I am giving them 1 star because I can’t give a “0”. I ordered 2 shirts and a dress. They just arrived today and they are horrible. Makes me wonder what 3rd grader they hired to make them. The material is very poor quality, seams are ripping, and they are already misshapen and I haven’t tried them on yet. They are based in Asia, not the US. Please do not buy from this awful company.

I ordered four tops. I only received two that did not look anything like the pictures in their advertisement. I notified the company and was offered 10% off my next order. REALLY!!!. I sent the items back and received my refund. Check out the picture I enclosed, you will see the pictures of the tops that were advertised and the merchandise I received. I will never purchase anything from company again.

Ordered a hoodie, they keep saying it's processing or in hold at customs. It's been 3 weeks. DressLily jipped me out of 30 bucks. Absolute fraud, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

i ordered a jacket xl.it arrived in about a month and when i tryed it on it was more like a small and threads were hanging off of it.now when i try to return it there is no return address on the web site. i called customer no service and they could not give me an address.

I ordered two dresses, and paid close attention to the sizing before ordering. They arrived quickly, but are TINY and of very low quality! I am so disappointed in my first and only ordering experience. Won't fall for the ads again, I can assure you!

Dresslily stole my money. They cancelled my order and kept the money for their selves! I ordered items from them. They never arrived and they only refunded part of my money. The company is a scam. Their products look nothing like their photos, they fall apart after one wear which is fine since they fit your body terriably and you would never want to wear the outfits in public. All their wigs are worst than cheap Halloween store wigs. DO NOT trust this company. They will steal your money and laugh all the way to the bank. Fake, fraudulent company, don't be fooled. If you like giving away your money for free, shop at Dresslily.

DO NOT confuse them with Zulily! They are a totally different company. Zulily is U.S. based, Dresslily is Asian based. I ordered from Dresslily a year ago and NEVER received 2 of my 4 items. What I did receive was poor quality and nothing like the photo. After numerous calls and emails i still didn't get my refund. They steal your money then change the name once word gets out about their scam operation. STAY AWAY!

Everything on the website looked really good, however when I actually recieved the items (which a month later I am still missing one), they were crappy. The quality was absolutely low. The material was cheap, thin and the stitching was weak. One item had a hole upon purchase. I paid over $20 for some of the items. Had I seen them in person, there is no way I would have purchased them. Very dissatisfied.

If I could rate this trash website a 0, I would. First time ordering and I am never doing it again. I ordered ALL 4 of my items on November 3rd, and I’m not going to be receiving my Christmas dress in time to even wear it for Christmas. I got two of my items in literally 4-5 days after ordering them, so why do my other two have to take over a month to get to me? Not to mention the fact that one of them care in a size that was 2 sizes bigger than I ordered. When I expressed my problems with them, they gave me two HORRIBLE options to choose from, I either had to exchange them for something else( which would have involved me paying for them to get back to HONG KONG, or wait. Absolutely terrible, do not waste your money and time. Period.

The items that may draw you to their site, say on FaceBook, or something similar, often don’t exist. They’ll say “in stock”, but if you get the item within 3 months, you’re lucky. Communication is childish at best, and rarely helpful. They’ll mark items as “shipped” but have either fake tracking or the item will sit in their warehouse and not move for over a month. If you need an item for a birthday or something, plan on 6 months BEFORE you need the item.

I would've left zero stars if I could. I ordered a dress and paid for expedited shipping. 7 business days (excluding the US holidays) later, the order still hadn't even been touched. I'm so disappointed. Don't order unless you can wait at least a month, even with expedited shipping.

I ordered 3 bikinis on dresslily this Novmber with the express shipping. I didn't have any problem with the timing of shipping since they came before I expected them to come. I will definitely buy again.

Ordered a winter jacket on November 5th, paid extra for expedited shipping, Est. Time for delivery December 20th a full month and a half. Plus they have a horrible refund policy, takes 14 days for them to give you your money back. all around scam avoid at all costs

Poor customer service. Wished I would have looked closer before falling into their trap. Bought some nice outfits for my wife as an early Christmas present and paid extra for 3-day shipping. 3 items were ordered, and of them they were shipped from 2 different locations. Got my first package from Dubai almost a week after order. But the second package wasn't even processed for shipping until almost 2 weeks after order was placed, then was shipped Flat Rate, which means I dont get it until 3.5 weeks after it was ordered. I asked for a shipping refund as not all packages were shipped at the same time and speed, but was denied since the one from Dubai was sent via "fast shipping" according to their agent. Also, quality is very poor and fits are very tight but that's a whole other ball vame that others can review

Everyone please read the reviews. I read reviews on how long it takes to get clothes and its true. Some of the garments i finally did receive are of cheap quality and i didn't like the fit. To return they want photos, and they want to find a way to not let you return and they want to give you discounts to buy more of their horrible clothes. Then items are never shipped and they say it is out of stock, even though when you order the items they say they are in stock. The customer support is only email and I have a dozen emails of correspondence trying to resolve, missing clothes that were never shipped, and trying to return garments as I am Not waiting around a month to receive my clothes. Like other reviewers say, I’m sticking with Amazon. Don’t shop dresslily. Also, All my clothes were from the same website Rosegal.

order three items. A shirt, skull hoodie decorated and a pair of lace up pants for my wife. The hoodie was suppose to be 3x and it didnt even fit. Their 3 x was more like xs and fit my ten year old son. The shirt we got. As for the pants now after claiming it was shipped they claim its out of stock and we can either wait 14-17 days for it to become in stock or get credit on their website. I demanding my money returned to me which the refused to do. Why the hell would I want store credit for this scam company. They need to be shut down. They rip off their customers and lie

Ordered some Christmas decorations on 11/14 today is 11/30 and they are just now mailing it out. Said it would be 15 to 25 days. Don't order unless you have 2 months before you need your item.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY This is my experience please read emails that I had to iniate otherwise I'd never know and they have the nerve to still have this jacket now on black Friday sale for even cheaper than I paid for the item I never received that they don't even have to ship because it's OUT OF stock probably forever but oh they will give me a big 10% off my next purchase.
