“I've been using ebuyer for a number of years now. I wouldnt say that you receive a personal service however the pricing is usually OK and the products tend to arrive when they should typically. Customer service is typically utilitarian and the returns process is usually generous with full refunds available for any item still in warranty.”

“Lots of glitches with the website tonight. Ok so I had to reset my password, my fault obviously. But then I had to try 3 times before it would proceed further than the page where you enter your new passwords. Then I went to purchase, and it wouldn't but the item in the basket, again I had to try multiple times. Finally I changed the delivery option, and the page would not refresh with the new price... Again had to try multiple times. Don't know what you are up to, but not what I'd expect from a company that specialises in ebuying....”

“Usually has competitive prices, especially if the item has free delivery. I have bought a number of high ticket items over the years (a desktop, two monitors, pc components and peripherals) as well as some miscellaneous items from the daily deals all of which I have not had a problem with. Delivery isn't lightning fast, however it normally arrives within the stated 5 working days. (I have only used their super saver delivery so cannot comment on the more premium delivery options). Overall a good service. If prices were a little cheaper and delivery was free across the board (or they reduced the spend cap) I would put this up to very good.”
