“We went to dunkin donuts at Verona NY-31 this morning. Those drinks were so bad and my husband went to complain about it. The service wasn't good and this was on Sunday November 10th 2024 at 9:45AM”
“I went to the dunkin in medina my and a woman with brown short hair took care of me. I was in the drive through and I said “I would like a medium matcha. iced” and then she repeated it back and said “iced matcha” and i said “with cold foam”. she pauses and says “what type of coffee?” i paysed and said “i said cold foam” and she says and very shortly says “k”. i didn’t mind because she misheard me but i ordered a grilled cheese and avocado toast and all she said was ok. i then waited for her to ask if there is anything else as any other customer service place does. as i do at my job. she didn’t so i said it was good. i get to the window and she opens it and stares at me till i give my payment and says nothing which was very rude. i give it to her and she hands it to me and says nothing. she then hands me a coffee with cold foam and i said “i’m sorry i ordered a matcha” and she gives me a dirty look and sighs and dumps it out and walks to reuse the same cup. my matcha is chunky. she then refused to give me the food and someone else had to do it. i am very displeased. i do not want anything, i just wish that new employees were taught how to hear and how to make drinks when they work at a coffee place. and maybe don’t hire someone who’s antisocial and has no respect or manners?”
“ordered 1/2 dozen donuts with chocolate and sprinkles. I was lucky there was 1/2 teasoon chocolate on it. Horrible, might as well got plain donuts. Not many varieties of donuts for a late morning.”
“The last four times I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich at dunkin doughnuts leroy ny, the eggs were cold the bread wasn't toasted all the bacon was in one blob in the middle of the sandwich, but after reading other reviews it appears that the management doesn't care”
“I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location. I simply asked the employee to repeat my order to ensure accuracy, but she refused, insisting I move forward because of "a long line." I pointed out that only two cars were behind me, but she still wouldn’t confirm my order. When I asked for a manager, I was told no one was available.
Instead of handling my request professionally, the employee began ranting and even raised her voice, claiming my order was “too large to repeat.” Ultimately, this lack of basic courtesy led to mistakes in my order. I’m genuinely disappointed with this level of service and hope that management will address these issues to improve the customer experience.”
“I just ate 1/2 of the worst sausage,egg and cheese croissant I have ever had! The croissant was squashed, the sandwich was very bad. They have definitely gone down hill! I also saw them serve a very sloppy coffee drink to another customer with overflow on the outside of the cup. I think I'll avoid this location! Now I know why they no longer have the heavy traffic they used to have!”
“When l called about a missing item delivered by door dash. I called the store located at 1101 Reisterstown Road,Pikesville MD. The Manager was very rude and hang up on me . She was very disrespectful and Terrible communication. I tried calling back several times and no one would answer. This type of behavior is unacceptable for a business. They will never get my money again. If l could have rated with no stars that what they would receive. I hope when Corporate or whoever gets this information will investigate that store. I just simply asked if they could refund me for the missing item. She suggested l drive to them to get my missing item. Why should l drive to them when l used door dash!!!!!!!!!!”
“Every time we have gone to Dunkin they are out of something that we have ordered. Whether that’s a fault of the Dunkin app or the store I don’t know. But the last time we went over two weeks ago, we ordered 4 classic donuts and two of the specialty donuts. They were completely out of donuts at 9:30 in the morning. The lady at the store told me they couldn’t refund me because I ordered in the app, that I would have to go through customer service in the app. So I did, and they offered me 400 point, which doesn’t cover the cost of 6 donuts. I’ve sent numerous emails and every time I get an email back saying to give them 48 hours and they’ll get back to me. I’ve received nothing in 2 weeks. Their customer service is absolute trash.”
“They use to have a good coffee but since a two or three months they change the coffee now taste like water that's not fair the coffee its expensive they should serve a good coffee.”
“I am extremely impressed with the genuine customer service I received from my favorite Dunkin' Donuts. I was greeted when I walked in the door with the utmost respect and smiles from people who were happy to do their jobs. My breakfast was perfect and the bathrooms were clean. The employees are doing a wonderful job and I hope they keep up the good work!!”
“The donuts was ice cold the last few times I been to Dunkin’ Donuts. This time talked with manager was told donuts come in every morning cold!!! What happened to the fresh daily made Dunkin’ Donuts? Krispy Kreme please move to Midlothian! Until then I will drive to other side of town just to get the daily fresh made donuts!”
“Bad bad attitudes in this establishment! Worker gave my order to another customer then I was ignored a while before my order was remade. Workers are loud, and I have to ASK i f i can get served! Seriously? Put a Starbucks here!”
