“I placed my first order for two Nature's Lab Founders Kits and received one kit in two days. However, one kit was missing. I sent an email informing their customer service of the missing items. I received an email the next morning saying the missing kit was on its way. Customer service response was excellent and quick.”

“Every supplement I have purchased from Dr. Vita over the past 8 years have been exceptional. I know where the ingredients are sourced, and have confidence each one is the "real deal" in terms of a clean product. I just don't purchase my supplements from anyone else, period. I do not take vitamins; I take specific products to help with specific areas. For inflammation; heart health; magnesium for workout muscle healing. My go to.”

“Dr. Vita has some of the best vitamins and supplements on the market. I was apprehensive about using it at first, but I saw a lot of positive changes in my overall health. I used to take gummy vitamins, which have little to no nutritional value. “Wanted to order the 6 Daily Multi Vitamin on the Black Friday promotion only to find out that is was out of stock. I contacted customer service to find out if they would honor the promotion if the item does not come in during this promotional period. I received a reply from customer service that same day and was told that they would check on it and get back to me. A few days after the promotion ended and contacted them to find out the status of my inquiry. Customer service responded that a list was being set up for those unable to purchase the product due to an out of stock situation and that I would be placed on that list, and when it comes back in stock, I would be able to use the one time promotional offer to purchase it.”
