“I have been shopping with Ebays for over 5 years & I like the items & prices & delivery comes on time ,except if they come from China,but ebays let me know before I order the item,so that's my decision to accept but what I love with ebays that I can get most items even for $2 ,free shipping & much lower price than amazon,which always they charge for shipping unless pay monthly fees for shipping so far I never had any problem with Ebays & still shopping.”

“So far as a buyer on the e-bay I can say that I'm glad. I had cases when I received the item damaged, but in every case i got the refund. What I would suggest to buyers is to start recording when ever you receive the item and going to open it, So sellers will be sure that if the item is damaged its not the buyers fault! Thats what I'm doing all the time, so nobody will be unpleased after all. Thanks to E-bay team.”

“I know anything I order, I will get & at the best price. I just had a seller not wanting to give me a refund. I turned it over to Ebays online help & immediately the seller refunded my money.”

“Never had an issue in all my years using this platform. Buying and selling has been fun and rewarding. Great way to get things you have always wanted but never had the means to when they first were introduced or they happened to sell out. This is my goto website when looking for outdated or older items. Two Thumbs up.”

“Apr 3,,2020 A word of caution , never buy from an ebay seller in China. If you cancel your order they may not issue a refund, worst of all they will take the money from your bank account . Even after you have cancelled your order. The two ebay sellers took my money twice from me out of my bank account. They are not trusting and will rip you right off. Daryl S , Canada”

“Overall i'm a big eBay user & fan Very recently leaving feedback on anything where supplier is based in the PRC or makes it look like they are UK based [when they aren't] is impossible Same on products such as hand sanitizer gel, face masks & loo roll Items details are mostly removed from purchase list Seems to me that eBay appear to want to avoid adverse publicity making money out of a crisis”

“I’ve always had quite a neutral opinion on eBay. Today, however, I filed a complaint about a purchased item that was removed from my orders. Not an hour had gone by before I got emails from both eBay and PayPal saying the full amount including postage were being refunded back into my account. I am so impressed with the service.”
