After 48 yrs with edgars it is now a nightmare trying to close a paid up account since rcs is involved. Numerous mails dinge help even with proof of zero balance. I would not recommend anyone to open an account with them.

Bathabile at Kolonnade Edgars branch assit led me. She was very friendly and assist me what I was looking for. Excellent service !

Very very happy customer. I went to Edgar's canal walk to buy the ordinary skin care brand. The gent, his name I think os Lele assisted me. Telling me what to use. How to use the product. Writing down when to use in am or pm etc. Fantastic customer service from him. I started using the products the Friday evening after I bought it. Today is Monday. 3 days I have been using it and I notice a change in my skin. All thanks to Lele.

Not happy about the service I received today I went to do a refund I was told they don't have cash I must come back after an hour I did that after coming standing on a line again for my refund when I get to the cashier she told me they can't refund me I asked why she said she's going to ask the manager after she came back saying no we can't refund you and funny that sneakers 1 was on display and is not the right size for my son so now what must I do with the sneakers that is small and I can't be refunded if I knew Edgar's is 1 of that magulas shop I was not going to buy anything from them and is not the first time buying from Edgar's is hell because everytime you want to return they tell you stories I won't buy to that shop ever again the service is very poor

This is the most useless place to do business with. They took over Edcon accounts and there are no new agreements and suddenly they are charging fees and intrest without consent. They are stealing my money

All I want to to get my elderly mothers account closed because she was made to open club cards and insurance that she did not agree to now the account keeps on accumulating, and there's no adgars I. Hammanskraal anymore, when we call our consultants refuse to speak other languages o that mama can close this thing, what do I do because we settled but if we don't close the Acc it's gonna be 5 million again on Monday, please help

I have purchased online on the 30th of September this year I’m still waiting for my order , the courier company that you sent has delivered my order to the wrong person and I didn’t receive any calls from the courier that I must come and fetch my parcel at the gate how can they give someone my parcel without my concern all I want it’s my money back and they gave it to slino I’m not Slino I’m Refiloe

I have been going to the Edgar's in the financial district for about a year now. Those ladies really take care of their customers. Always friendly and helpful, also have helped me out of a few jams. I'm always their ordering for personal and company events. Everything is always perfect and delicious! Ebony, Khadjah (those are the names I could remember) but all the ladies are great!!!

Been having unknown charges on my account for months now , no help in sore or online …. Extremely disappointed that I must pay my pension money to a “reputable company “ that’s only there to scam people

J.N Ndlovu I pay Edgar's account up to the last cent in 2022. In 2024 Edgar's claim that I owe them I explained to different consultant who where very rude and unprofessional and now my is the debt collectors they said I owe insurance that I hope that if you don't pay an insurance it should lapse. Edgar's insurance it does not lapse but it accumulate I advise people they should stop insuring anything with Edgar's I'm so disappointed!!!

I ordered a duvet inner from edgars.when i opened it was torn and i lodged a complain with the customer service. They just ignored me. So disappointed

Today the 28 of December 2023,me and my daughter went to Edgar's Chatsworth to open an account.A thin Indian lady came after waiting for about 10minutes and asked what we want...told her we want to open an account.She told us that the person who is opening accounts is not on duty and she doesn't know when will they be back to work We had to just go away because there was no assistance.I asked her how is that possible,Soo unprofessional🤔😡😡Is it how Edgar's operates.I need an answer...and I'm Soo furious

Bought several items online. Did not deliver two items but charged my account. Then credited the one item and after more than a month no credit for the second item. They also delivered Pierre Cardin tekkies that I have not ordered. I notified them of all the mistakes and yes the tekkies they come to fetch but still no credit for the item not received. And I have contacted them several times

My name is Lorraine and I’m disgusted and unsatisfied with my account that I have had for over 30 years with no complaints until recently. I have been asking questions through different consultants and they have no answers to my questions. How possible that my credit it can be 28000,00 while I qualified for 7000? Who authorized 28000,00 without my permission? I still have no answers because I have been paying since and to my surprise the debt it never reduces instead it goes up. My last purchase was on 2016 of a phone that’s worth 3400? How did you come up with 28000,00 when I have agreement with Edgars of R7000 in 2016? How do you exceed our agreement without my consent? Then Edgards have the nerve to put me on collection after one of the consultants promised to write off that debt?

If there was an option to give this zero star I would have gone for it This store is a total scam I've settle my account time and time again but they get to charge for services which I went to the store and canceled. But still charge me for them! Edgar I trash!

bought an item online and I haven't received any email confirmation of my purchase but my money has already left my bank account. Tried contacting customer service but the agent was not helpful at all. she said I should contact head office. At this point I want a refund

Returns l bought staff online and the size was a bit big and l wanted to do an exchange l was told to wait within 2to4 days the driver will come and collect and guess what only to get a call on the 24th of August one the customer agent said we only noticed that the driver did not come to do a pick up etc . She called me after 3 weeks . I had a bad experience with your online service poor communication and coordination.
