“I Ordered an external Hard Drive from ESV and received fantastic service. I had a few questions which they answered swiftly on the online chat. I then placed an order and received free next day delivery & they HD was a great price. Thanks ESV, if I need anymore in the future I will be a returning customer.”

“There was initially a problem with the distributor but they handled the whole situation perfectly and even offered to deliver on a weekend when they received my item. Very responsible, reliable and on the ball. I was impressed by their very hands-on and personable customer service and will definitely be using them in the future, especially if delivery is time-sensitive. Highly recommended.”

“I ordered a Blackmagic Design product from Eastwood Sound and Vision, and had the pleasure of dealing with Richard who was helpful and informative, and ensured that the product arrived the next day. I had a slight hiccup with a credit card payment, and Richard held the courier back slightly, to ensure that my purchase would meet its next day delivery target. They had not only the best prices, but the best level of service, and I would unhesitatingly recommend the Eastwoods, and their company, to anyone looking for first-class customer service. “These guys are top notch! I would highly recommend them! I bought a Black Magic Cinema Camera from them and it was delivered in a day, which was amazing. Sadly there was a fault on the camera, Black magic told me to send them the camera to look at and they would potentially send me a replacement or fix it, which could take weeks. Eastwood (Sound and Vision) messaged me that evening at 9pm and told me they would get another sent out to me the following day! Extremely helpful and very lovely! Would definitely shop with them again!”
