“I'm a real person and am very disappointed with ebay. It works well until you have a problem then they won't help. In fact, the company they use for delivery has been way more helpful. I will avoid using ebay for any future purchases because of their POOR or should I say NON existent customer service!!!”

“on ebay it is written that i can list up to 1000 free things every month, but when i want to list it says (list with fee). Well, today I was listing an watch for sale, ebay wrote that I had to pay 10% to see a lot of people, + 10% after it was sold, 20% for ebay 🤦🏻‍♀️. I refused to pay for promotion, but my stuff has very few viewers because ebay requires money to display it to more people. more than £ 1 for a list, + 10% for promotion, + 10% after sale. do not use Ebay for sale”

“I have contacted them concerning and order I never received and they do nothing; using the COV-19 as and excuse for bad service I will never order from them again RIP OFF.... “I always select to buy only from the US. That's how I support my country every way I can. So when it brings up sellers that are in the US and located in California, maybe not. The tracking number was sent to me and location is California, I think it's coming from California. After finding USPS traciking numbers sitting idle for weeks I wondered how that happens. Well, When I checked further the sellers main address is China not the US as Ebay lists them. The items are coming from China which explains idle USPS tracking numbers. Hence the idle tracking number and this happened 4 times to me in a couple weeks. I've been tricked. Don't let them trick you. When I mentioned the idle tracking number they will tell you "It has been shipping". The post office must have lost the number or they lost my item I will try and ship again"... this is to buy time!!!. So....When you select you want to buy from the US, you may not be. Check where the actual companies location is not where they want you to believe it is. Clever how Ebay allows these sellers to hide their real identity.”

“I made a purchase on eBay. Several days later the item still did not ship. I contacted the seller asking for tracking info. Several hours later eBay notified me the order was canceled at my request. Seller notified me he could not deliver to my address. Clearly I was not happy. I left a feedback for the seller accordingly. Several days later my feedback was erased from this sellers profile. I don’t think it should be possible to do this unless eBay contacts both party’s. I had to go to amazon and order my item and ended up having to wait much longer to get it. In regards to not being able to ship to my address. In the 12 years on eBay I have had NO issues with shipping to my address that I have been at for 13 years. If you can just have feedback erased then it’s useless to even have feedback”

“I closed my shop due to covid-19. I decided to sell a few things on Ebay to bring in a bit of money (all sold at a loss). I have 100% positive feedback & I just sold an item, buyer paid & Ebay said they would not pay me for 3 weeks!!! I am so angry & shocked. In these times I can not wait that long, the postage cost is all I have in my bank account. I have removed all my items & I will be cancelling my account. I feel very sorry for the buyer that got a great dress for a great price & paid straight away.”

“Stay away from eBay, even one star is way too much for them, these guys are cooperate with their own fraud sellers to cheat the buyers, I contacted eBay today to help resolve a problem with their scam seller and he were laughing on my face.. go to Amazon they have much better customer relation and much better deals, I will never never buy from eBay again.”

“I purchased coil over struts for my car. They blew out within the first 10 miles. They would not help me at all. They suggested I buy it again. yeah ok. Then I post a negative review with pictures. they would not allow me to post. Guess they pick only the positive.”

“Didn’t receive the product ordered and I have been home during the lockdown. Complained and the case was close without any refund. I can’t even appeal. No picture to or evidence of delivery. Bad bad bad services!”

“Full of sneaky seller fees. A month after someone returned a snowboard the bought from me, they charged me 129 in fees like shipping that I had already paid for. By doing this they over drew my bank account putting even more financial strain on my family and I in this hard time. I begged them to return the money but they said their fees were justified. So now it is my mission to discourage anyone from buying it selling on ebay. Delete your accounts before they just take your money straight out of your account.”

“I would even give them one star if I don’t have to customer services is disgusting as much use as a ash tray on a motorbike money back guarantee is BS they don’t care as long as they get they money that all they bothered about if you want to get in touch with customer service learn to speak Indian or get a translator then you might stand a chance but you are probably still wasting your time website is a joke if you have a problem total joke”

“Item was never received the oxygen generator that i bought via ebay not received ..ebay labeled it as received but i haven t received it ...ebay supposed to be a trusted website it s not safe to buy from them ..i paid 200 dollars for nothing..ebay should step in for fraud committed by seller ..to protect the client.aliexpress is better”
