“Really sad to write this review as tried hard to resolve as should be. I Bought a complete bathroom from these guys with all black detailed fittings at a cost of 2742.43 pounds.
Refused a return / exchange an 2 items because 32 days since delivered.
The wrong color shower (silver)screen and ceiling support arm was supplied in error when Black was ordered(400+ pounds) and is on the original invoice.
The item has never been out of its box and only prized box apart to supply them an image they requested when my plumber noticed the error easybathrooms made.
Be very carful giving these guys your hard earned money !!!”
“As a tradesman I have used easybathrooms for some years now and can honestly say the company has gone to the dogs good look if you have an issue with any of your items the customer service is none existent anymore me or my customers will not be setting foot in any store ever again”
“The ironically named "Easy Bathrooms" Exeter store would get zero if it were possible. Gave dimensions of the areas; had almost 8 full boxes of tiles left over?? Then they wouldn't take them back even though they were full, unopened and in pristine condition.
Understandably, you have to ensure the tiles are boxed (the one's I wanted to return were boxed, unopened etc; even sent pictures to the again ironically named "customer services")... But yet they can sell them to you any old how - some boxed, some held together with sellotape, others just loose. I had to ask for some sort of packaging material to pack them myself for transport?! Apparently, this wasn't obvious to the staff working there.
Initially because of the repeated messing about and mistakes, I was offered a refund! Yay!... But this soon changed to being offered store credit - what for exactly? There's never any stock of anything. Ordering takes a WEEK!? But only if they don't mess it up - then it takes way longer. When I bought the tiles there was no standard grey adhesive - I mean, basic stuff. How can a tile store have no standard adhesive? There wasn't anywhere near enough grout on the shelves either, and none in the colour I wanted. There were no trims of the correct size etc etc etc. But of course all this took several fruitless visits to the store which is a 37 mile round trip, plus heaving 7 boxes of tiles in and out the car.
Basically, at every single point of contact there was an error, a delay and some sort of mess up.
At this point, even the branch manager is embarrassed. No one has any authority to do anything - manager can't issue a refund; customer services apparently can't do it either. To escalate anything, it has to be in writing - but of course them having already had it in writing doesn't count...
Honestly - just don't bother. Topps tiles are round the corner and they are brilliant.”
“My partner had his first shift here yesterday and what an absolute disgrace they are. They have no health and safety whatsoever, he wasn’t shown where the fire exits were, how to move ridiculously heavy (far heavier than one is allowed to move by themselves) boxes correctly, given no gloves for boxes with sharp edges that could lead to cuts, no organisation at all. Not to mention he did get cut aswell
He came home with bruises and cuts all over his arms. He couldn’t even move them and when he raised this to the agency and company saying he couldn’t go in the next day due to BEING COVERED IN BRUISED EASY BATHROOMS SACKED HIM. He was called a liar despite having photos on his phone, more like they’re covering up the fact they’re breaking the law!
This company is a joke you need shutting down. Absolute disgrace.”
“Shower board delivered but one was damaged. Waited for an answer when a replacement would arrive. Didn't get a response for a few days and when I did it was a wait of about two weeks. This wasn't acceptable due to needing a functioning bathroom.
Despite emails to customer service I have had no response or refund with my first unanswered email dating back 13 days.
I will now be involving my credit card supplier to get a refund.
Had a refund been issued promptly and if customer service had responded to me then I wouldn't have had an issue but given my experience I won't be shopping with them again.”
“Purchased a corner shower ex showroom sold as seen which on inspection appeared to be OK. Had to give 3 days notice for them to take it down when arrived to pick it up they had not taken it down. Then when they did told me it did not come down any further than the whole frame I asked if they were sure. Tried to get in car and of course would not go in took it back into showroom and found we could take it down further... by this time I wad getting very stressed so we loaded 2 cars with purchase and was not apparent that some parts were not there the cover straps and 3 U glass channels missing. After going down to inform them they denied all knowledge and said we must have them. Several phone calls later saying they will get back to be but I ended up calling them. Had to travel back to them again where I wad told there was no profile when purchased. I will not and would not advise using this company. The customer service leaves a lot be desired. Next step contacting their head office”

