“My experience with seller Zinc Decor could not have been better! There was constant communication, very quick shipping and SUPERB customer “relationship building”—not just customer service! Stephanie was always available or, at the very least, incredibly prompt returning PHONE calls and/or emails! (Yes, Virginia, some sellers still use phones!) Once I receive the items (2 chairs—$2000) i was beyond impressed! They are quality through and through and delivery company was top-notch, white glove service! I will absolutely buy from zinc decor for my future furniture needs!”

“I didn't get a refund on a faucet I bought from a seller that was supposed to be in the US. It took a month and a half to get it....it came from China. The address in the package was a PO in California and the description showed when I bought the item, in the US. I had already bought another faucet that I got in 3 days since this one did not came so I requested a return. The seller did not want to send me a label to return the item because they are in China. Seller xyh_fashion should be banned from selling online for lying to people. Ebay did not do anything and closed my case without returning my money back. Ebay sucks! I will never buy from ebay again. Beware of the sellers from China that are putting in the descriptions that are in the US. Is not the first time I bought something, clicked only US and then came from China.”

“I sold a zero turn lawnmower to a buyer on eBay. The buyer messaged me later to say he wanted a refund. I contacted eBay by chat, BECAUSE you literally cannot talk to eBay on the phone...ridiculous. The representative assured me it was my prerogative to cancel the order or not to cancel the order...very fair and reasonable assessment and it is their policy, as well. Long story short, because this transaction was over 3 weeks in duration, I even had to speak to another representative, because the buyer was so unscrupulous and refused to pickup the purchase, because he said wanted to delay me getting paid as long as he could! The case was “escalated “ and eBay ruled in this buyers favor!! Their reasoning was that “I did not deliver the lawnmower to the buyer”....it was clearly listed in the listing as LOCAL PICKUP ONLY!!! They refunded this guy completely...Needless to say I am NEVER using eBay again! This was not the first bad experience I had had with eBay, but this was the worst! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY WITH EBAY; Amazon is much more reputable...eBay is an absolute mess!”

“EN FRANCAIS CAR JE SUIS FRANCAIS J ai acheter un telephone portable qui etait presenter sur ebay new dans le titre et dans etat: titre: NEW Nokia Lumia 925 16GB Mobile Phone État : Neuf: Objet neuf et intact, n'ayant jamais servi, non ouvert, vendu dans son emballage d'origine Jai recu le telephone il etait pas neuf il etait meme tres utiliser a l usure visible sur l arriere du telephone le vendeur sans scrupule ma proposer une petite ristourne en evoquant le faite qu'il etait d occasion mais pas cher, j ai laisser un avis sur le produit en disant la verite ebay ma tout de suite suspendu le compte. et n a porter aucune attention sur cette fraude. j'ai toutes les preuves y compris le telephone je veux envoyer ebay devant la justice pour complicite de fraude car ebay protege ses vendeurs au detriment des acheteurs Ebay est devenu le vivier des arnarques escroquerie je me tiens a la disposition de trustpilot pour apporter toutes les preuves de ce que je dis le vendeur a tenter de vendre sur ebay des telephones pas neuf avec l appelation NEW ( NEUF N AYANT JAMAIS SERVIE ETC) et j ai recu un produit completement USE c est donc une escroquerie. et ebay a rien trouver mieeux de me fermer mon claper que de me bloquer sur ebay simplement mon combat ne fait que commencer pour dire au monde entier que ebay on rien a faire des acheteurs leurs buts conservers des vendeurs meme peu scrupuleux. I have all the evidence including the phone I want to send ebay to justice for complicit in fraud because ebay protects its sellers to the detriment of buyers Ebay has become the breeding ground for scam arnarques I am at the disposal of trustpilot to provide all the evidence of what I say the seller to try to sell not new telephones on ebay with the name NEW (NEW N HAVING NEVER SERVED ETC) and I received a completely USED product it is therefore a scam. and ebay has found nothing better to close my clapper than to block me on ebay simply my fight has only just begun to tell the whole world that ebay has nothing to do with buyers their goals and even unscrupulous sellers. I am at the disposal of reviews.io or other person to show that it is true EBAY c is the scams in all complicity with EBAY. “THE WORST SITE ON THE INTERNET PLANET! I have NEVER had so much trouble trying to ELIMINATE notifications with their MISDIRECTED links where you follow what they say and then it DOESN'T EXIST or DOESN'T WORK!....I'm moving to exclusively shopping on ETSY (and when I start selling, THEY are getting my business as well....I am DONE with EBAY and their NON EXISTENT customer service....community blogs DO NOTHING to solve problems, and users end up JUMPING THRU USELESS HOOPS that go nowhere!. DISASTER OF A SITE!”

