If you are a company do not use them, not good for your company reputation Do not trust this company. Item should have been delivered on the 2-9-20 received a txt stating they could not manage on the 2nd and would deliver on the 3-9-20. have not seen or heard from DX since. Tried to make contact on there website. What a complete waste of time that was as it kept coming up that there was no one available to help. So they don't deliver on time and you can't get any adice from them. USE DHL OR SOME OTHER COMPANY, ACTUALLY YOU SHOULD USE THE POST OFFICE

You aren't offered the privilege to provide instructions to where your parcel should be left. The deliverer didn't leave my parcel in a safe place or with either of my neighbours as described within all their sent emails. I would have preferred if H.Samuel sent my items with the Royal Mail again instead of this company, as the idea of posting it through letterbox was apparently out of the question.

Driver arrived, entered my property, left gate wide open, let my dog out. He ran off... took me 2 hrs to find him ... ( dog is 16 and deaf) he had a seizure due to exertion ... got him home to find delivery of 28 packs of heavy duty flooring dumped on pallet behind my car. No sign of driver ... no del note. I was due to work that day, couldn’t get car out of drive. Took me over 2 hrs to unpack flooring on drive and stagger 28 heavy packs into my house. Lost a days pay and had a very sick dog. (He is ok now) NOT impressed and very angry with attitude and lack of customer care.

Parcel arrived and someone with very light fingers had removed product and left me a empty box. Courier not interested in mandatory signature message on package and just handed to my partner and ran off. I received a message to say I had signed for it but how?? I wasn’t even home. Supplier have full cctv evidence package was correct when courier collected. Currently under investigation but Birthday has passed and day ruined and I will never get back. Awaiting host of excuses from them that there drivers would never do this. 3 friends have been done by these in last month also...... Further review may follow pending outcome of investigation.

They gave my parcel to the wrong house and have had no contact with them to say where my parcel is. I still after 7 days, do not have my parcel. I ordered it on the 19/8/20 and it was shipped 21/8/20 and apparently with delivered and signed for on the 27/8/20. I still have not got my parcel and no contact from them either.

Parcel ment to have been delivered by 6pm. Driver got to within in less then half a mile of delivery address but couldn't get through, turned around and sped off. How do I know this .... I was stood by the tree cutting it up !! Why he didnt ring me I dont know. Had to wait another 24 hours for parcel and alot of chasing up. Wouldn't out of choice use this company again due to the incompetence of the driver and call centre staff. Also theres no real time tracking just a time it will supposedly be delivered by. If you don't want stress use another courier.

Tree in their possession on 24/08/20 still not delivered on the 29th. Birthday missed. Paid for 2-day delivery. How come every other delivery service can still manage the next day delivery

I needed to receive some important documents with DX. They emailed me that the courier missed me, although my intercom was on, my phone was next to me and no calling card. Ok, i rescheduled for another day. Waiting from 8 am for someone to come and nothing, another email that they missed me. I called customer service and i enphasized that i need NEXT DAY my documents, that i am flying. No problem, of course. Aha! Next day the same! So the third time they emailed that they missed me. I called again customer service and i said that i don t think the guy really came to my house and the gentleman i talked to said that he doesn t think either! So, what else can you say?! Really making fun of people your couriers, no common sense whatsoever. I prepaid for my delivery to get my documents late, to be stressed and angry and to travel to your depot to collect them, otherwise I wouldn t be able to fly. Really dissapointed and I will also talk to someone from Documents Legalisation, because it s not possible to be treated his way!

AWFUL: have been sent numerous deliveries via this company. Dont think one has ever been right. Had the full rages of problems. Delivery day not met. Delivery marked as delivered but not, then spent hours on the phone to customer service to be told nothing at all. Saw a delivery driver throw a parcel marked fragile at my front door, that package was ruined and had to be refunded. Arranged a collection for the driver to turn up a day early and complain I didnt have it ready. Social distancing non existent. The worst delivery service I have ever encountered.

