To be honest, Duty Free Crystal performed okay I think, but the star itself disintegrated as all legs became unglued as soon as it was opened and put on the tree. I had to spend a considerable length of time repairing it. As this has never happened before on any or our now considerable Swarovski collection, it does make me wonder whether getting them from this source lays me open to sub-standard items.

Item was not received. Phoned up duty free crystal who have stated that it isn't their problem and that I had to chase it up with Royal Mail as someone had signed for it even though it has not been delivered to my address. Left out of pocket and no item at the moment, not happy at all!!!

I ordered a peacock as a Christmas present. Payment was taken even though the item was out of stock (I was told that this status would have shown on the website but I never saw it). Even when the item was received into stock it took several days of chasing to send it to me. The only good thing was the price. Maybe you get what you pay for.

Have deal with the company for a number of years and have been more than happy with the overall service and delivery. This year I ordered two 2015 christmas stars which I received 7 days later. The stars were gifts for two friends. I received only one blue swarovski bag and one envelope for both authenticity cards. I phoned to request another bag and envelope for authenticity card. To my surprise I was told it was too expensive for the company to send these items which I should have requested with my original order. I did question the cost of post for such small items and was told it was too expensive as they had to pay VAT?? This has not been the case in past years bags were supplied for each item. Beware if you need a gift bag for each item you order please request this when placing your order. Very disappointing

Pro - just the 1 price Con - customer service, earrings delivered to wrong address, when I queried the mistake advised that they would contact wrong customer and ask them to return them to store, then the store would send them out to me! Issue with this was the delay as a birthday present and being earrings they could have been tried on by wrong customer and earrings cannot be returned to stores for this reason. I think the store eventually sent new ones and included a small gift but doubt I would purchase again from them
