“The amount of people I have seen complaint in this store or walk out as left unattended. I shop here for a lot of my Clients, but I am going to rethink that after the last three visits to this store. The latest was when I was returning some items ( but could not locate my emailed receipt on my phone) but it would be in their system - however the Manager implied I was confused and it couldn't have been their store in Milton Keynes and then said having checked the items - that I had not even bought them together?!! Baffled and upset at the abruptness I left the store will all the items. I found my emailed receipt once back in office and I had bought from Milton Keynes as I always did and had bought them all together - Not sure what all that was about?! The time before this - I was accused of taking the promotional charity trolley from the shop counter - and it was swiftly taken off me!! - I was mortified to see it plastered in charity cardboard on the side - as I had only taken the first trolley from the trolley storage outside the shop prior to shopping - like anyone would. I have waited in line for one person on the tills for 20 minutes and seen people leave, and then eventually had to leave myself as the queue not getting shorter - why it takes over 10 minutes to assist one person and not call for another member of staff to bring the queue down is not Customer service as not everyone has more than an hour to shop and wait for service at Dunelms.”
“Visited the store this week to locate a duvet cover,asked tge assistant for help....became very obvious that he didnt know where to find this particular duvet that we needed...suggested that we walk round and find it ourself..we had the details on our phones but he was totally uninterested...bad customer service...they were not that busy so should have shown us more consideration...shop elsewhere from now on.chri”
“cut a long story short had a problem with a £180.00 mattress topper. Couldn't get through to store, phone just says can't take calls and cuts you of. Decided with a heavy heart to try cutomer services and I must say my hat goes of to Anne-Marie, we got cut of but she actualy rang me back, went through the issue which sheconsidered serious, while I was on the phone she sent an e.mail to the manager reading it out to me and giving me the reference no to accompany it asking the manager to contact me urgently. OF course they didn't ring Managed to get through to the store next day but the manageress iwas too busy to talk even though I could hear her talking to the asistant who answered the phone. Was told they never received the e.mail. Now I don't say this lightly It's a LIE
It was sent whilst I was on the phone, was definitly going to ring before the end of the day and you've guessed right no call. I guess we will have to go to the store with the topper and shower the shop with feathers which might be infested, all over the shop. What a shower never again.It might be as well to take it straight to environmental dept. disgusted. Anne-Marie you deserve 6*'s shame your let down by the company.”
