They are the worst warranty company there is The very rude and they when you make a claim they always have an excuse some way to get out of it but their charge you every time specially line 5 the terrible I recommend nobody to go to this warranty company cuz you're get ripped off

Supervisor became incredibly rude once i declined continuing with the warranty Supervisor Marcus Hill of DriveSmart warranty was incredibly kind when it seemed like I was about to fully sign up for the extended warranty. When i was put on hold for them to confirm my details i did some more research and read into the contract as well as reviews on this site the better business bureau and more and was met with many claims that the business practices were not up to the standards that i personally would like to engage with. When i told Marcus Hill that i did not want to continue with the contract and would like to be un-enrolled he immediately became very irate and said things such as "It sounds to me like you can not afford to pay for repairs because you are worried about a 25 dollar charge" and "Have fun when your car breaks down" before attempting to hang up on me Luckily a very kind confirmations agent named George had stayed on the line and made clear to me that the company would be unenrolling me and refunding any 25 deposit charge that may come through. He also apologized for the way Marcus Hill acted and claimed that the role Marcus Hill assured me he was "Regional Supervisor" was not true that he was just a regular Supervisor and infact did have a higher up, which when i asked to speak to someone who was authorized to remove my enrollment Marcus Hill told me there was no such person. DriveSmart Warranty may in fact be a fully legitimate business but they hire and promote some incredibly rude and hostile and condescending individuals. Just to make it clear i am not a senior citizen who is unfamiliar with how to navigate tech i am 24 years old and was also told that it sounded like i was 37 by Marcus Hill Please do better in handling people who decide not to go with your extended warranty program Thank you!

After an unsolicited call from these people, I was ready to hang up when suddenly the price dropped from $100 down payment to $25. The salesman was smooth and I wound up agreeing to the down payment. Then the pushy, aggressive agent got on and insisted that I had to sign a contract RIGHT THEN for $100 per month. I got turned off to that routine and refused to sign and told him I was no longer interested. Then they went ahead and took my deposit anyway. Calls to the company resulted in LIES about returning the deposit--first from another pushy agent (who ended his call to me with "Enjoy those high car repair bills, loser); then a receptionist who said that it wax "being processed", and then from a nicer agent who assured me I would have the deposit by "the end of the week". Weeks ago this transpired and still no refund. Although the amount is small, the warning is that if they will steal $25 from a Senior Citizen, apparently for sport, they are CRIMINALS through and through. Do NOT subscribe to this lawless and corrupt service. They are criminals and you will be stuck with worse events in the long run. NO STARS and AVOID and find a reputable company for this service.

AVOID DriveSmart Warranty's CANCELLATION REFUND NIGHTMARE I'm writing to warn others about the horrific experience I've had with DriveSmart Warranty's cancellation and refund process. After only 5 months, I cancelled my policy. Yet, getting the balance refunded has been an uphill battle to return to Line 5 . I've had to call them multiple times, and the last 5 calls have been a carbon copy: "Your case will be escalated to a manager and handled promptly." Yet, NOTHING CHANGES. It's clear they have NO INTEREST in resolving this in a timely manner. As a consumer, it's INFURIATING to be strung along with empty promises. DriveSmart Warranty's LACK OF TRANSPARENCY and CUSTOMER CARE is DEEPLY TROUBLING. I URGE OTHERS to carefully consider these issues before choosing them for your car warranty needs. Their business practices demonstrate a CLEAR DISREGARD for their customers' time and money. It's only a matter of time before someone reaches their BREAKING POINT with this company.

Brian with a badge I know now drive smart is lousy company Brian called and run 2 auto warranty company's down Endurance and my Company Evercare Direct while he was on BBB at the time he said we have 4.5 stars as you can see his reviews what's there goes back 2 yrs ago telling how good drive smart is just hang up it's scam How do I cancel my policy I sent a cancellation by mail to leave this dump.