I ordered a bath and ensuite refubirshment - costing around 10,000 on the 27/12/22.
The staff at Orpington reassured me all contents would arrive on the 5/1/23 with everything being in stock.
I took a day off as a NHS KEY WORKER to be available.
The order arrived with half of the contents and we still await the rest- i was initially told EVERYTHING would be delivered on the day asides from 2 taps.
I had already booked in the builder - who is also very busy. He now waits to finish the main areas in the bathroom because half of the contents are missing.
Easy bathrooms have lied about delivery dates on multiple occasions and often send emails during the day confirming one date to the next. They have even confirmed on a date that i am getting married - 17/1/23. This shows the complete lack of understanding and thought behind this companies' relation with clients.
When i initially made the order I was promised by the staff at the Orpington store that everything asides from 2 sets of taps were in stock and would be delivered on the 5/1/23.
Now the order is coming in 3 different parts on days that i am at work ! Do you expect me to take time out of a busy NHS to be available for their random dates?
Furthermore, a bath waste set was not even ordered - this was a mistake by the manager in the store. I mean its very worrying that they wouldn't think of these hugely important components.
I have now had to delete things off of my order so that i am not waiting weeks / months e.g. a TV that was apparently in stock [ reassured by the staff that it was on the 27/12/22] - and now isn't in stock until the end of Jan !
This company have been shown to be completely incompetent.
I still await a reply to my complaint and a refund !

“I purchased a new suite from
Easy bathrooms in 2021. I used the online bathroom planning tool and visited the branch to plan my installation. I met with an in store sales
Representive who translated my online vision into a sales order, at this stage I picked up details in store
Of an installer and he was recommended by the store team. When the suite arrived we had various issues, the mirror was smashed, the shower head was the wrong shape, the shower screen was wrong and we only had 50% of the tiles! The mirror was replaced by the installer, the shower head and the screen, were not to the original design specified but I live with that. The tiles on the other hand ended up costing me a further £550 because the online bathroom planner failed to calculate the tiles on the walls! Yes these had been shown in the design plan initially but had not been included in the prices! Do not trust this feature, I recommend not using it at all. Half way though the install we found this shortfall out and it was a captive situation resulting in the suite becoming uncompetitively priced, and in my view discrediting this companies trust, they didn’t even acknowledge the mistake by offering a discount to complete on the design, instead I needed to hound the technical department for a weak apology some months later. Further issues later arose with the £200 (each) Matt black taps. Easy bathrooms acknowledged 1 tap replacement due to the coating rubbing off. I now have 2 taps with the same issue, the black coating is coming off all over them, and I am not the only customer to report this of these ‘designer Italian taps’ These taps are not fit for purpose, and you guessed it, easy bathrooms won’t replace them claiming that the warranty on these items purchased from them is with the ( recommended) installer that has since ceased trading, a very convenient policy. Overall easy bathrooms get a NIL recommendation from me. The issues we faced due to technical faults left me out of pocket and mis sold. The customer service follow up was poor and inflexible. Ultimate I paid a premium for a bathroom suite I am

Issues and easy bathrooms won’t help to fix it. For reference, we had the whole house gutted and re-fitted during this period and we dealt with many National and local companies, easy bathrooms have been the only company that failed to deliver what they agreed while asking for premium prices. The situation has been unresolved and developing since the install and I’ve had enough. AVOID.”

£1000 Shower screen 10mm thick shattered after 18 months & they were not interested in honouring the 10 year warranty. Products under the consumer rights act have to be fit for purpose ! Those screen should withstand day to day use but whilst luckily not being used exploded! Easy Bathrooms shame on you & your dire customer service. I had all 3 rooms done with you & was assured on purchase any issues would be resolved but NOPE.”

Zero customer service and a manager, Karl, that really didnt seem too bothered either way. Take your time and money elsewhere.”

From the minute i walked into the showroom, I was dealt with in a professional manner, given plenty of advice before I made my decision to purchase everything for our new bathroom with Burlington. Ordering was straight forward, delivery took place and everything was as ordered, excellent service throughout.
The bathroom is top quality and looks beautiful.

