Be very wary of this lot at Easylife, once your bank details are used to make a purchase the details get passed on to other departments of the firm and intimidatory demands are made for unwanted devices and products.

Same experience as many customers dealing with this pathetic shambles of a company with no knowledge of the word honest. Similar to many comments I bought face masks several months ago then three weeks ago received phone call from foreign speaking individual who I couldn’t understand who ended his pitch by saying details will be in the post.I received nothing. Two days ago bank statement showing £65.95 deducted from account for easy life. Immediate phone call to them resulted in being transferred to different people and getting no information from anyone apart from money was for a holiday club! As I knew nothing of this I said I wanted my money refunded and to cancel any further contact with company to which the guy said your bank will have to do it and have a nice day! This company needs closing down and whoever runs it banning from any further dealings with the public . Avoid at all costs or you will regret it !!

When I placed an order with your shopgoodideas your agent tried very hard so sell me some sort of subscription which I could use to save money on future purchases elsewhere which I firmly refused as I have done in the past when being pressed when talking to Easylife direct. I have heard from the Fraud Team at Nationwide Building Society today that some organisation associated with your company have given them notice that they will be charging my account when it should be clear that by doing so would be fraudulent, that has be stopped. I shall never knowingly do business with your company/group again and I shall pass that word around to anyone I meet. I will also be talking to the likes of the Trading Standards Office.

This company clearly hasno concern for data protection as they are seemingly refusing to remove my address from their database. I have never shopped here and certainly never would consider it after this. They will not stop sending brochures to my house addressed to the previous owner (averaging 3-4 each month) despite numerous requests via their website, email, social media and by sending the brochures back. After 6 months of sending the brochures back, I asked them to stop sending them to me in September and they told me they would stop after 30 days. After receiving more brochures over 30 days later I asked them to stop again, and they said wait 30 more days, and repeat the next month - we are now into January and another has arrived. The sheer quantity of these brochures (all of which look exactly the same) is ridiculous and each one is covered in a plastic sheet - what a lovely way to destroy the environment. It's a never ending cycle, but from reading the experiences of others on their Facebook page, I can't say I'm too surprised at what is happening. I'm not sure what more I can do to make them take this seriously other than start letting others know to stay away, and I recommend you take a look at the comments on their Facebook page if you're unconvinced.

I ordered products from them earlier this year. They eventually arrived. The debit was taken. I was then sent a refund, which I queried by email. Following a marketing call I find they have taken 1.99 from my account. Not received the Awards information promised. Now find the have taken the amount refunded. How can I sever my contact with these incompetent people.

What an absolutely disgusting Co - phone up people asking them to join Reward Club and when told NO, they send letters out saying their trial period has ended and they will be taking a payment out of their account - when calling you get told its not them and need to speak to another Dept and to send e-mail, given the wrong e-mail address and told to send to another Dept so that I can have all my details removed from their Data Base.

Have happily received easy life brochure and made occasional order, all satisfactory.Until phone call received, the gist of it was as I understood, foreign voice, that magazines will be sent with a free food voucher.I am not stupid and know you don’t get something for nothing.Just over 2 weeks later I receive a letter to say 2 week free trial ends for a membership I know nothing about and £18-50 will be taken from my account quarterly.! The day of the call I looked up tel.number to find it was a scam number so instantly cancelled my credit card.I have emailed them as the cost of a call is 19p a minute and people say a long wait.NEVER again will I trust anyone over the phone.I did not give information away on phone, they knew name and address as Easy life sell your details.

My 88 year olf Mother has just had money deducted from her bank by Easylife for a membership she had not requested. First she knew was a letter arrived in November advising she needed to let them know by 28th October if she did not want her membership. Like the other comments below we have been unable to contact anyone at Easylife. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I recently purchased goods and later received a telephone call where they have used the credit card details from my purchase to collect money for Easylife motor membership which I certainly did not authorise This company should be reported for cold calling and mis selling

The goods I ordered were delivered on time and of good quality, however I have since been tricked into accepting some sort of motor insurance despite contacting this firm and trying to cancel it. They do not listen to you and go ahead anyway. I have just tried again to cancel this un-wanted scam, and get my money back, they agreed to do this within seven days.

I purchased some bds oil from easylife I must admit it came within a few days after been told It would be three weeks, a few days later I was called by the health team wanting to know what I was going to use it for and what pain I was in I said I was in continuous pain and asked more questions I told him I will not share my medical records with him I was then asked about the motoring club and I said I don't need it as my motor is not an ordinary vehicle its a black cab and I have my own garage I go to as its a taxi repairers today I found that easylife had taken £59.99 out of my account this is is degusting I'm a pensioner and can't afford this kind as I don't keep much money in this account lts taken me over drawn so thats bank charges something should be done about this firm I'm going to get in touch with the managing director ive found his name.

Avoid at all costs. I bought an expanding hosepipe from them. It failed (split) whilst still just under its one year guarantee. It was in the middle of lock-down one. Easylife had turned off their customer services phone and stated that they could not accept emails or letters, so I was unable to get a refund despite my guarantee. When their customer services reopened they told me to get an "independent inspection" to prove that the hose was faulty. Imagine the cost!! They clearly don't care. In my 75 years, this is the worst cowboy outfit I have come across.

If I could give no stars I would. I have had an ongoing problem with this company since May. They have ripped off my 85 year old mom and will not issue a refund. 2 disclaimer forms sent back ,email after email they are just delaying for time, hoping we will give the complaint up. I am now in touch with trading standards .bThis company needs closing down. I will also be going to BBC watchdog I am sure they will be very interested in a company conning old and vulnerable people

My elderly parents were effectively conned out of £60. This is a disgusting business model that takes money from old people by stealth. These people should be investigated.
