“Be careful. It's worth spending extra money and ordering somewhere else. Just like other reviews, my credit card information was stolen from here as well. They have shaky employees. They charged me for an order that I canceled. They gave the money back and then charged me the money again. Then the Melissa girl had nerve to be in her feelings about me posting a review. I have all the proof and screen shots from my bank where they charged me again!! Some guy named Hector was the second person to charge me. This company is a scam underneath their hair sales. I had to contact them about what was going on with what I bought. Since I never shop online anywhere else other than a few trusted places, guess what Ebonyline? All eyes are on you for purchases elsewhere (BevMo, some FunkoPop type store…) that I never made. These were big buys, too. Did your employee really need that many action figures? What a hassle. “I purchased crochet hair on 7/23. The hair arrived 7/30. I was unable to run to the hair salon the second the hair arrived because I buy hair in advance. My hair was already done. I went to the hair salon on August 26. My hairdresser was not able to use the hair because of the large rubber band that had to be wrapped around 5 times on each piece of hair to tighten. I submitted a request on August 30th to return the hair. I never heard from them. So today, September 16th I am following up and was told I cant return or exchange unopened hair because I had it for several months.
I am a business owner and would never do business this way. Why was my original request never answered? I cannot think of one reason why I cant exchange 5 of the 6 unopened packs of hair. It's apparent they would rather loose customers.
I am appalled by the demeanor of the person I was chatting with.

They lie on the colors, and they find ways to put a disclaimer to protect their mistake or ignorance of colors.
I ordered 2 wigs, 4/27 and 4/30. What I received was 2 black wigs with very little 27 and 30 highlights. I emailed them immediately, and their response was, the colors on our site is just suggestions, yet, they show you the right color that it should be. I then received their email saying that I need to pay the return shipping, and they would charge 20% restocking. When I asked them to clarify, they said that they have already mentioned on their site that the colors are just suggestions. How can you show something on your site as the colors, which are the right colors, and then ship the wrong colors?
STAY AWAY from this company. It will cost you money to buy from them, and they will ship the wrong color to you.”
“I received a wig that was defective. It had a middle closure that was sewn up so high it looked like a ponytail in the middle of the wig with weft showing as the ponytail holder.
I emailed these people over 10 times and used their live chat twice. Both representatives were rude. Told me they didnt get my emails. After verifying the email on the website and the agent by chat they still claimed to not get my emails. Told me my email service was messed up. So I forwarded the message chain and copied 4 people on there and got 3 responses, so the email worked. Their email never returned back an error to me.
They dont have a live phone operator just email and chat. I spent hours trying to plead my case and sent images through the chat all for them to say they would send me an email with the case information and I never got an email.
One of my wigs was nice the other a waste of 40 dollars. I will never ever again buy from them. Customer service is horrible and they scam and are disrespectful and lie.”
“THEE WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!!!! I have never encountered a more poorly trained, unprofessional company in my life!!!!! They’re truly the entire ghetto!!! I was told that all packs of hair weren’t in stock, although I paid for 4 packs of hair. I then told them to issue a refund for the 1 pack of hair they did not have and was told I would receive the refund!!!! I then went to a different company to purchase the one pack of hair they emailed me saying they didn’t have since I needed 4 packs total for my hairstyle. After being told I would be refunded for the one back of hair their unprofessional selves said they didn’t have, I had to email them asking when would first, my order ship, and two, be refunded for the one pack of hair they “didn’t” have. They’ll tell you one thing but of course not follow through with what they tell you they’ll do!!! You have to reach out to them numerous times to get a response. They are so ready to shoot you down without fully reading the email since they don’t take phone calls anymore. They have a cheap minded mentality and I’m sure they’ll never level up since they provide low level service!!!! They don’t value your dollar; only there’s. You speak to a ton of different people and everyone says they’re going to make note of when you need the order and make sure it’s sent out the day they say they’re going to send it, but I had to contact them every time bc they never followed through with what they said they would do. So again, I emailed them bc I had not received confirmation of a refund or a shipment confirmation to asked them where was the tracking info and my refund. I’m then told that they have all of the product in stock and that I won’t receive a refund. Mind you, I’ve already purchased the one pack needed for my hairstyle because I was told they didn’t have it in stock!!! Proper customer service would have known what was in inventory before you tell someone that you do or don’t have the item. My last words to them was to refund me for the pack of hair they did not have. I should have received an email saying they indeed had all packs of hair in stock, but no, I was not updated at all and went to purchase the last pack of hair elsewhere. The untrained woman, (the 5th person I’ve talked to about my order) emails me back saying they have all packs of hair and will be sending me all 4 packs of hair and asked if that was okay. I emailed her back saying no it wasn’t okay because I already purchased the last pack of hair they said they didn’t have and asked AGAIN for a refund for the one pack they didn’t have. This took place at about 420pm. They then tell me it’s nothing else they can do bc the order had already been sent off which was a lie because when I received tracking, the shipment order wasn’t even created until 448pm and the order wasn’t picked up until 509p. So a refund should have been made bc when asked, I told them to refund me. The shipment info had not been created when they told me it was sent off. I can’t even begin to explain how horrible of a company they are. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!! If anything goes wrong, they’ll put it on you!!! They’re too thirsty for a coin and it shows. They’re not understanding or compassionate!!! If I could give them a negative rating I would. They’re not even good enough for a zero star rating.”
“I placed a order for clips. Clip arrived cracked and I sent a request for instructions on how to get a refund. I was told to send an RMA form, which I did with image. I am literally in a back and forth battle with Daejonna D about images not being sent and she cannot see the crack in the clips. I have never in my life had to go back and forth with customer service like this. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed.They just did not want to provide a refund.”

Often times it’s not what you say, but how you say it. They basically tried to threaten me if I looked in contacting the BBB. They also said they didn’t really care about me returning as a customer. Please folks, hear me out, I had no tracking info on my order and I was informed to contact them by a certain date if I had not heard from them. I sent an additional help ticket and the response I got was don’t send extra tickets because we’re all going to tell you the same thing. No help provided. Just that message! The phone number listed doesn’t work. Only chat and email. I don’t know how my product will be yet because....no one seems to know where it’s at.
