Ebay system glitch gave me a double purchase of same items within seconds of each other. Ebay refused to remove second purchase. Ebay told me it was up to the seller. Fortunately the seller agreed to cancel both items. I found the same seller on amazon. I am done with ebay.

I think alot of the seller on eBay are rude asf most ignorant by not replying to ur questions it's so dam rude especially when u order from them ...AND ITS BS THAT A BUYER CANT CANCEL ITS UP TO THE SELLER WTF AMAZON ISNT LIKE THAT ..THATS WHY I STOP USING EBAY...RIP OFFS

I've used eBay since 1994. It was first awesome, went to good and now is a money grabbing, low quality service entity. I sold a chair at the weekend - £1. No postage as pick up. £1.60 went to eBay for final sales fee and fixed sales price. I've been charged 10% of postage before too. I'll no longer use it for Selling unless the fees come back down again. Just turned into a money grabbing entity. Sad - as it was epic in its day - however it's ownership has changed, so that probably explains a lot.

Purchased Compact Single Display Automatic Watch Winder model: Atom-1BPL/WPLPurchased Automatic Watch winder from Seller There is no specification on the Sellers site that this watch winder is not suitable for Kinetic movement watches Although the winder does rotate normally for an automatic watch, it is insufficient speed to move the Kinetic rotor to charge the battery If I had known this, I would have not purchased this item The Sellers should note this on their website that this watch winder is not for Kinetic watches I try to resolve this with the Seller and wanted to return this product Unfortunately, the 30-day return policy had expired, and the Seller was confrontational and threatened to have my E-bay close my account of I gave bad review Wow ! the last time I looked it is still Australia , the land of free speech ! Nevertheless, I submitted my case direct to EBay customer help. I accessed my account today and the case is listed as closed So, there you have it .......

Bought a ring from a seller and it is too big to enjoy or wear. The ring cost me $460.00 and the seller refuses to refund. Ebay sides with the seller and hides my right to leave feedback. Ebay chooses to HIDE the dissatisfied feedback so seller can continue selling under the pretense that all his customers are satisfied which is a big LIE. Ebay is acting biased and showing difference while discriminating as to who can leave feedback and who can't. Ebay customer service told me my feedback was hidden by Ebay. Ebay needs to delete the feedback option if it is only for specific people and not all.

Ebay is most unreliable company which is ignoring the buyers and have collusion with the sellers. I bought an item in Feb 2022 and never received that one. In july 2022 the seller started to sell my item on ebay so he just stole my money and my item. I was having a long communication with ebay support team in which they promised 100 times that they will investigate the issue and take measures against the seller. After all they did nothing and just told that my case was closed. No further explanation were given and they do not respond to my messages. This is called segregation and discrimination against Russians.

I frequently order items for my colleagues at work, who don't have credit cards. I ordered an item for a colleague, but it didn't arrive. Yodel showed the item as being delivered; when I asked for proof of postage they only showed me the tracking. I asked for the photo that they say they take. Cue a long and exhausting group of chats with Yodel with a photo showing the wrong address. Back to eBay. Cue a long and exhausting group of chats with eBay. EBay FINALLY agree that the item was not delivered to the correct address but will not refund me unless Yodel sends a letter or email on official Yodel stationery (not sure how you do that on an email but I digress). Yodel say they cannot do this. EBay say they can. Back and forth, back and forth, both companies agree item has not been delivered but no refund is forthcoming. I complain to Amex and get a refund. EBay fight this and I am charged again. I send off all of the chats and emails from both Yodel and eBay to Ames and I have a refund again and so far, I have not been charged again. EBay is a total scam. It was obvious that Yodel had not delivered, and I had proof with photos and copies of chats. EBay makes it as difficult as possible to contact people, the people you speak to refuse to commit themselves to anything and ignore the things that you say. I had ONE decent email from an employee, saying that she was going to ask for a courtesy refund, but then that was disregarded and I went back on the carousel of "we understand how you feel BUT". The lost time was nearly £100, who can afford to lose that? I have told all of my colleagues that I will no longer buy from eBay and I have recommended that they only deal with reputable suppliers like Amazon. EBay treated this problem appallingly and I heartily recommend that you do NOT use them.

