Shocking Service, received the wrong product no paperwork, try to get through to customer service, could get to the moon easier! Have been waiting for an order since 26th June, have emailed, they wont accept it, BUT you can get through to put in a new order, strange that. They should not be allowed to run a business.

Ordered on 24th July, delivery was extended due to virus to 5th August, still waiting. It's impossible to contact them, just get automated replies. I would not recommend anyone to use these cowboys.

Still waiting for an order that I placed on 4 July. Had an email on 29 July saying that the order is on its way to me. On Hermes website to date 13 August states that they are still awaiting the item from Easylife. Have emailed them several times with no response and no hope of getting through to them on the phone. Shall be cancelling the order now and hope that they will not raise a charge. Dreadful customer service.

Still awaiting paperwork for return of goods since 21st july when courier charge was taken from my account. Have not been able to speak to anyone or get a reply to my e.mails. Very disappointed JULY 13th Dave A. Devon

Sent emails and made phone calls to easylife to cancel order as it was going to arrive too late. Ignored requests and they still sent order which was returned immediately to Hermes driver. Still waiting for refund since July 18th. A final email sent today warning them if they don't refund within 3 working days action will be taken against them.

Placed order 5 weeks ago. Received e-mail stating items would be received by 5th August. I haven't received anything yet & no further correspondence to my queries.

Do not use this rubbish company! I placed an order on 19thMay. I contacted them by e-mail when they blamed the post being slow due to covid. Then they lost all trace of me and my card transaction disappeared from my bank details( not taken). Now today,12th August, an e-mail saying order on its way, but I no longer need the stuff having got it elsewhere. So angry.

Having been a customer for a very long time,some of my purchases i have been happy with but also unhappy with a few. I have not bothered to complain before now but i simply felt that i need to voice my disappointment. I ordered a Hair no more remover which was described in their catalogue as the best thing that has ever been invented to remove hair, it waa absolutely useless, i would have been happy if it removed one hair on my chin but that just did not happen. I have had to binned it because it's no good. I will not completely ceased buying from them because i have been 50/50 happy with them.

Terrible Company I have been awaiting refunds for one item returned for over two months,and for refund for a Victorian Arch (no longer available, they still charged me) and sent a door canopy instead, which was returned by Hermes. Never buy anything from them again, and neither should anyone else.

Joining the long line of disappointed customers.Waiting for item and customer response for 11 weeks. No answer on phone, 14 emails and 3 letters. 1 response in all that time and then they send incorrect item. DON'T TOUCH.

I have had the same experience as the review I have just read. 3 letters to this company,. and 2 parcels missing since lockdown, not a whisper from them. I will never use them again. Pity as the merchandise I have had was good!

Appalling customer service. I have emailed 4 times re a faulty product asking how to return it and no response. when you phone you are always 90+ in the queue. I know these are challenging times but it's about time customers were given a response. I will never buy anything from them again.

Please read and consider these facts: Fact - pensioner orders product Fact - the company takes payment Fact - pensioner never receives product Fact - unable to contact company by telephone Fact - the company ignore several emails of complaint Fact - the company still send out emails trying to secure further ‘sales’ Finally, any company worth it’s salt would look at their customer reviews and act on any problems. This company has never attempted to do so. So just to reiterate, company took payment for goods which it never provided, It is uncontactable by telephone and it also ignores all written correspondence. Ps I have to give it at least one star before I am allowed to write a review And I have to advise of a timeline of which the company contacted me. Even though it did not !!

I am still waiting for my order which I ordered on 21/05/2020 One item was wanted for my daughters birthday which was missed. I had been told to many times is being picked by one person and next person says no,and track your order waiting to be picked I have been in touch More times I can remember If not received by Friday the 14-8-2020

Dreadful customer service. I placed an order in May and its now August. I was informed more than a month ago the goods are all in stock. Delivery would be 5 to 10 working days. I called 2 weeks ago and was informed the goods were waiting for Hemes to collect them for delivery, and to expect delivery last Friday or Monday. One week later still waiting. I've been informed today they're not sure when delivery will be. When you call to check on an order you can be in a queue for up to an hour. Please learn from my experience use a different supplier.

I placed an order with Easylife on 11/7/20. I STILL haven’t received it. I get a generic response email stating due to the current situation (COVID doesn’t seem to be having much of an impact on other companies now) there are delays to getting stock and deliveries. What a crock of S**t. You can’t get through to anyone by phone. This company aim a lot of their products to the elderly, this worries me greatly. I don’t know if I’ll get my order but I will not be rolling over when it comes to having my money returned. I will take legal action.

Ordered goods on 2nd June. Cheque cashed on 10th June. Received goods on 1st August after threatening legal action. Citizens Advice Bureau gave very helpful advice.

I am amazed that the Daily Mail Group of papers let this company run its marketing inserts. A complete shambles - rubbish Solar Owl, really a disappointment for my 88 year old mum who thought it would be a fun gift for me. I am now trying to get our money back - plus goodwill gesture for all the aggro and disappointment. Goods damaged on arrival - and don't mention the Puzzle Book freebie which they wanted to charge for. Am trying to get them to delete all my contact details. I think really dodgy business and sad for the people working for them.

Still awaiting delivery from april, now august. Unable to get any response from emails, telephone line is a scam on premium rate number with no answer and massive queues. By the look of all the bad reviews, we are about to lose our money. Wish we had read the reviews before dealing with this company
