“Easy to use site, but would be better if you could use PayPal to fully checkout (Ii.e. use PayPal as an API to drag your address details over to the site), or potentially use Apple Pay?”

“Could do with having the option to add a personal reference before paying instead of having to go through the rigmarole of updating the order after everything is complete. I hope they use a decent delivery service because the item I have ordered won't stand too much rattling around in the back of a van and then being thrown down the drive. I'll let you know, assuming this review can be changed by the reviewer (me!) after submission.”

“I have been using Ebuyer since 2004 and with 5 growing children at that time I soon learned how to build PC's and that Ebuyer was the best place to get the necessary components. Prices and choice are usually as keen as anywhere and with a range of delivery options and daily offers on free delivery. Only problem I have ever had that was not resolved satisfactorily was with a new hard drive (Seagate 1TB) bought a couple of years or so ago which turned out to be dead on arrival but EBuyer would not let me return it and redirected me to the Manufacturers who after weeks of messing sent me a replacement which was a 2nd hand repaired item.... I was not happy and having since read the Sale of Goods act won't be falling for that again EBuyer ! That glitch aside I am confident in getting the right deal with EBuyer and will continue to use them.”

“I get emails from Ebuyer and I always welcome them in my inbox as I like to read and keep up and with new products and technology currently available. The best bit is, at the end of an email, there's always an interesting topic which is well worth reading. I have just bought an item for half price - YES ! - and I can't wait to receive it in a day or two. Buying it was so easy and it allowed me to buy via PayPal.”
