“Although I had all the correct account numbers, my transaction was canceled. I was told the money would be delivered, but am very leary of this. Also tried to contact someone because dates are wrong in my personal information, and I am unable to correct them. I haven’t heard back from that issue.”

“The money never arrived. I will never use this service again. The website don’t specify that the company don’t make transfers between bank accounts, which I was later informed by an agent. My father in Cuba have his CUP bank card associated with his bank account. I don’t really know why is has not received the money. I’m really upset because I was informed that I can not get my money back. Sorry but, I will not recommend this company to anyone.”

“This company when you start send it money for the first time the money is delibered so quickly , but with times everything change for wors , same thing with the customer service .very disappointed.”

“I think that your service is wonderful. I feel that once you implement the adding of an AIS deposit I feel your service will increase. Many workers in Cuba don’t have a bank account ad addresses for delivery are difficult for the smaller communities such as Cedra in the Province of Matanzas. I look forward to your response. Claude”
