Without even attempting the delivery, the driver updated the status "sorry we missed your delivery" I wasted one full day staying home for the delivery. Such a rubbish company.

Would give no stars if I could. They lost my curry’s parcel! Then lazy spa despatched my order with them, was given a delivery date and time….it never showed up. Contact them they said would be with me the next day. Again given a time and date , the time was then rescheduled during the day and then finally cancelled with a new delivery date a week later. Terrible customer service . AVOID!!

If l could put a minus l would. Shocking company they delivered my parcel at the wrong address the owners were away fortunately they had a dog sitter he was out walking the dog and was surprised that there was a very large parcel a recliner chair. A neighbour helped to bring the parcel down they had to remove the item and bring it in. I went on the website with my tracking number and it said it was delivered in a safe place ha he left in full view also stated that the parcel was signed for which is a lie I've sent messages to the customer care not received a response or an acknowledgement I've also tried to ring them 6 times and the phone wasn't answered. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! SHOCKING COMPANY !!! DO NOT USE !!!

Your staff are lied to me about delivery I was told that it had been delivered the lady said it was left by my ring doorbell which I do not have but I do have full on CCTV they read from a script there tracking system is obviously useless and they say he was at my from door the guy can’t read English obviously as he delivered it to a different street

Yeah been sitting here like following my delivery and all of a sudden it pops up saying sorry you wasn't in we'll try again tomorrow!!! Thats so strange when mine and my neighbours ring door bell didn't pick the van up ive sat here all day waiting for it!!! Useless company!!!! 😡😡😡 callee up where I brought my items from to complain too!!.

I would give 0 if possible. Stayed home all day waiting for a pick up from DX. No one turned up. Called customer service the next morning and was told the drivers van was too full hence they didn't attend. Booked another pick up 2 days later, no one turned up. Spent 40 mins calling today but no response. Awful service!! I have these massive parcels sitting in my hallway.

Dreadful! Evri is better than this. The delivery driver doesn't even show up and says that the driver left a calling card. I had to reschedule the delivery 3 times. when I check the location the driver doesn't even come near my house. No customer service I tried to email them and used their live chat. absolute bs.

I have had 2 bad delivery experiences with DX from Amazon Marketplace suppliers. Both delivered to completely the wrong street and both where the driver has lied and forged my signature. I wold strongly recommend any vendor not to use DX they are no good. DX will reflect very badly on your company profile. DO NOT Use

Two separate deliveries to my home address which were dropped off in the vicinity of it, not at my address. Two separate deliveries which were three weeks apart. Why is the error repeated? How is it that other delivery services seem not to have any difficulties in locating my address? To be told that the delivery has been made is not as described … NOT D delivery Exactly is it?

Good afternoon I would like to raise an official complaint for tracking number xxxxx. The item was supposed to be delivered originally on 18th July 2024. On the day, I was at the property all day and while the driver claimed to have attempted delivery there was no ring on the doorbell or a note to say that he has been. After speaking with your colleagues several times, we agreed to reschedule for the following day, noting the urgency with which I need these official documents due to my travels. On the 19th of July, the delivery was scheduled for between 1-3pm. When the slot passed, I contacted your customer service and they advised me that the item is at the depot. So again there hasn't been a delivery attempted at all (this time at least no claims to the contrary). I would like to express my great dissatisfaction with both the driver and the customer service representatives who apart from using generic language couldn't be helpful in any way. I hope your company takes such comments seriously and takes action to address such gross failings. It is fair to say this is absolutely the worst delivery service I have come across in recent past. Not once, but twice in a row.

Three days running they say they tried to deliver and yet I have been here waiting - waiting - waiting. They say they left a postcard but not one postcard received. No phone call. Not sure how I will ever get the parcel I urgently need
