“Have used ebuyer for years. Seldom had a problem but when I have they have sorted it promptly. For me it's a good place to buy if you know what you want before you start, or if you want to see what's out there.”

“Good site with easy to use filters to narrow down your search and you can sort results by price or on customer rating to take advantage of previous experience. Photos and brief descriptions allow for more results on screen and these can be opened up when honing in on a suitable choice. Lower price when compared to leading high street chain as well. Free delivery when you spend more than £50. If this could be lowered to say £30 then it would be very competitive. Would use this company again.”

“I have seen many negative comments on the net about ebuyer, however, in my experience I have never had a problem with the company. Even when I had to return an item due to a fault the whole situation was rectified very quickly, and to my satisfaction. The purchasing experience has always been very easy and to the point, without any undue complications, which makes the whole purchase process very simple. As with any company some people will probably have problems, however, until such a time as I experience a major problem I will still keep using their service.”

“Very good prices and choice of products, but having selected the products I wanted it told me that next day delivery was not available, though all items were in stock and I ordered very early in the morning.”

“Ebuyer send decent emails on offers on products I may be interested in and hence on couple of occasions I have purchased items. Like today being 4th May 2016, received an email and I was quite interested hence purchased the product.”

“Selecting a product is very simple. Love the new Ebuyer Recommends tabs. Checkout process could've been cleaner and simpler but was ok. Don't like the fact that Ebuyer charge for 'quicker' delivery services. I think when you're spending £50 or more delivery should be free and next working day. From previous experience I'm sure all they do is delay despatch if you choose the longer delivery times which is just frustrating for a customer. Overall, happy though, would recommend and will use again.”