It is rare that you call in for customer service and you get the feeling the person on the other end of the phone is committing fraud. But that's exactly how I felt dealing with eBay customer service. In order to get your promised refund, eBay customer service asks to log into your phone and essentially take control of it. In my case, they had me open a Venmo Credit Card, a Crypto.com account, a Strike.com account, and an Uphold account. Then they had me log into my bank account and they tried to withdraw money from my account, all in the name of "verifying" my account! All the while, they are seeing all my personal information, passwords, etc. My bank kept telling me not to do business with eBay's customer service. My bank kept telling me it sounded too fishy. But I did anyway in hopes of getting my refund. (Which never happened, by the way.) After days, weeks, then months of working with them, I finally just gave up. Do yourself a favor and just kiss your refund goodbye- it is too much work and too much hassle to even get a cent back from eBay. Just save yourself the headache and eat your refund. I wish I had done that two months ago instead of participating in the three-ringed circus that is eBay customer service.

Fraudsters are running amuck on eBay. I was scammed. The seller sent me a tracking number that was a package to someone else in a different location. When the package didn’t arrive I notified eBay and they said it was delivered. I told them it wasn’t and we went back and forth multiple times. Hey refuse to do anything to help or refund my money. Now I’m having to dispute it with my bank. eBay’s customer service is garbage. They will do nothing in your interest to help you. I will never do business with eBay again.

I have 2 complaints about Ebay Have phoned several times and got nowhere 1 a service advisor called Ariel was supposed to ring me about a problem with eBay not updating listings I had an offer of 80% off fees and I couldn’t list on Friday or Saturday This service advisor said he would make sure I didn’t lose out on the 80% off, but I’m still waiting for the call 2. I listed a Dior charm which eBay removed saying it was counterfeit which it wasn’t They didn’t contact me just high handedly removed the listing It has to be flagged to some team to investigate which will take 24-48 hours The 80% off fees ends tomorrow Customer service is totally useless All you get is sorry If they don’t sort these issues out I will be leaving eBay and selling elsewhere

I went out of my way to perfectly box/ bubble wrap a doll and sent it out the same day it was sold only to get a “NEGATIVE REVIEW “ from the buyer because he thought I charged too much for shipping. I charged exactly what eBay charged me! EBay refused to remove the NEGATIVE rating because this keeps it “safe”, they claim. I’m not paying eBay to allow buyers to unfairly give me a negative rating especially when I don’t charge for handling/ packaging and sell the new in box item /NRFB item for less than I pay . I go way out of my way for a buyer and end up with a “NEGATIVE RATING “!!!

Just tried to log onto my business ebay account and had to go through a verification process. It required an actual phone call to ebay because the verification process was trying to text to a landline. After trying to understand a person with an extremely difficult dialect to understand, multiple times repeating myself, and asking her to repeat herself...I was told the account could not be verified because I was deceased. WTF! I'll never buy from ebay again and I recommend no one else does either. As a small business owner I usually hope for the best for other businesses. But in this case, I hope they go out of business. The sooner the better.

Utter disgrace paid for 2 day postage, 2 weeks later I still don’t have it, at least I only have to wait up to 45 days for a possible refund. 15 year ebayer, NEVER AGAIN DISGUSTING

eBay and UKDEALS, a seller on eBay are criminals. I ordered three products from UKDeals on eBay. They claimed the carrier could not find my address! Amazon delivers to my doorstep a few times a week, UPS, FEDEX, USPS somehow can locate me, but UKDeals says they couldn't locate my address? As a result they refunded one of the three orders. They refunded the one for $25 and kept my money for the one that was greater than $50. I escalated this at eBay and within an hour eBay found for the Seller with absolutely NO explanation at all. WHY, because eBay makes a lot more money from UKDeals than it does from me! BOYCOTT eBAY until they are reminded that they are there for the consumer and their Buyers Guarantee is a complete lie until they remember who is ultimately funding their vacation homes!
