Can’t believe it has good reviews here judging by other site reviews and my experience. Been pursuing a refund for a broken product- had to make 3 phone calls as no e mail option! Told adviser wanted to complain and she couldn’t care less. This experience has totally put me off ebay

Created an account one morning. Didn’t have a chance to log in and place a bid on an item I was interested in. Later that day I received a notice say that my account was indefinitely suspended for suspicious activity and I was no longer allowed to use eBay ever again. I never even logged into the account after creating it. No explanation why and cannot get ahold of customer service.

Ebay allows bullying to happen. Complained several times about a seller trying to bully me, and also seen feedback from others claiming same yet Ebay allow them to continue selling.

I keep posting cars on eBay to sell and Joker buyers are buying him eBay does nothing to prevent it or stop it but they probably charge me last month it was $900 they charge me and I did not sell one vehicle to items workout sold Buy It Now and when the the buyer paid no messages no response no nothing but eBay probably charge me over and over again it's a shame that day have such bad business and they don't care but welcome to America that's how we do things here

Yes, I HIGHLY agree that returns/refunds are VERY difficult to obtain. Ebay allows sellers a lot of rights, but it appears as though consumers have very little say and room (other than 1 hour) to change their minds if they want to cancel their purchased item. Ebay allows the consumer only one hour, but sometimes it can take a little bit longer to decide if you really should have made a purchase on such item. Once the hour passes by, the soul decision is left upon the seller if they choose to refund your money or not- even if you leave SEVERAL emails to the seller to CANCEL the transaction, the seller may portray as though they do not see the 'canceled email' and may proceed with your order anyway. Even if you call Ebay to let they know the issue, they will tell you that it "is up to the seller to refund your item or not" and they they possibly give you runaround. I will also say that Ebay's supervisors need to all be on the same page and also educated about their company's policies, otherwise, they will most likely tell you fifteen different things. I have dealt with Ebay since approximately 2008-2010 and I have just about decided to let Ebay loose for now. I can just shop Amazon, Wal-Mart, or other stores via online that allow easy refunds/returns and be happier!

I have an issue with a buyer who claims I send a defective item. No true. I spoke with eBay last evening and was transferred to a resolution specialist. Was given options for response, chose one, did as I was told. Buyer began to contact multiple times on both eBay message and my private email. Contacted eBay, was transferred to a supervisor who gave a completely different answer. Don't know who is right. If this is not resolved to my satisfaction, eBay will lose another seller. If they don't have sellers, they won't have buyers. Fortunately there are options for sellers.

EBAY Protects sellers who for all intent and purposes are liers and dishonest people, that use EBAY to rip customers off . I personally am going to ask the FTC to investigate EBAY . EBAY needs to be regulated, or shut down permanently. PROF D SHELTON PARKER

Avoid seller "Venom Crystals" They sent stones that were not anything like the obviously Photo shop-enhanced stones that were pictured in the listing. They promised a refund and I never received one. I left negative feedback and they countered it saying they never misrepresent their items. Nonsense! I have also dealt with some very scammy sellers claiming that an item costed more in shipping and I was harassed via text to send money to their paypal OUTSIDE of ebay. Ebay is becoming a cesspool. SCAMBAY!

EBAY SUCKS.BOUGHT A DVD THATS WAS ADVERTISED AS EXELLENT CONDITION.IT WAS ALL SCRATCHED UP.LEFT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND EBAY REMOVED IT.11 YEARS WITH EBAY AND OVER 900 PURCHASES.STAY AWAY FROM EBAY,THEIR TRASH.

Your seller fees are ridiculous! I've been on eBay for over 20 years now, I use to sell alot up until around 10-12 years ago when you raised fees. I took a brake from selling for many years. I decided to give it another shot recently, and I am even more disgusted now than I was ten years ago! I just paid over $50 in selling/listing fees, now it says I have a balance of over $20 due again, I don't even have any bids on anything. Your fees exceed the total I would make if my items all sold! Very disappointed in you. You just lost me as a seller again. But this time I doubt I will ever try again! You should be ashamed of yourselves for growing into such a huge company that all you care about is getting rich. How in the heck are you going to charge a final value fee on the cost of shipping? That doesn't even make any sense!!! I wish I could leave a zero or negative star review.

I would not recommend eBay, They have slowly been losing customers from bad customer service. I bought 2 different care parts from eBay from 2 different sellers and was a headache getting a refund. The valve cover gasket was not oem, I get a refund after the seller never sent the correct shipping label. The 02 sensor did not have the connector and eBay wanted me to pay for shipping back the item that was wrong description. I will not be using eBay. Hopefully Amazon wont follow.

Treats Good honest sellers like criminals ! They hold your money to draw interest for there Benifit while the customer enjoys , breaks , or does whatever with the product without you gettin paid . It’s a full time job just dealing with selling on eBay and then the shady business practices paypal does once they have received your hard earned money ! Ridiculous , stressful , and totally not worth my time moving forward . Definitely taking my business to a competitor most likely even as a buyer after my experiences .if you sell on eBay , plan on playing rain deer games with you money as they will drag you down trying and fighting to get it if it’s a fair amount ($1000+)...

eBay is the worst site to sell on. They have so many rules for selling it’s ridiculous it’s like having a job with all those bs company rules. They like playing games with sellers because they know they will always have enough sellers they want buyers. They will restrict your account for selling because you used the wrong keywords in your title of your listing I mean come on seriously what a joke. I don’t recommend selling on eBay period

Never buy anything on ebay, unless you are prepared to be screwed. I bought an inside unit of a Senville mini split unit from "Deals-Good Deals" only to find out it was a discontinued model and the outdoor heat pump was nowhere to be found. Even the manufacturer did not have a compatable outdoor unit, making it of no use to me. The only way I could return it was to lose nearly half of the purchase price, explained to me as shipping charges. Whoever heard of over $200 shipping charges for an item weighing less than 50 lbs. Deals-Good-Deals is a crook and Ebay sides with them, not the buyer.

Never received my item. Contacted seller and they never sent another. Contacted ebay and they closed the case. If it's lost its on you.

eBay reps do not follow their own policies can be persuaded to remove feedback. I had issues with two sellers that sold me items that did not match their description. So I left them negative feedback. Within an hour of leaving these negative feedbacks the feedback vanished. Needless to say I was furious! These sellers deserved my negative feedback. I contacted ebay and was told that there is nothing they can do about it. It’s bad enough that they did away with sellers being able to leave negative feedback for buyers. But now buyers can’t leave negative feedback for sellers without not knowing if it will magically vanish after the seller makes a phone call to ebay and persuades then to remove it. On both occasions by feedback was truthful and appropriate. It’s not like it was inappropriate. eBay is a big joke!

I bought 10 pieces, but seller sent just 1 piece. I proved, but seller didn't return my money and E-bay did nothing. I think E-bay support cheaters sellers.
