Sizes do not match size guide. If size measure is wrong return is on customer cost. I ordered from dresslily, received from Rosegal which is in NSW Australia where I live and had to return to Hongkong. 3 items of 880gr cost me standard shippment without tracking number AUD$30.00. Three items I bought cost me Aud$65.00. They will not compensate you for return if fault is not yours even you ordered according to their size guide which did not match to product. Customer service is awful. You takk to robbot. They only responded when I warned them that I will report their business to ACCC.

I placed my very first order with Dresslily 2 weeks ago. I ordered 5 sweaters and spent a little over $54.00. Upon arrival 2 of the items were unwearable. One had a strong odor and the other was dirty. The other items were perfect. With this being said and all the negative reviews, I have to say you get what you pay for. I see alot of cheaply made reviews. Yes, this is true. Not everything on their site is very well made hence the cheap prices. Do you really think you are going to receive high quality items from China at such a low cost. Again, you get what you pay form This isn't Neman Marcus. I took pics of the dirty shirt and explained the situation with the sweater and I recieved a ticket saying someone would get back to me within 24 he. They did. I had to reconfirm the issue I had and send that. Then I received a ticket offering a resolution. I recieved a refund of my money within 24 hours along with extra points added to my account. This company will be hit or miss. Every item clearly gives a description telling you the material used, with this info., the sizing chart, and a little bit of common sense, you are able to score some pretty sweet deals with some very cute clothing.

Do not purchase from this company. If you want a refund, they keep sending you automated messages how sorry they are and to send pictures of the items . You do all this and they continue with the same message that the picitures were not clear . You have the items in your store . You know what they look like . Just refund the money . Still have not received a refund and about done playing their game for a week . What a scam

Do not order from this company! I ordered the 50’s style dresses. Not only are the sizes inconsistent but the dresses look NOTHING like the photos. They won’t even refund me the total amount and trying to get me to pay for shipping to send back their cheaply made dresses. The tops are made out of that weird spandex material. When I’ve bought vintage dresses in the past they are never made from that. The hem lines are all crooked. Also they don’t let you leave reviews on their site so I wouldn’t take the reviews they have to heart. They also stall returns so your 30 days runs out. One of the dresses fit my 6 year old because it was so small

The item I bought took too long to arrive and at no time was I made aware to expect it to take 20 working days. I basically wasted my money and was very disappointed.

I would never order from this company. I ordered some dresses and I am trying to return for a refund and they will not give me an address to send them back. They have a return policy of 30 days if you are not satisfied. they will not let me send back .. Stay Away from this company do not order from them.

I contacted DressLily the day after my order was received to let them know I would like to return some of the items as they did not fit. I have been spoiled by Amazon. The process took over 3 weeks, with numerous "tickets" sent back and forth. Due to the time zone difference there is great delay in this process. The company was very reluctant to give me a return authorization number and address for the return. I would not recommend doing any business with this company. Fortunately, this review only cost me $55.

I just want to do my exchanges and return. But the website keeps making "tickets". They say someone will help you in 24hrs but it's been 48hrs. I feel like I'm getting the run around. This should be as easy as putting items in a box shipping back to store and the store ship back the correct items that I purchased.

I feel like I'm getting the run around. This should be as easy as putting items in a box shipping back to store and the store ship back the correct items that I purchased. I'm CONTACTING the Better BUSINESS Bureau! I have a feeling I'm not going to get my money or the correct items.

Very disappointing, placed order in March, received two notifications that order was delayed, then in June received advise that order cancelled as not being available. To date have not received refund as requested. Have been in contact with bank regarding this issue. Will not purchase from DressLily again. Buyer beware

I ordered over $100 worth of clothes and shoes a month ago. I had expedited shipping and was supposed to receive my items within 5-7 days. It has been 4 weeks and I still have not received my order. I submitted a ticket and they said it would be at least 2 weeks before my order would restock. At no point while placing my order did they indicate my items were out of stock or else I would not have ordered them. I’m asking for a refund at this point because I’m not interested in waiting weeks longer for items that MIGHT restock. They never sent me any communication to let me know why my order was taking so long. I would never recommend this site to anyone. I’m probably going to have to get my credit card company involved because this is ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

This is a terrible company. Clothes are not true to size and very low quality. Don't trust their return policy. I ordered a few bathing suits, 2 dresses, a hat, and sunglasses. One of the bathing suit i ordered and paid for was out of stock and they failed to inform me. It wasn't until i contacted them, they gave me a store credit to replace it. I ordered the same size on all the clothes/suits but they were very obviously different sizes when i received them. I tried to return for a refund and after having to pay a $12 shipping fee they refused to refund me because they claimed they never received the package. Terrible terrible company. Do not waste your money. It's a scam. If you have already made a purchase and soon regret it just keep the items, don't bother going through their "return policy" If you ask one of their "customer service reps" 3 or 4 times, they may give you a store credit. I REPEAT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TRASH!

Sure, was a bit worried about my order based on reviews, but I decided to roll the dice on a cute Christmas dress. There was tracking on my shipment, and it would have arrived in about 2 weeks if it wasn't for Canada Post's mistake in sending it halfway across the country in error. The dress itself was as expected. Cute print fabric not the greatest quality, but the construction was quite good (well-done invisible zipper, double-rolled hem, seams all nicely finished, under-stitched neck facing). Fits on the small side (normally a small, the medium was just a hair too big but fine). No complaints at all!

Gather round for another tale of woe and misery courtesy of Dresslily. I ordered a bathing suit and coverup, and was pleased to see they had shipped and were on their way. I checked the Fedex shipping number provided and saw that there was a shipment exception and that the package was being held in Memphis, Tennessee. I contacted dresslily and sent them a screenshot of the FedEx status. They responded by asking me to confirm my address, then told me to contact my local branch of fedex to pick up the package. I responded that the package was in Memphis, Tennessee, USA, while my address is located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. A road trip of over two thousand kilometers seemed like an unreasonable expectation for more clothing, so I made phone contact with fedex and asked about my erstwhile package, as dresslily customer service had indicated to me that I had been unavailable for delivery of the package and this was MY fault. NOW HERE'S THE PLOT TWIST, dear friends, fellow victims of a company so loathsome that they surely must put more money into paying for favorable reviews than actually running any semblance of a business, Fedex told me that the shipment exception was because the box dresslily, company of destroyed hopes and dreams, was EMPTY. Not only that, but the dirty scam artists had already put in a claim and received compensation from fedex. I relayed this information to customer service, who responded that since my package had been delivered to me(I guess getting the package on the same continent as the customer counted, even if it was empty) I didn't deserve anything, but because of their exceptional customer service, they would send out the package again(fool me once...), give a credit of the amount I paid in store credit(only useful if Memphis is having a shortage of boxes, (have not heard it on the news yet), or a refund to my credit card(obvious choice). I will have to wait 7-14 business days to see if I get that. If not, I guess I'll see what my bank suggests. For now, I mourn the breaking of trust between dresslily and I, merchant and customer, our relationship now as hollow as my non- delivered empty box. Worst. Company. EVER.

Return process was ridiculous. I have one 10 email exchanges just to get no where. I will NEVER order from this place again. Sticking with Amazon.
