“Good range of IT products and easy to use product reviews. This made it easier to find the exact computer monitor I needed. Prices are competitive, but " free delivery " is a little misleading as it wasn't for next day although it makes it look like free delivery applies to next day. Disappointing to find when decide to buy that there is an extra £10 for next day. re range of products couldn't find any HiFi equipment although there is an area for it, and on camera section there are only cameras and no extra lens types available. Enrolling to become a member kept timing out so possibly adding a little extra time for this would be useful, as well as once completed the form to go into order for a first time visitor rather than having to go around in a circle again. Hope to get tomorrow!”

“I've found my first time experience an easy one with some good reviews backing up first time purchases for someone who hasn't bought PC bits for some years. Having ex-display gear on offer too is fantastic, the savings seem amazing and the amount of kit eBuyer has on offer is so vast that i've also managed to get hold of a really old S-Video connector for some VHS and hold school gaming capturing on my Hauppauge Capture Device. Lets hope my delivery is Friday as im building the PC and testing on Saturday!! Thanks again guys! Steve”

“The only problem I found with buying a product was that I couldn't change the delivery date (and therefore cost). The only way was to empty my basket and start again, otherwise the program would 'remember' my basket + delivery option.”

“I've been using Ebuyer for four or five years now. We are an IT support company and specify and buy on behalf of our customers. They stick to their prices and delivery schedules - both extremely important to us - and, on the hugely rare occasion when there is a problem of any sort, they jump on it with efficiency and tenacity. Can't say fairer than that - use them, you won't regret it.”

“I found the prices at Ebuyer very competitive. It was great to have the option of next day delivery but the price for this service I found to be a bit steep, for example, the price was more expensive when adding a smaller item to the basket. The offer of free delivery when spending over £49 is good but the next day delivery option is not available then. Overall I still think Ebuyer is good value for money.”

“Having spent many months researching what items I wanted for my PC upgrade I found time and again that ebuyer was the cheapest when it came to hardware and very competitive when it came to other items. The user reviews of the products help you make an informed decision and I feel safe buying from a well-established company. The only way this site could get better would be to have a "PC Builder" function allowing you to build you PC and check that they will all work together, fit in the case etc.”

“Great range, decent deals and often very good prices. I keep coming back for slightly less mainstream products and great deals. Once signed up, I have to say I don't like their email marketing (transparent click-baiting, literally "xyz product now just ???" rather than just stating the offer price) and delivery is a little steep.”
