Driver couldn’t be bothered to deliver, I ordered training books, and now I’m have to go on a training course with no books Thanks for a lazy incompetent service

Worst courier service I have ever dealt with. Extremely poor communication via email. There doesn't seem to be an actual call centre as when I call they cut me off and tell me to email. I STILL haven't got my package, they apparently made only 1 attempt, and I don't even know if I will be getting it. I didn't choose DX by choice, it was through Samsung. Don't ever use DX.

Appalling 'service' Second day of waiting in after non-delivery . Phone line is useless, their head office can't even contact local depots!

Like other people, total lies about attempted delivery and you cant get hold of this company, via phone/live chat everything is geared towards not helping you get your parcel. How can this company be allowed to operate in this day and age?

Unfortunately my experience is the same as the other reviewers - kept lying about attempted delivery then saying that the package has been delivered and signed by "alan" - Total BS! What, do they think people will just roll over 'only £280, I'll just buy another'?

Zero stars.......Terrible service. Twice arranged delivery with clear instructions and contact numbers. No delivery either day ( awaited in all day expecting them) and was sent a text from them saying "attempted delivery" which was a lie. Absolute appalling customer service....avoid them at all costs.

Disgusting service. Had text on Tuesday morningsaying they were delivering passport on Wednesday, had text Tuesday night saying they attempted delivery, lie! In all day. Filled in online form for delivery on the Wed. No show. Thursday, no show!! Rang at 5, told it would be with me at 6, lie!!! Then you can't call after 6. Fuming is an understatement.

Have Had 2 days of aggravation, the worst possible service, no one to talk to ,all voice automation with out repeating the vital info such as email address. most points requested were not relevant to arranging delivery which a human would have been able to solve. This company has been sold I believe a few times .It does not deserve to be in Business. Samsung use them probably because they are the cheapest of the cheap ,for their freebie gifts. What is cheap is dear in terms of time money and aggravation . Dont use them !Harold2 10 pm 26th Sept

I had a text saying my parcel would be delivered tomorrow then had a text saying it was out for delivery so I waited in all day yet they couldn't even be bothered to text me that I wont get my parcel that is bad practice, i had been tracking it all day and at 18:00 its scanned back in with no one to answer my calls.

We waited a week for a delivery which should have been next-day, only to then receive a letter informing us that DX had attempted to deliver... but as an office building, we are open all day, and clearly nobody had attempted delivery!! This is equivalent to a child with a paper round who dumps their bundle of papers in the woods, and then lies about it! And then they are impossible to contact to re-arrange delivery, having to call to be given an email address, which then doesn't work, and there's no-one on the website live chat either. To sum up in one word - inept!

Awful service. They clearly hadn't even attempted to make a delivery but then sent a letter to re-arrange. However, don't expect them to pick up the phone, answer emails or be available on their 'online' chat to arrange a delivery time. Don't deserve to be in business. Infact I'm not sure how they still are looking at these reviews.

I wish I could give this company a minus 10 stars. I waited the whole day for my delivery (passport) at home but I didn't receive my delivery, later on I received a text message saying that delivery attempted but couldn't get access to the property, which is a false information. Firstly we have a door bell which the driver did not attempt to ring so. Secondly I was waiting outside as I was in rush to receive my delivery and leave to work. We have have security cameras which I don't see anyone attempting to deliver. I don't know how home office dealing with such a fraud company.

Really should be zero stars. Horrendously annoying experience obtaining my new passport. Messed about like you would not believe. I do wish this company would cease to exist. They take incompetence to a new level. Failure to deliver. Poor communication. Made a pig's ear of it. Sorry to all pigs!

Home Office uses them, they shouldn't. Delivered my first UK passport after naturalisation to a different address without signature... potential identity theft issue (2018) Tracking 141711604. Proof provided to HMPO indicated wrong door! I am still wondering why I did not report DX to Police for complicity to identity theft. Failed to find the address and deliver my wife's ILR BRP card and had to make 3 calls and come out to the street, they wouldn't know how to ring a bell (2018). Failed to ring the bell in another important identity document delivery (2019) and had to dial them back for re-delivery. 0/3... can we give 0 stars please... The deliveries were in 3 different addresses in the UK, 3 different failures due to gross incompetence. Can the Home Office please stop using them as they compromise people's identities and show high chances of losing their documents?

At first I thought great company; was told I'd receive a text between 18.00hrs-19.00hrs evening before delivery to give 2-hour delivery time. At 18.05hrs I received text confirming between 14.18-16.18hrs the following day. This moved back by half an hour, which I didn't mind as appreciate delays with other customers/traffic. At 17.05 hrs I called to find out where they were; they were stuck in traffic. They turned up c17.35hrs. Reversed up access road and the younger delivery guy was great; the older one - I have never, ever come across such a miserable, grumpy man. He was so rude; I'd paid the extra delivery cost to have the 'white glove' service which meant they would take my goods up no more than one flight of stairs and to room of choice and I could have them stay for 15 minutes whilst I unpacked and checked goods were intact. The grumpy older man stomped off, down my stairs saying 'we're not hanging around' - I said I'd paid for this service. EXTREMELY RUDE - if he doesn't like delivering work then he should find something else. Thankfully I am not an elderly, vulnerable person but if I was, that would have left me shaken and upset. I would not choose to use this company - I had no choice as the contract with the delivery company was between DX and Victorian Plumbing; my contract was with Victorian Plumbing - to whom I have expressed my views. Think some of these companies need to re-tender their delivery companies contract as DX are giving companies a bad name.

The worst delivery company in the UK The worst delivery company in the country. I have no idea why companies use them, it must be terrible for business. 8 items from B&Q due to be delivered last Friday 13th September. Of course, nobody turned up all day, nobody phoned, nobody emailed, nothing. Made two enquries the next day, not heard a single word from them. Monday now, and apparently my items are out for delivery...well 7 of them are, and the delivery date on the tracking page still says last Friday. A joke of a company, and I am continuously perplexed as to how they remain in business.

By far, this is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, constant delivery failures on their 24 hour service, managers fobbing you off, failed collections, high turnover of staff. I want to give a zero star.

Last year my new passport was "delivered" to the wrong address about 50 miles away but of course I was not in to receive it. A card was left, which of course I never got. I only found this out by contacting the Passport office. A second attempt to deliver almost failed. I walked in to my kitchen and saw the driver writing out another delivery card and about to post it through my door. He hadn't even knocked. A couple of days ago an overnight delivery didn't make it as promised because they "left my parcel at the depot". They were sorry about this though, which makes it all better. Tracking through Parcel Monkey doesn't work. If you have another courier option then take it.

I give a 1 star only because there is no option for 0. This is the shittiest courier service I have ever had the painful displeasure of dealing with. The delivery drivers lied about missing me and sent a letter 3 days later when I had been waiting all week for an URGENT parcel from UKBA. I have no clue why UKBA still chooses to use this incompetent company. Horror! Stay away if you can!
