Horrible Customer Service!!!! Horrible Customer Service!!!! Was given a coupon code for money off but it didn't work when I tried to use it. Called in and was told they would fix the problem and reissue. Never happened. Called again and was told a second time, we'll take care of it. Nothing happened. Called again and was told it would be reissued and it was; however, it once again didn't work. Called again. Was told how sorry they were that things haven't worked out and that they would see what they could do. Many weeks later and still no response. I have therefore quit selling on Ebay, and only buy as last resort. There are too many other options available today (Facebook is great) to deal with these clowns. They are so big that they just don't care. Pretty sad! Can't wait till it catches up with them and they fail big time!

This company is a scam. Their online communication system does not work to allow any meaningful communication with ebay. My only positive experience was with the seller who seems to be trying to do the right thing For 30 days I asked through every channel on their ridiculas communication system for a return label to return a table that I didnt like and had arrived damaged. The seller approved the return Finally they closed my return request because they didnt hear from me although I sent upwards of 20 messages asking for a return label or directions to get one I have worked through the seller to get some assistance. I even had 2 other people trying to open a chat for me, one a tec person. They reached the same dead end in the system that I had. The worst buying experience ever. I intend to never to work with a company that doesn't have a working phone number. Ebay itself is a pitiful joke. Fortunately I had an honest seller. Don't get tangled up in the ebay mess. Someone needs to scrap their website and start over, or maybe the intent is to defraud the buyer with their nonfunctioning online communication system.

Do not waste your time and money purchasing items from the eBay Seller called ""auto*spare*home". Dodgy and unprofessional. Falsely advertised item, sent me the wrong item, many excuses and promises made, poor English communication and comprehension skills and they still owe me shipping costs. Save yourself from the headache. Not worth dealing with.

During a period of about 5 seconds, I got a slew of emails from eBay telling me that my bids were cancelled. Okay? Those bids were paid for and the items already delivered weeks ago. Then, eBay was restricting my account pending I send them a copy of a bank statement and my driver's license, both of which I did. Then, I was suspended. Like forever. No explanation, no nothing. I had a sale with money coming to me but that was stopped. I guess eBay is keeping it. Vague explanations came one after the next after the next. No resolution. These people are crooks.

Sellers beware Sellers beware! EBay moneyback guarantee allows buyers to claim anything they want about their purchase when they have buyers remorse and seller is responsible for paying return shipping. EBay debits you for outgoing shipping, return shipping, item cost and their fee!! As a seller with 9 years of only 5 star ratings, they didn’t even bother to give me an opportunity to defend myself. You can no longer call EBay. They might as well have tied me up and held a gun to my head because they robbed me, refunded seller all their money before I got item back so I am screwed.

Too many buyer scammers which ebsy side with along with many crappy chinese sellers ripping off photos from the Internet then when you get the goods they look nothing like whats displayed.

DO NOT BUY FROM A SELLER CALLED EDSJUNKANDMORE!! They stole $110 from me & I never got my item. Ebay doesn't really do anything for this either. They have a circle of links that just being you back to nowhere.

I like to order products from USA only. When to find out during returns they are from other countrys. The seller will not pay for the return. The return could cost you more then the item its self. When you ask the seller for the NY or CA address they don't have one to provide you with. But your item shows it came from NY or CA. I told my seller currently I am sending it back to the place it came from NY. She needs to send me a refund and to send it back as well. I am not happy with Ebay at a right now. These returns have been a nightmare. If they came from the USA like they were suppose to maybe I wouldn't of needed to return. Since the sizes here fit.

If a seller refuses to contact you when a buyer wants to complain about a failed product after the return period has expired you have no hope of getting a refund

Customer service non existent on three occasions have been promised a refund for an item not delivered never received it. Impossible to phone them poor excuse for a company that have got too big for their boots. I am now dealing with Amazon !

I was a buyer only. I was recently suspended from ebay as i had aparently broken the rules. I really dont know what rule i have broken. The item was received whilst i was in hospital for 4 weeks. I think.that everyone the situation with.regard to NO visitors and limited items that can go to hospital. When i got home the item was totally unsuitable for use. When i contacted the seller their responses were unacceptable rude, derogatory and extremely offensive. The seller forcefully requested I close the case. Because of all the stress i was under i did as they asked. When i was requested to identify why i just said as it was. I thought ebay monitored emails to ensure they are suitable,these comments were most certainly not. The item was.put in the dustbin. It was.not even fit to be donated to a charity shop. needless to say.i have now closed my account.

