was shipping charge. BS! The display price of my item was $25.99, not $16.92! The total charge with the shipping was $30.58. What does that say? That the shipping charge was DEFINITELY NOT $14! Money on tress for me, I gotta earn it! And I save tremendously, so when I bought something I liked, my heart was clenching about trusting them or not. Guess not.

I am disappointed in never receiving my item and simply being told it would take an extended period of time due to international shipping. Mind you, it had already been several months since I had placed this order. Would not recommend.

Sizes do not match size guide. If size measure is wrong return is on customer cost. I ordered from dresslily, received from Rosegal which is in NSW Australia where I live and had to return to Hongkong. 3 items of 880gr cost me standard shippment without tracking number AUD$30.00. Three items I bought cost me Aud$65.00. They will not compensate you for return if fault is not yours even you ordered according to their size guide which did not match to product. Customer service is awful. You takk to robbot. They only responded when I warned them that I will report their business to ACCC.

Do not purchase from this company. If you want a refund, they keep sending you automated messages how sorry they are and to send pictures of the items . You do all this and they continue with the same message that the picitures were not clear . You have the items in your store . You know what they look like . Just refund the money . Still have not received a refund and about done playing their game for a week . What a scam

Do not order from this company! I ordered the 50’s style dresses. Not only are the sizes inconsistent but the dresses look NOTHING like the photos. They won’t even refund me the total amount and trying to get me to pay for shipping to send back their cheaply made dresses. The tops are made out of that weird spandex material. When I’ve bought vintage dresses in the past they are never made from that. The hem lines are all crooked. Also they don’t let you leave reviews on their site so I wouldn’t take the reviews they have to heart. They also stall returns so your 30 days runs out. One of the dresses fit my 6 year old because it was so small

The item I bought took too long to arrive and at no time was I made aware to expect it to take 20 working days. I basically wasted my money and was very disappointed.

I would never order from this company. I ordered some dresses and I am trying to return for a refund and they will not give me an address to send them back. They have a return policy of 30 days if you are not satisfied. they will not let me send back .. Stay Away from this company do not order from them.

I contacted DressLily the day after my order was received to let them know I would like to return some of the items as they did not fit. I have been spoiled by Amazon. The process took over 3 weeks, with numerous "tickets" sent back and forth. Due to the time zone difference there is great delay in this process. The company was very reluctant to give me a return authorization number and address for the return. I would not recommend doing any business with this company. Fortunately, this review only cost me $55.

I just want to do my exchanges and return. But the website keeps making "tickets". They say someone will help you in 24hrs but it's been 48hrs. I feel like I'm getting the run around. This should be as easy as putting items in a box shipping back to store and the store ship back the correct items that I purchased.

I feel like I'm getting the run around. This should be as easy as putting items in a box shipping back to store and the store ship back the correct items that I purchased. I'm CONTACTING the Better BUSINESS Bureau! I have a feeling I'm not going to get my money or the correct items.