“Ebay has draconian way of doing business they let whom they feel to sell a certain item and block out the others-i have seen sellers with the same item get blocked by ebay they have their chosen- You cannot appeal once they "deem" whatever item according to their outdated guidelines-which you may get restricted for 7 to 30 days even though others are rampant selling the same or worse items-They have no loyalty whatsoever i saw my friend a "top" seller on ebay we're talking over 6 figures get penalized for a pokemon card!!!! They make the dictators of the world look like boy scouts-customer service is useless to call to try to get your account re-instated me i have been on e bay over 17 years over 1400 transactions-100% feedback----same happens to me even when they are wrong you still have to be penalized because even though they admit they are wrong they do not take the penalized time off so you are serving time without committing a crime go figure-ebay is a good platform but lacks seller protection as unscrupulous buyers abound and vice versa- BUT WHEN AMAZON LAUNCHES THEIR VERSION ON LINE AUCTIONS I CAN TELL YOU THIS I WILL BE ONE OF THE FIRST ONE'S TO LEAVE and all the sellers that will follow then maybe when their stocks start dropping like it did a couple of weeks ago to $52 a share you will see them running to try to circle the wagons sort to say. Because the shares will drop faster then a bad habit----all of the top in ebay are out of touch with the real sellers and buyers----PLUS Suspending people in these times when the world is upside down and people are unemployed and need money shows the callousness of the people who run it and the lack of being a "peoples company"......THEY ARE DICTATORS AND USE A DRACONIAN WAY----But like all things you're time will come to pass i can promise you that......Personally i was restricted for a 70 year old hat which most likely is a "jealous" seller which happens but ebay allows that they do not question the whistleblower so to say or verify they are accurate---one day it will happen...”

“I bought an item and its manual. Seller forgot to ship it until I complained, even though it was marked shipped. Arrived 10 days late without the manuals. Seller refuses to send. EBay removed his negative feedback so he can continue to con other buyers. Their feedback system seems meaningless now. I quit buying and selling on Ebay, as it isn't safe.”

“I purchased a pre owned watch from ewatches through ebay. It was $6,050 and came with box, paperwork, card, ect. I found out it is a fake and ebay is not doing anything about the fraud to help me since its past the "time" for return. Seems extremely unfair to me, especially since the company had 800 100% reviews and now not getting back to me.”

“Ebay shows sellers with US addresses but they are shipped from China. Waited for a faucet for almost two months. Seller refused to send me label to send faucet back since I didn't needed anymore. Ebay SUCKS! Did not help at all and closed the case. It is the 3rd time I get something from China when they show item in US. I do not want anything from China. I am done with Ebay. Sellers are liars to sell in the US.”

“- I ordered a faucet that was supposed to come from the US, not China. It took almost two months. I requested a return label, they told me they couldn't send it to me. I had to mail it to an address in China, when they told me it was in the US. A mess and the seller a liar. Ebay did nothing for me. They closed the case without making the seller send me a label to send the faucet. I will never order from Ebay again! It is the 3rd time I ordered something from the "USA" but comes from China. Ebay SUCKS. I ordered a faucet from Amazon and had it at home in 3 days.”

“Be wary of sellers who actually stock their items on Amazon but sell via Ebay. I had this done recently. I DO NOT do business with Amazon. This practice was supposed to have been outlawed by Ebay. Beware of sellers who claim to use Royal Mail but instead use the likes of Hermes who have to be the very worse of them all. I DO NOT do business with Hermes. Beware of sellers who claim to stock items over here but in fact are stocked in the dreadful china. Note the deliberate use of lower case C. Beware of most sellers who ask rediculously high prices.”

“Too many unreliable sellers. Resolution of problem takes too long. Ebay takes the money from account and it takes way long to return money to bank account when purchase is canceled on your favor making you lose other buying opportunities.”

“THERE ARE SCAM SELLERS ON EBAY, i brought an electrical item on ebay and the item arrived in poor condition broken and damaged i have been scammed out of my money and left with a broken item and out of pocket, ebay do not want to resolve they are more on the side of the seller, buyers have little protection, never buy an electrical item off ebay that is not from a retailer.”

“There are fraudulent sellers on ebay, No help with a scam seller who sold me shoddy goods, do not buy any electrical goods from this site if they come damaged or unusable ebay don't want to know, they are more on the side of the seller there is very little protection for buyers you end up stuck with a broken item and out of pocket.”

“DO NOT USE EBAY TO SELL!!!! I used ebay to sell an item. Long story short the item was "returned" to me without my authorization. (They ended up sending it to the wrong address so I never got the item back) I was charged ebay "seller fees" despite not actually making a sale. When I questioned ebay they told me the case was closed and I was required to pay the seller fees. I spent over an hour conversing with them. Eventually I asked supervisor "emeric" if ethically he thought this was right. After doging the question he outright ended the chat! They will hang up on you and offer no help, they dont protect their buyers in any way. See photos below for proof of chat”
