Dreadful customer service. I placed an order in May and its now August. I was informed more than a month ago the goods are all in stock. Delivery would be 5 to 10 working days. I called 2 weeks ago and was informed the goods were waiting for Hemes to collect them for delivery, and to expect delivery last Friday or Monday. One week later still waiting. I've been informed today they're not sure when delivery will be. When you call to check on an order you can be in a queue for up to an hour. Please learn from my experience use a different supplier.

I placed an order with Easylife on 11/7/20. I STILL haven’t received it. I get a generic response email stating due to the current situation (COVID doesn’t seem to be having much of an impact on other companies now) there are delays to getting stock and deliveries. What a crock of S**t. You can’t get through to anyone by phone. This company aim a lot of their products to the elderly, this worries me greatly. I don’t know if I’ll get my order but I will not be rolling over when it comes to having my money returned. I will take legal action.

Still waiting for my refund cheque it's been 5 weeks so far, unable to contact them, are they incompetent or crooks ?

Ordered goods on 2nd June. Cheque cashed on 10th June. Received goods on 1st August after threatening legal action. Citizens Advice Bureau gave very helpful advice.

I am amazed that the Daily Mail Group of papers let this company run its marketing inserts. A complete shambles - rubbish Solar Owl, really a disappointment for my 88 year old mum who thought it would be a fun gift for me. I am now trying to get our money back - plus goodwill gesture for all the aggro and disappointment. Goods damaged on arrival - and don't mention the Puzzle Book freebie which they wanted to charge for. Am trying to get them to delete all my contact details. I think really dodgy business and sad for the people working for them.

Still awaiting delivery from april, now august. Unable to get any response from emails, telephone line is a scam on premium rate number with no answer and massive queues. By the look of all the bad reviews, we are about to lose our money. Wish we had read the reviews before dealing with this company

Too many delays. All blamed on Covid 19. One item faulty. Despite a number of emails and failed calls to the helpline (timed out), no customer service contact. How can they pride themselves on supplying a great service. Rubbish springs all to readily to mind and mouth. Are you listening though? I guess not, looking at the other disgusting reviews. Returning to Covid 19. too many good companies have fallen because of the situation. They probably did not deserve to, but you have escaped to continue to blight people. Disgusted with you. Trading Standards next stop!

received a parcel that had been opened up and re- cellertaped. I wasnt accepting this. I was on to customer services for 53 minutes, I asked the customer service to arrange a free returns label. I was nice with her, concidering her attitude i bet the collection does not happen on the date she gave me and i will have to make another call. I would not buy from easylifegroup again. They wont even compensate for the call. My loss.

I've ordered reusable face mask from Easylife have taken my money gave me a tracking number which is not recognised by the courier I've tried phoning on several occasions only automated answer, I also tried phoning the sales line also automated answer this line is closed I've emailed Easylife and again automated reply. IS THIS COMPANY NO LONGER TRADING?

Terrible customer service . I ordered back in MAY 2020 . the company took cash out of my bank JUNE 2020 and its Now end of JULY 2020 , and still no sign of my order .. i have sent several emails and all you get is Auto reply email back .. i have rang once cut off. and the second finally got hold of a human voice after being on Hold for over 40 mins . she told me it was being dispatched that day and would be with me 3/5 working days . that was in Early JUNE 2020.. Getting very close to writing to trading standards !!!!

Dreadful company, customer service is hopeless, that’s when they answer. Placed my ordered on 2.6.20 and I still don’t have my goods. After being cut off 10 times, having not got through to anyone (automated system), I finally got through and the floor supervisor said my items are in stock and have been for weeks, but still can’t tell me when they will be delivered, yet I’m still getting emails from them trying to get me to buy more! I’m totally disgusted with this company, covid or no covid other companies haven’t treated their customers this bad, they should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered goods early May 2020. I was advised, a few weeks later, that they were ready for dispatch to Hermes. Hermes then gave me a tracking number and finally a delivery time. I waited at home all that day. That evening I had an email, which stated that the goods were delivered at 15.21. No such goods were delivered. I requested for proof of delivery but they couldn't provide. Easylife and Hermes appear to be cheats and I can't understand how Trust Pilot have given Easylife 4 stars. It's a shady world. I keep, however, receiving their "toilet paper" (they call it a catalogue)

Absolutely shocking delivery service. I have been waiting for exactly one month for an item that cost twelve quid, after almnost 40 minutes in a phone queue today (at a cost that exceeded the cost of the item) I was told that it will be another 10 to 12 days. IF YOU'VE GOT ANY SENSE YOU WILL STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOT.

My elderly mother ordered nail doctor in June. She never received it but the company still charged her for it. Despite countless emails to the company, they have never replied. Yet they still send out Email adverts to try and get further sales. Just in case someone from the company is reading this, I will not let this rest and I will not let my mother be ripped off. All I am reporting are the facts. Social media is a very powerful tool and I’m sure my reporting of such facts will generate a lot of negative interest unless you sort this out. And fast.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I totally agree that this company should be investigated for criminal activity!! I placed an order on 22/6 for some face marks advertised in a national paper. On 23/6 I received an email advising "YOUR ORDER IS ON ITS WAY! IT'S ALL BEEN PACKED UP AND HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE, PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR TRACKING DETAILS" You guess! It still hasn't found it's way to me!! I emailed them to enquire, and received an identical email as the first one advising yet again, "YOUR ORDER IS ON ITS WAY! IT'S ALL BEEN PACKED UP AND HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE, PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR TRACKING DETAILS." Like other reviewers, I've tried calling umpteen times, the last time 10 minutes before writing this review, but all to no avail. Can't get through to anyone. My bank account has of course been debited although emails have stated accounts were NOT debited until orders were despatched!! Ha! To rub salt into a festering and very angry wound, I received a call from Easylife on 16/7 but instead of the expected apologies and reassurances they were calling with an offer seeing as I was 'ONE OF THEIR VALUED CUSTOMERS'. I did feel a bit sorry for the young lady I took my frustrations out on and all she could offer was to put me through to 'that department because she couldn't help' but I slammed the phone down in my anger. I knew what would happen though, the phone wouldn't be picked up. They are just not communicating !! Anyway, following that cold call I received an email the following day advising that my 'replacement order had been authorised'. I just want my money back and told them this (and other things besides!) in an email on 23/7. Guess what. I received another automated response on the same day advising "WE'RE SORRY.... YOUR DELIVERY WILL TAKE A LITTLE LONGER" BLAH BLAH BLAH. Like many reviewers I am elderly and living on a pension and I'm so incensed that this company may probably get away with £30+ of my money. I'm certainly going to do all I can to try and ensure they don't though! My wish is that this review along with all the others will help stop other people from making similar mistakes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

This company should be investigated for criminal activity. I have not received summer plants ordered 37 days ago. They issued a dispatch note 26 days ago to say the order was now on its way - it wasn't. Their next email (in response to my query) 10 days ago completely contradicted their dispatch note as in this one they said the order would now be delayed. They also advised not calling as they are short staffed and it probably won't be answered. I am now going to open a dispute through paypal. I sincerely wish I'd read these other reviews first.

Ordered items in May and cheque cashed within 10 days. Order still outstanding two months later despite three e-mails sent. Tried to telephone them but put in queue with 96 others also waiting. Have received 3 new catalogues since original order. Will not deal with them ever again.