Gave 1 star as there was nothing less. Absolute shambles. Firstly couldn't find address so driver left and parcels had to be rescheduled for next day. Next day came, received a phone call that they couldn't get past vehicles parked in the lane, yet they somehow managed to turn their vehicle around, wife had to drive to where they were parked to pick up packages.

Totally useless. A parcel that was due to be collected a week ago but wasn't was booked in for today, but not collected again. Aparently there is a new driver on our route. I asked to complain and was told I cant, they could only let the operations manager know. Do not use them

Only give a 10 hour delivery slot unless you pay extra! We have a safe place for delivery but driver took the parcel away again for re-delivery but no card left despite the e-mail from DX saying it would happen! Re-booked delivery but conflicting information on their confirmation regarding proof of identity required

We used this company via Parcel2Go. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING THEM 1 PARCEL.. DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS. Then arrived at correct address broken. 2. The other one is still missing 2 weeks later. No refund in my bank account yet. DO NOT USE THEM...

Avoid. 5 days after scheduled delivery we are still waiting for our goods. Ordered dog medication for our elderly labrador, obviously time sensitive but we've never had an issue with other couriers so didn't expect a delay. Paid for one day delivery. Scheduled day was a day later, fine under the current circumstances. Tracking shows our parcel has been loaded on the vehicle 5 days straight and still not delivered. Initially the excuse from the driver was incomplete address information, called the office and was told the address was fine. Made a guarantee that delivery would be made today. Driver now claims he attempted delivery and we were available. Despite us being sat by the window adjacent to the front door. No card in sight and there certainly was no one at our property. Called again to be told we can't collect it ourselves from the depot and they can't get an answer on the telephone from the driver to establish what he's playing at. Whoever was manning the phones couldn't put us through to customer services for some unknown reason, despite him telling us that they were the only ones who could help us resolve this. So who knows when or if we will get our goods. I certainly won't bank on it.

Avoid. They were the chosen courier from a supplier I had ordered from. I received an email to track my order, with no tracking number. Managed to retrieve the tracking number from the supplier as dx were unable to help. Got a notification to say the package had been successfully delivered and signed for. I was out of the area. Not home. I happened to be on visiting family at the time and wouldn't be back for several more days. Spoke to customer service at dx to find out where it had been delivered to who said they cannot contact their drivers. Absolutely abismal. Transpired they had left it outside in the rain. The package contained school uniform that could well have been ruined.

I was expecting a delivery from DX on 21st August, waited in all day ,all day Saturday, followed my order on their tracking device ,says parcel delivery vehicle at 22/08/20 @02:12am,at this time of writing this no one has been in touch to say when I will receive my goods .! Not a very reliable company, will definitely not recommend this company to anyone else Also very hard to phone said company to find anything out!!Rant over ,zero stars from me

I had the misfortune to have a supplier use this courier. It took 3 days for them to deliver a blind following a call to the supplier and DX DELIVERY and numerous emails. On the 1st day that delivery was due I received an email advising delivrry could not be made because the drivet could not find my address?? As the email instructed redelivery was arranged for the following day. Still no delivery. On the 3rd day following numerous correspondence to DX complaint about their service and email advising delivery would happen ,"around 2pm", delivery was received around 5pm. I companies want to keep their reputation I would suggest they do not use DX DELIVERY. I found the only way to get past their automated call system and to actually speak to s human was to give a wrong post code. As thus foes not match their records I was passed to their call centre.

My experience is eerily similar to so many listed below. I genuinely don’t understand how they function such is the disorganisation. If any company reads this please know that if you use DX, customers will not order from you again. The service is so, so bad.

Dx do you not see or care about these awful reviews? DX emails I received this week.Monday out for delivery today. It didn't arrive.Tuesday out for delivery today. It didn't arrive.Wednesday out for delivery today. It didn't arrive So three wasted afternoons. No notifications the driver was out of time. Zero customer care or service. Utterly shambolic. Zero star review.