“The guarantee means nothing! I purchased a tap to go with my luxury bathroom, it only lasted a few months until the black started peeling off making my bathroom look cheap and nasty!
Contacted Easy Bathrooms and they have accused me of using abrasive products! I have full black accessories in my bathroom so I know only to use microfibre cloths. Everything else in my bathroom has kept its colour. They are not willing to accept responsibility! There was not enough coating and you can see that as the paint is so thin around the lever!
A poor and unprofessional company that has no consideration for customers let alone morality.
Do not buy from this company!”
“They left the entire bathroom suite shrinked wrapped in the middle of the road outside my property and drove off. No communication / no signature. I called and was told the small print in the contract was 'curbside'. I needed to pay extra to have them bring it into the house. Which had I been told I would have done... instead I had to ask for neighbours help to bring heavy glass / tiles / toilet into the house. The way the complaint was handled was as bad - you should have read the small print .... terrible....”

“Disappointing service … We spent nearly £6k here on a new en suite and bathroom - 2 items were damaged which we returned and had replaced (at our inconvenience) - after the job was finished we had 2 small value items that we hadn’t used ( our plumber had used his own superior quality items) and Easy Bathroom charged us £20 “handling” fee to return them as they were over the 30 day returns window - they absolutely would not budge on this - I really dislike this approach from a business ….I wouldn’t recommend this company due to poor after sales care.”
“They have no ability to repackage goods. Unless you feel you have the ability to factory package anything you open, including the outer packaging, you WILL NOT be able to return it.
The website could be clearly that it is not just referring to the internal packaging and item.
I understand the problem but why are they the only company who can't deal with repackaging.”

My husband is a local tradesman, whom has been one of the Thetford Easy Bathrooms biggest traders of late. A number of months ago the current acting manager greatly messed up on an order, which had been paid for by my husband. On the agreed date the order was due to come in to the customers home - it didn't!!! It not only left his elderly customer with a bathroom that was stripped out ready to start the job, without a bathroom in the home - but he had himself and 2 contractors without work until the bathroom items came in. He of course, still had to pay these contractors for their time, and he also went without a wage - this resulted in a total of 3.5 days before anything came in (the girls in the store did everything they could to fix the situation - so you can't fault them). The acting manager then had the audacity to lie and not admit it was his mistake.
Head office haven't given my husband back the money he was out of pocket, when it was through no fault of his own...and as a result we have greatly suffered as a family and has had a knock on affect on my mental health. If this is how you are treated, then I worry for all other smaller businesses too.
It is such a shame as when Lauren was the manager - Easy Bathrooms was the best place locally by far. She was brilliant.
It doesn't just affect my husband's business - but it affects us all as a family with the stress it has caused. I have been brought up to admit when you make a mistake, and I'd be lying if I said I don't make mistakes - we all do, however when we own up to the mistake and try and fix it, that is what people remember, and talk about with friends and family. Fix the mistake, apologise and give people the money back that they are out of pocket.”

These guys bully you. Keep away from them. They need to change name from ‘Easy Bathrooms’ to ‘Bully Bathrooms’. After spending few thousand pounds in this shop, I regret for stepping here in the first place!!
Few days ago, we ordered bathroom products and they did a mistake and not ordered a basin. When fitting bathroom , plumber noticed an item was missing. we immediately went to seek a clarification and re-order if required.
When asked , staff member J immediately started blaming another staff member M for this error. But in the meantime the manager started intervening and started blaming us for not checking order in the first place. We explained it was a big order and we came straight after plumber noticed item missing. Not sure who made him a manager in the first place. His attitude , arrogance , lack of respect to customers the list goes on….. Shocked that someone can behave in most disrespectful way with customer.
It’s shocking to see these guys are in business. I purchased missed product and second bathroom products from other supplier.
I should have smelled the coffee when the staff were uninterested when we first went to place order few days ago. Shame I didn’t look at online reviews too before shopping, lesson learnt.
I decided to post the review to standup against their BULLYING, raised a complaint with their head office.
Please stay away from this business if you like to protect your dignity & self respect.”
