I have spent over 3 hours ordering an item on this website. Admittedly I am 64 and this is the first time I have bought anything from an online supplier. However, I rang up in desperation after 30 minutes, and was told that I could not buy the laptop I wanted over the phone - it had to be via the computer, using the shopping basket icon "at the top right of my screen". I have still to see this phenomenon. After wandering around the website for ages, I eventually did see the word "basket", and was able to load the Asus X551CA (6GB RAM, 1TB HDD) into my basket. I checked my basket, and discovered I had ordered an Asus X551CA (4GB RAM, 500GB HDD). This should have been priced at £279, but instead was priced at £349, the price given for the higher spec computer I wanted. I could find no way of changing my order, so I tried to arrange for an immediate return. Again, wandering around the website eventually brought me to find the info that I hadn't ordered anything after all. The process of ordering second time round was quicker. and I suppose I must have learned the foibles of the website, but I am most unlikely to use this supplier ever again!!!!

Probably the last time I will use Ebuyer. Last order took 3 days on next day and was delivered to home address instead of site. This recent order 3rd attempt and clashing with security checks that are delaying order again. All I want to do is deliver to site address!!!!

Furrion Shredder was advertised to me via email at £29.99 but when I went on site to buy the price was £34.98. I promised my partner I would make the purchase online for her but am now £5 out of pocket. Let's hope the product is worth having when it arrives.

This evening I ordered a Laptop (HP 250 G1) and paid additional postage for next day delivery. This morning I received an email to say the order was cancelled, without any reason given, and that it will be several days before I receive a refund! Very poor communication and considerable inconvenience... Avoid Avoid Avoid

Hi Nigel, I am sorry to hear you feel the communication from Ebuyer has been poor, and I am sorry to hear this matter has caused you inconvenience. Having viewed the order from the reference number provided, I can see an email was sent to you to confirm what the issue was. I can also see you have since spoken to our Customer Support Team who have advised you on this also. The payment for the laptop was never processed by Ebuyer as the order was cancelled before this was taken, so there is not a transaction for us to refund. I ordered a computer on either Saturday or Sunday and due to id checks I still have not been able to receive what I've ordered. Not impressed at all

So much hassle just to purchase an item for delivery. Wanted it delivered under a different name and address to billing but the order confirmation came through with the wrong details, after 20mins trying to register.

it was going ever so well , right up until my card payment which was declined . Even though there is several thousand pounds in the account . So it seems they don't want my money . Not sure if this review will win me an iPad but never mind

I have had to fight this website, it is possibly less difficult than hacking into GCHQ but not a lot, This is my third and final attempt to buy something from this site, Why so difficult?

I just ordered tablet even if was showing 39 item in stock. Paid for 2 and now got email insufficient stock. After my order was 37 items in stock. Typically, Ebuyer will keep my money for couple of days and I will not receive my items

Just had an urgent order reverted back to a quote as the "Verified by Visa" check wasn't completed. It would help if it had asked me. Damned Annoying and inconvenient.

Ordered many products in the past, no problem, but then placed a big order and one part wasn't delivered, contacted ebuyer and they basically called me a lier. Couldn't get my money back and was £30 down the drain...

Spent £550 on computer upgrades to be delivered tuesday. Ebuyer used Yodel as a courier. I took a days holiday to make sure I was in all day for the delivery and watched the door from 7am. At about lunchtime someone put a card through the door saying they were unable to deliver, but nobody had knocked on the door. I phoned Yodel who said they would get the van man to come back and deliver my (heavy) parcel, which I'm guessing he was too lazy to carry. 5pm came and no respone. Phoned Yodel who said they were never going to do that and i had to get to their depot - by 6pm - to collect it, or wait till the next day (when I'd probably get another card). Managed to get to their depot.. who said no, it was impossible to collect same day and they shouldnt have told me that. So it cost me a days holiday, £10 petrol, and a lot of blood pressure and I still dont have what I paid for, Ebuyer have been good in the past but they ARE responsible for who they do the deliveries with. Might go elsewhere next time I spend £500+ if this is what service I get.

I'm a bit angry I had this pop up as on sale £9.99. I went through the whole payment process where it kept saying £9.99. However when I get the email notification I am told that payment has been taken and I have been charged £16.97 with almost £6 shipping that was not mentioned while ordering.

The delivery option you have selected is 2 working days, which is not free I'm afraid. The free delivery option is 5 working days. I love some of the products, but even small items have a very large postage to Northern Ireland. A simple memory stick costs almost £7 to post.
