Recently had an experience with an order with eBay which I want to share so buyers aware of before scammed.purchased the item on 4/21/21 expected delivery date was 4/27/21, emailed the seller on 4/29/21 as did not receive the item, no response .I opened a case on May 3rd. My case was closed stating item was delivered on May 3rd.they do not want to give me proof of delivery. Ebay is telling me to work with the seller, I sent 2 email no response.they also telling me to check seller review before purchasing an item, like eBay is the only place where I can shop. they provided a tracking after the item was delivered? Not sure how that even possible. Also Item supposed to be shipped from California, instead shows it was picked picked up from Oregon? From Oregon to my local post office? No other transit? Nothing made scene but eBay stated the item was delivered to a valid us address,I do not know what is that even mean. Learned my lesson with $30, could been lot worst, there was time when I spent a lot more. but time to take a break, time to think twice before purchasing. There are lot of other sources of purchase. Buyer please be careful. I was scammed, the listing/shipping/ tracking all fake.which most of their sellers/stuffs are. Also will recommend buyers work with your bank if eBay does not want to assist.

I bought a nose stud that was supposed to be gold-filled. It turned out that it wasn't gold-filled at all, since after less than one week using, it started being greenish and that is the sign of cupper. I got my money back, but I wanted to leave a feedback on the item and I wanted e-bay to ask the seller who is a jewerley shop in India to either remove the items or put correct description. That part was imoossible. I understood after many contacts with customer service that they just wanted me to get tired and give up, which I did. The seller is still on ebay with many many fake items with no feedback and I will never buy anything from ebay again.

I had been a buyer since 2012 , I decided not to buying anything from eBay any longer, the problem was the phantom sellers who listed item but withdraw or cancelled their listing after they received my payment. At the end, eBay did nothing but told the buyer that you can not get refunds until you return the item which was never shipped.

After being a 99.9% top seller on eBay, they restricted my account and continue to give me the run around after I have submitted everything that they requested of me. Now I am late on my bills and possibly getting kicked out of my place because eBay is showing bias to black male sellers who are growing business on eBay! This is absurd and the government SEC really needs to look into this! I’m honestly on the verge of getting an attorney and escalating against eBay because of the pain and suffering they are causing myself, my children and my business.

Horrible site, horrible greed driven business that allows scammers to steal your money. eBay has become a marketplace for criminals. Don't buy and don't sell on eBay, only winner is eBay itself.

Such a bad experience with Ebay as a seller. Never put your items for sale on Ebay. When you remove your item without being sold, they suddenly come and show some terms and conditions for sellers and charge you money. Very hard to reach support team. No phone support at all.

Ebay is forcing its sellers to drop Paypall. When they do your account is temporarily restricted. To unrestricted you have to provide ID (fair enou) but they also want a utility bill or bank statement. BS! When they restrict, all of your auctions are dumped....wasting your time and the bidders time.

FRAUD Ebay continue to steal money from people by taking it out of their accounts even after signing over to the new agreement where when you've sold something ebay deducts the fees themselves, so PayPal is no longer involved, but after checking my account PayPal has paid ebay £13.61, ebay and PayPal are both FRAUDS and hopefully they'll continue to lose sellers on their platform.

Don't ever buy ink cartridges from ebay as they only have a 30 day return policy, after that your on your own.. Most ink companies have at least a year to return them if they are defective or not compatible... You would not know until you run out of ink and replace it with the purchase you made. Maybe you bought a spare... I bought a ink cartridge 2 1/2 months ago and now I installed it.. Defective, does not work on my Canon as a compatible cartridge, shuts down the printer with a B204 (error cartridge code) cannot use any buttons on the printer.. Ebay said they only guarantee 30 days from purchase.. So what's the point of buying ink from ebay.. They would not even provide me the phone # of that vendor.. Looks like the vendor is from Hong Kong, which was misleading during my purchase... I have contacted the vendor through ebay website and well see what happens.. Never again will I buy ink from ebay.. Buyer beware !!!

eBay supports scam criminal trade. eBay doesn't care about customers and doesn't have responsibility for non-completed trade. If you care about your money you should never buy through eBay. We bought a model kit on eBay and it was said that due to Covid issues the item delivery would be delayed. However, the item was never delivered and when we contacted the eBay customer service they said they do not care. That's the experience we share. This is a set up that supports criminal activity and this should be taken care of by police.

Bought x2 CDs. advised due date 16/4. Seller tells me items delivered 6/4. I take this up with seller. Seller ignores me. After 16/4 I query again. Seller just tells me to contact Royal Mail. It shouldn't be my problem but I contact them anyway. Royal Mail confirm delivery but to the wrong address - you might think Seller claims from Royal mail. But no Seller has sent to a different address and refuses to engage with Royal mail. Royal Mail refuses to engage with me - I am not their customer. Ebay then refuses to refund on the basis that Seller can show 'delivery'. It refuses to ask anything more of the seller. Hey presto my appeal is turned down and no refund. As I lose £5 I have to write it off, along with any further business through ebay - it isn't worth suing for.

Ebay is forcing its sellers to drop Paypall as their bank. We sell in US$, and Ebay is refusing to pay us the money they collect in US $. They are charging us a 3% conversion fee. DO NOT use Ebay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE CORPORATE BULLIES. Also, very bad customer service.
