Absolutely worst delivery company. I had to book 3 consecutive deliveries as they were trying to deliver I believe to an empty house. I was waiting in & then received a test sorry we missed you & a card as been posted. Called several times no answer just music . Sent 3 separate online communication about problems. Sent 3 emails to customer services. It was for a Bosch lawnmower brought via Screwfix but distributed via a Bosch choice of DX . So stressful, cancelled, found one on line £30 cheaper with Lawson , paid , it actually came next day no extra charge by DPD & left in y safe place.

I paid for next day delivery which was perfectly possible. Delivery should have been yesterday, Friday 15th March. This did not happen. Online chat took ages and still have no idea of when the delivery will actually happen. Useless service!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I left my porch open for the delivery, and my neighbour was in. My parcel was delivered 'by a black pole near my address'. No card through the door and DX are 'not able to share' the image of where the driver dumped my parcel. Genuinely couldn't be less helpful, although they did keep telling me to chase with the seller. Cannot believe they charge for this 'service'. AVOID!

Had to wait in 4 times for my parcel, after complaining alot to dx delivery, got them,guy left parcel over my fence!!

I had my parcels delivered to the wrong address but DX insisted they had been signed for (they were left in someone elses garden 5 streets away) i had to take to social media and post the picture of they had taken of the persons door. Luckily they saw the post and contacted me so i could pick the items up. I have tried to contact DX with 'chat' and there is never an actual person available. I suffer from stress and anxiety so do not want to speak to a person directly. The email doesnt work either and apparently they do not have a complaints department. I have had no attempt to contact myself by them with an apology and will never use there service again.

I had a message that I will get my parcel delivered today so I was waiting for the parcel whole day in my home but finally I got the message that they unable to delivered, and want me to rebook. It is an emergency travel document from indian government, but they running this business like a joke and playing in someone's life.

Dumped package at roadside for signed for, unprofessional, non-communicative, didn't turn up, lost 1 of 2 packages. Literally just threw package out of van by the look of it- and it was a signed for delivery that missed the allotted day from their own email to be homechocka, no update and then package discovered by chance looking outside. Rain would have destroyed packaging even more than damage by courier. Phone numbers to track keep you on hold forever. The WORST courier ever but used by supplier.

DX is refusing to deliver my parcel. Three times they said it was no possible tp deliver when we are a very long fronted shop on Pimlico Road with opening hours from 9AM to 6PM and 12 people in the shop at all times. I no longer want the product as I purchased it from another source return it to the vendor

I was supposed to have a parcel picked up this morning, was advised pickup was between 08.00 and 09.00. At 08.58 I received 2 text messages and 2 emails from DX stating that they called to pick up the parcel but I wasn't in!!! I was in,because I was waiting for a delivery from IKEA. I tried to contact DX but they don't have any customer service contact number, only automated service, I phoned the local depot number and asked for a call back. I am still waiting. I phoned the company that the parcel was being returned to and they told me that this happens with DX!!!! I will never buy anything from a company that uses DX.

Untrustworthy service, wasted my time waiting for my delivery and never attended for 3 days. Ended to cancel my order with the supplier and asked for full refund.

HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY. NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS. My partner had to take two days off waiting for her passport to be delivered and still have not been delivered. Even contacted the chat they have and they said it will for sure be delivered today but nothing. And they don’t even have a phone number to call and the number they have is automated and you speak to a Robot. I will be complaining from them if it does not get delivered.

I having an incredibly frustrating experience with DX Delivery that is compelling me to share my disappointment. Despite paying extra for one-day delivery and making arrangements to be available at the office, my delivery was repeatedly missed for 2 days, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my schedule. The issue escalated when one of their drivers, consistently refused to deliver my package, despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation. Despite assurances from the depot that a redelivery would be arranged, this commitment was not honoured. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. It reflects poorly on DX Delivery as a courier service provider and has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I urge others to reconsider using DX Delivery for their courier needs, as my experience highlights their unreliability and lack of accountability. It's disappointing to see a company prioritize profit over customer service, and I hope DX Delivery takes immediate action to address these issues and improve its service quality. My experience with DX Delivery is nothing short of disappointing, and I would caution others against relying on them for timely and professional delivery services.

Driver knocked and put card through before driving off waited in all morning and did not have time to get to door and I have no mobility issues would not use again

Parcel was a day late being delivered Then a card posted no one knocked as i was sat in my living room by the front door! Rang the swansea branch who ever answered a male had a disgusting attitude no customer service even put the phone down on me Hes totally in the wrong job disgusting!

Awful they don't respect their own timelines and you just waste time god forbidden you get in touch with customer service - they are just useless and waste more of your time massive NO from me. I wasted 2 days of work waiting for the package to be delivered. and didn't make it to my son's school pickup! AVOID

There is a scammer posing as your company as DX deliveryusa. They have all the your information and invoices even fake tracking number that work on DX deliveryusa. Please put something in your website about this scammer, it makes the rest of the company look really bad. If you can’t keep your company’s website and official documents secure.

I would just like to say a big thank you to DX Express. Especially to delivery driver James. I ordered a very heavy leisure battery from Tanya. Apart from the fact he carried the battery up 3 flights of steps he asked if I wanted it taking it to where it was to be used (another 30 meters away). He did this very cheerfully. Please thank him from me. He is a credit to your company.

I waited in all morning for a tracked delivery. The driver did not attempt to deliver to me , but delivered to a farm up the road, then logged it as delivering to my neighbour next door. When I tried to contact DX they did nothing. Avoid this company if you want your goods to arrive at your address.