I had a problem - ebay sided with a buyer who decided to return my product that was custom- made for her. She just said " not as described," even though I gave no description on ebay! Not only they refund buyer in full, they also took full commission from me, return postage and paypal fees; in their email they explained, and I quote below, it summarizes eBay's decision to always refund buyer at seller's expense, no matter what, so I'm closing my account after almost 20 years selling on ebay: "We found that when buyers had bad experiences with sellers or eBay, they were likely to leave eBay and they usually decreased their shopping on eBay. Your understanding is highly appreciated! I trust I was able to address your concern since you are charged for the transaction even when the buyer has been refunded." — at eBay Marketing.

Terrible customer service. Failed promises. No explanation. I think they are now more on side with big business than small sellers. Just blocked me account after a week of opening. Not bought or sold yet so no reason for blocking. Basically they said to me to part ways and we are giving you no reason.

Dear Ebay, redeem yourself speedily or you will no longer be in business. Too many complaints are against you. Most Asian and Middle Eastern countries would have you imprisoned. Perhaps you should temporarily shut down, reach out to your long-standing offended customers. Normally when reading reviews you will see one good one bad one good one bad but, with eBay I haven't seen a good one yet.

Ridiculous fees. I understand the purpose of fees and do not disagree with them. However I do disagree with the lack of transparency at the beginning of the selling process in regards to how much you will be charged at the end. eBay needs to be clearer and more open with its sellers about their high fees, it's only fair business.

Chalk it up to a lesson learned. I ordered a Toro Dual Action 22" Electric Hedge trimmer from shtwhit0 on May 13th.. I received an order confirmation, my credit card was charged and that's where the world stopped. I never received a confirmation that the item was shipped, the seller did not respond to my messaging. Ebay has not responded to my requests. I never received the item, I am out money. Of course it is not covered by the money back guaranty. I will never use this site again!! The site is cumbersome to use. No customer service and all that I can say is Buyer Beware!!

I'm so fed up with ebay, Those guys are a multi billionaire company and can care less about us small business. They have no loyalty to us sellers even though I've been a perfect member for over 15 years. First I was forced to settle this false buyer's remorse case even though the buyer had zero evidence. So I figured it out, taking a huge loss (basically scammed by the buyer). ebay forced this the buyer had zero evidence.. Technically, the item sold for $1500 less since I sent him a $1500 refund but I still have to pay ebay a % of this? They claim it's their policy. I already lost $1500 on this false claim. ridiculous!!!!! Thanks for nothing ebay. BTW there are many more p2p sites now with lower fees that support both buyers and seller. DONT USE EBAY!

eBay went from bad to total s*it in last few years. Whoever read this, please look for an alternatives to sell&buy items somewhere else. In UK I suggest we all use either ebid or even better ebuygumm website. Or gumtree as last resort. Ebiygumm.co.uk accept sPayPal payments and PayPal protects buyers and sellers from scammers etc. EBay has stopped using PayPal and I had cases when eBay refunds my money to the buyer with no proof, very unfairly. eBay is NOT protecting sellers anymore, all they care is making you forget about it or they will tell to go to police. eBay recently required any seller to upload high resolution legal document to know where you really live and how you really look. They say it's because of extra security. That's nuts. That's invasion of my personal data. any talented hacker at favourable time can exploit and steal all that data from eBay and it can end up in criminal hands. Which means they would know how you look, where you live and how much you sell or buy on eBay. That's super unsafe. eBay is beyond mentally disgusting and they customer service is beyond delusional at explaining anything. I am genuinely seriously planning to create an app&website to outcompete eBay and Amazon. They got greedy and useless. Just think how much profit they make and how badly they treat their users and how badly Amazon treats their workers. Enough is enough. Time to compete who is the best and let's let's potential buyers&sellers decide where they want to sell and buy. And by the way, when I create my app, I will be accepting PayPal and no one ever will pay more than 1% of the value of what is sold on my platform. I will be using flutter programming framework. Please look out for me on Kickstarter or gofundme.
