“Site was easy to use and find the item I was looking for. Excellent choice of payment methods. Very competitive pricing. A criticism. As a registered customer I received an email stating I had a token for free next day delivery. Check the delivery page. I logged on and it seemed to suggest either 'over £49 or 5 day delivery' for no charge. I googled it and eventually found someone on a forum explaining that it only shows when completing the sale. If I had not checked online I would have assumed it was not available. You need to clarify this better as I feel you must be losing sales ! With so many companies offering free postage, Amazon Prime etc lot of competition out their ! But eventually, best price and free next day delivery for the product I was looking for means another 5 stars for Ebuyer.”

“Ebuyer are good for decent equipment at good prices. Support is through a dreadful e-ticketing system where you get an answer, really slowly and may not be useful. Eventually I got contacted by one of the staff, she was very open honest and helpful - and resolved my issues, it was just a shame the system took so long before real staff could intervene.”

“I have always found eBuyer to be reliable and easy to deal with. Up to now I've never received a faulty product or part nor have I ever wished to return anything under the 14 day distance selling rule so I can't comment on how easy to deal with or fair this company is when such an instance arises. I imagine there would be no problems but obviously I reserve judgement until and unless the occasion arises!”

“Good products, good prices, good quality. Sadly let down by a minor niggle. Promotional emails state 'Free Postage' on products, but when added to basket there is no option for free postage, easy to miss and end up paying for the postage. I now check to make sure there is free postage and don't purchase if there isn't.”

“It's always easy and straightforward to order using eBuyer and they always come in well below what our IT Support providers charge for hardware. I was a little disappointed that after spending £820 on PCs delivery was extra. I know free delivery is sometimes offered but it would be good if it was consistently the case for orders of a certain value. Other than that I can have zero complaints. I have for a long time and will continue to use eBuyer for purchasing both personal and business IT provisions. Kind regards, Andrew”

“another annoying web-site with stupid oversized banners. doesn't like pop-up blockers when ordering, but doesn't mention that during the process, so hangs instead of displaying the VerifiedByVermin dialogue. great pricing and delivery though , makes it bearable. good telephone support staff too,”
