“I like shopping on Ebuyer. I find the prices are generally very good, the process is quick and painless. I also, usually go for the free delivery service if available. Even though it states it's a 5 day super saver delivery I quite often get the items within a couple of days. I've never really had any problems with the service either. Although I don't think I've needed to return anything so cannot comment on that side of things. Keep up the good work Ebuyer.”

“The service is good; website is accessible but the only quibble is that when one is told that there is free next day delivery token attached to your account it is not shown on that account. Worse, even when having been told that you have such a token when it comes to the final billing page there is no suggestion of free next day delivery. It takes a leap of faith to press the pay now button to discover that in fact you have not been charged for delivery. If it was on the previous page it would have prevented a pointless call to customer services wasting both their and my time.”

“The range of stock and delivery options are great however when I tried to pay with PayPal the PayPal button simply took me to the PayPal homepage and not to the page where I could make the payment. I simply paid by card instead. Overall I have used Ebuyer for both business and domestic purchases and found them to be excellent with no delivery options. On the occasion that I have required customer service Ebuyer have always been most helpful in resolving issues even when it has been down to customer error!”

“Easy to order from ebuyer, the prices are competitive and the super saver delivery often comes quicker than 5 days. One thing to watch out for - free delivery does not apply on products over 30kg (e.g. large printers etc.)”
