I hope the last order goes to San Luis/el Corojo Pinar del rio and NOT San Luis, Santiago de cuba which took six weeks to recover.

We´d like so much to send some money to Cuba, that´s why we registered but we couldn´t send any! We filled the formulars as indicated but at the end there was no sign to "go on"!, So, we couldn´t do anything but close! We will try today again and hope that we succeed this time! We appreciate "Duales" but need more understanding! Thank you!

I have used Duales several times and have never been able to progress to the second page on the website. Where the beneficiary's card #is requested, mt credit card info appears below. I've always had to call Sonya for help and she processed the transactions for me, but now there is only a chat line, where the man clearly is not qualified to answer some questions

I AM WAITING THAT THE MONEY GETS TO MY WIFE IN CUBA. I AM SURE THAT WE WILL SOLVE THAT SITUATION SOON. ITS POSSIBLE THAT I HAVE TO CANCEL THAT ORDER AND DO AN OTHER ONE WITH A CREDIT CARD AND NOT AN INTERACT CARD.

I was not able to do the registration because m'y computor or your security system as a problem. All the pass code that i enter was refused . i need to send dinero to mi esposa. I will try again later when i get m'y new computor.Dan

Hi there thank you for the service you are providing to help out our families and friends in Cuba during this difficult time. One of the main things that i found was frustrating was my user name should have no spaces when you registered. It would be helpful to put that in top for people who are trying to register. Also it would be nice to have the choice to send Dollers or CUP.

The app is not very friendly. Please remember a lot of boomers use this App.I am a member of Canadians help Cubans on Facebook. Users complain on Facebook about the ease of use of the Duales platform. It is unfortunate because your service is reliable and a lot of your customers appreciate your honesty. I know the current situation to send money to Cuba is hard. But if you could keep us updated daily with a small blurb on your app that would be amazing. Thank you for your service.

Generally well performing site, but there is no method to cancel and erase transactions. A new user will make mistakes until they become more skilled using the app. Also, if there are limits to the amounts of money that can be sent per time period, ie., a week, or month, it would be good to know this in advance, prior to filling out all the info first, then submitting.

The convenience of sending $$ its appreciate it. However, I spend 3 weeks on the mobile app which was so complicated. And, when call to get help ext 153 did not answered.😐

$15 fees very high for $100 transfer.Limit to $200 per also a problem.
