Easy Life Groups non delivery of face masks in these times is verging on the fraudulent. It is worrying that newspapers such as the Daily Mail are allowing them to take out full page adverts.

Ordered face masks 2 weeks ago got confirmation email saying they would be delivered on 13th May still haven’t turned up tried to phone gave up after holding on for 20 mins, have emailed as well. Have given up will not order anything else from this firm. They can’t have run out of face masks as they are still advertising them in newspapers

Order not received after almost 2 weeks despite ETA of 1. Customer service number rings endlessly then cuts out. E Mails are not replied to and their online account keeps asking for a Password reset. I have never encountered such shoddy and appaling customer service in my life. Yet they are still taking out full page adverts and presumably using the money from disappointed , angry and frustrated customers to do so. I will NEVER use them again and make sure I spread the word.

They have given my personal details to a third party and I have received mail from a charity I know nothing about asking for money. Is this a breach of GDPR? 50 minute wait on customer services, hence why posting here!

Do not use this company. Terrible customer service. And don't replace faulty products.

SCAMMER call centre agents will take your bank details (from your purchase,) and sign you up for fake 'trials' that they don't even send out to the customer. This is how they make their money, as you get charged for 'going over the trial period.' SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, I AM A PAST EMPLOYEE

They steal your money. If you buy anything from these people, they sign you up for random things like a book club or a motor club, and then start taking money from your account without permission.

My 77 year old dad phoned and ordered a car seat cushion £12.99 they have now taken 4 payments from his bank account totalling £105.46 and will not deal with me over the phone for data protection !!

Took my email address as part of the sale when I bought something as a guest. They then used that data to satrt spamming me with marketing emails with no unsubsribe. Dat protection and GDPR both forbid a company gathering your data for one thing, a sale, and using it for another purpose, marketing.. do not buy from this company unless you love spam and sales marketing calls that you cannot stop

Purchased a book from Easylife called ‘what my family should know’ and returned it the same day it was received. The book is not applicable to the UK and is clearly more relevant to the US market. In the circumstances as the product is not what was advertised I expected to get my postage refunded but despite the company saying they value their customers they would not refund the postage. Clearly Easylife who say great things about customer care but don’t actually in practice follow it through. They also clearly follow set responses to any correspondence like ‘thank you for your patience and understanding’ and ‘we value your feedback’ when clearly they don’t!,

Ok for non-electrical items (some good, some not so good) but v poor for battery operated items. I have sent back lots of things that just don't work. Also they are at risk of breaking the law re trading standards.

They keep your card details so they can automatically charge the elderly and vulnerable for memberships that are hard sold from the call center in Cyprus.

Email I sent today, same issue, quick to take money but no communication back, I will take this further; " As you can see from the email below I cancelled this within the window and now find a charge has been issued. I never received a confirmation email, your phone lines are permanently busy, 12 minute wait today, even longer on Monday and Tuesday. The 3 emails I sent to the addresses I had for you have not been acknowledged and now I send this one. All future payments are on stop and due to the pecularity of this transaction, which I will take up with the FCA (I settled one against my own bank yesterday so don't doubt my persistence), I cannot charge back or recall the payment taken. This time I expect confirmation of this email, followed within 7 calender days of the payment back into my credit card account and since there is no option to manage my card, then remove it from my account. If you cannot remove it then I will delete my account entirely and then refer the matter to the FCA and Ombudsman services. I will add that update personal details, which should include stored cards, doesn't include the stated security question and answer either. Failure to comply within the stated timescales will result in immediate legal escalation without any further communication." There is an issue here with subscription payments, they cannot be charged back by credit card companies and is an abuse of the card system, this is the issue I will be reporting to the regulators.

I spoke to them on behalf of my 86 year old Nan, they have signed her up for a subscription that I 100 % know she did not agree to be cause I was the one than asked them to completely cancel everything. They have continued to take a payment 2 days ago of £18. Scammers targeting elderly vulnerable people. STAY AWAY and please spread this on all social media platforms as I will be doing. The more we spread awareness the less likely people are to get scammed!

I ordered 2 items that were delivered and were as stated. However in between ordering and receiving the goods I had a phone call offering me a petrol voucher for £10. Also some other offer to help me service my car details of which they would send and if not required I could cancel. Yesterday (23/11) I received a letter giving me membership of Easylife Motorclub and the option to cancel this before 21/11 if I did not want it. The 'trial' period which had already elapsed has been charged £1.99!! Reading the comments below I doubt that I can even reach them to cancel it all. These are not 'Lifestyle solutions' they are a complete rip-off.