Spam company, I get calls from them 6-7 times a year. I tell them the car is gone, they usually attempt to get details on my current car. Latest call hung up pretty rudely this time, wonderful ambassador for the company, thanks Melanie!

This insurance is spam.I was told by one of their agents that I can have the warranty for a month and that I can cancel if I receive their book and don’t like the coverage. before the activation date . I have tried to cancel my coverage with them before it’s activated 03/17 and every time I’m calling the costumer service for that they hang up on me . I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. They put me in hold and hung up on me . Their costumer service is very rude and unprofessional. One of their customer service told me that because it makes no sense to her I want cancel she can’t cancel my policy. What? . Please don’t go with them . They make things sound so good to be true. Cancel my policy or I will take legal actions with you . CANCEL MY POLICY liars and stop trying so desperately to steal my money.

🚨🚨🚨🚨DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS WE HAD A ISSUE WITH OUR CAR AND IT WASN'T OUR FAULT IT WAS THE DEALER SHIP SERVICE THEY FAIL TO DO AND DRIVE SMART WOULD NOT PAY NOTHING AS OF TODAY WE HAVE SWITCH OUR SERVICE TO OX THEY ARE CLASS A DRIVE SMART ARE A RIP OFF

Do not use this company I was lied to and talked into signing a contract, they did not honor the terms, I had to go the attorney general, and still billed me after that even though they said the would close the account and refund me. HA what i lie i'm now going to small claims. cause they acted like me and still have finance company finance a loan with out my knowledge! never sent me any paper work and 500+ down already not including legal fees DriveSmart, 310 Main St. | Suite 108 Toms River, NJ | 08753 is all bad not be sucker like me! dont trust their fast talking sales man!!! jeff hung up on me very rude Michelle in customer service hung on me Brian was very nice tried to help I ask for supervisor Jeff hung up again they are scams and stealing people money and gangster phone talkers

Beware! They will scam you out of all your money and never cover a dime. I've tried for 2 days to cancel my policy, put on hold forever and transferred from multiple departments and told I needed a notarized and certified letter with tracking before any refund.

These people is linked to CarShield! You call Carshield and they have your information. This guy took a additional $100 out of my account without my permission. They said Carshield wasn't reputable and didn't cover Chevrolet warranties! They've scammed me out of at least $600. Go to your banks and get new debit cards. Car warranties are BIG TIME SCAMMERS! *ssholes! LaTonya

They took my deposit of $200 that allowed me time since I was leaving out of the country that day to verify with my dealership my full extended coverage on my vehicle. I had 30 days to get my $200 back. When I called my dealership to verify my full extended coverage that this company said I did not have, the company didn't want to give me my $200 back even though it was within less than the 30 days I was entitled to. It is a zero Scam please, please verify with your dealership before buy anything from them. They are desperate and cheating people at whatever means necessary. The only way they say I can cancel is by sending my declaration page from my dealership. I have right to decline any service but this is what they are doing. Hoping I will go past the 30 day period so they can keep my money and keep billing me monthly. Call the BBB and report them I am!!!

They took my money out of my checking account and did not fix my truck at all the scammers I’m getting tired of it money doesn’t grow on trees especially with this economy going on I’m getting really tired of these people that disrespectful they say ha ha on the phone and they hang up on you that’s a company that’s not a company unprofessional very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend us to nobody I just want my 179.99 back And I won’t bother them no more don’t get this company that quick enough to take your money but they’re not quick enough to return it for doing nothing to your truck or your car

Going on word of jessica being the best extended warranty there is. Found out when car a new purge valve and vapor blocking valve from my Ford escape titanium. The warranty doesn't cover. This is so wrong. I will be cancelling this warranty. I've been paying my money faithfully for months then in a time of need drive smart can't deliver on this so called extended warranty. People are being scammed.

I called to cancel my service and I do not get nowhere I'm going to dispute with my bank and if I don't get anywhere I am going to call the Better Business Bureau because this is a fake company I feel And I don't know what to do they took a lot of money for me A few Hundred dollar
