“The opportunity to review my visit to your site was marred by the fact that when I first clicked on the 'write a review' button, the page wouldn't open in Chrome, I had to copy the link and run it from Microsoft iE. Despite that hiccup the site was easy to use and I quickly navigated to the item I was looking for”

“I really like the product I ordered. I have not received it but since it is 90 gsm A4 paper which I really prefer over the 80gsm variety, I am sure it is good and fits my office printing requirement. It is quite tricky though that even if the website says it offers free delivery over orders of £49.99, you will still end up paying the delivery fee because your order would be more than 30kg in weight. So there you go, reduce the weight of your order. Then find something else that you (might) need to add to your order to add value to reach over 49.99. If your order is, say, worth £50 and weighs below 30kg, you get FREE DELIVERY.”

“The promise of ordering before 11.00 pm for next day delivery turned out to be a ball of sand. Ordered and 5.30 pm on Monday and was not given the option of next day delivery the first option being Wednesday. There were some nice 'deal of the week' products which can be viewed when you land on the home web page. There were some items which i might have been tempted to order, however there seemed no way of getting those items displayed again once you have gone on the look for your intended purchase. The free 5 days delivery is a little mean. I realise the prices are keen but why hang on to the goods for a few days after receiving payment and then shipping on a 2 day carrier..... pointless and frustrating for the customer and needless, when other vendors seem able to include next day in their price and still remain competitive. On the plus side, easy to use web site, good product filters allow you to zoom in on what you are looking for rapidly. Good prices not the best but a known and trusted company to deal with.”
