“We are a corporate company that orders arrangements all the time for our employees for different occasions. I recently ordered an arrangement that cost $93.48 and I was surprised at how it looked, very sloppily arranged and fruit was not very fresh. It did not look like the picture on their website, I don't expect them to all be arranged in the exact same order but at least put the fruits that are shown in the arrangement in the one you are making and arrange it as close as possible!!! I called the store and asked for the manager and of course they were not there and I never got a return call. This was at Edible Arrangements - 1426 520 Commack Rd Deer Park, NY 11729 - SHAME ON YOU!! You don't run a business this way, I will not order from Edible anymore- will be trying Fruitbouquets.com next time!!”

“I have order an arrangement for my mom’s birthday and when it arrived she opens it amd notices that the fruits were not fresh. Strawberries had black spots on them and the melon and cantalope had no taste to it. Really poor quality.
We contact customer service few times and kept getting different excuses . A week pass and we still waiting to hear from them like they have promised.
I will never going to order from them again and differently will tell everyone I know not to order from them.”
“Ordered from the Denton TX location, for a local delivery. It was for a 90th birthday. Their tracking system said it was delivered, but when I checked with the recipient 2 days later - nothing. Called the office, and they said oh, recipient wasn't home...so should we try again? I thought that was a good idea!
No initiative, no apology. But they did charge up-front obviously.”

“To whom it may concern,
I write this message with a heavy unsatisfied heart because this is not a WOW moment. I ordered a beautiful birthday edible arrangement and personal sized cheesecake for my boss's birthday on Feb 22, to be delivered on Feb 26. Although the order was delivered on Feb 26, to my dismay,it was only partially delivered. The cheesecake was missing. This was an important part of the order because my boss can only have cheesecake once a year and he was going to indulge for his birthday. As soon as I was notified that the cheesecake was not delivered with the edible arrangement, I immediately contacted the store. They were very gracious and stated they would redeliver the following day, Feb 27, and they did. However, the disappointment only continues. Instead of a cheesecake, there was a personal sized cupcake. I sincerely appreciate the redeliver and assistance to resolve the 1st order mistake but now my boss is still without cheesecake. Thank you for trying to fix the order. I hope in the future, should I attempt to place another order, I will not be let down. Thank you again.”
“I think it’s a neat idea so decided to try them for the first time and send them to my husband’ hotel as a special pick-me-up when he’s been so stressed out at work. Well the fruit flowers didn’t arrive and no one contacted me. I found out they didn’t arrive because I had to ruin the surprise and ask my husband about it. So I called them this morning (yeah I called THEM, no one contacted me) and they said they can refund me 50% and if I still want them I can order again. HUH??? I’m paying 50% for a product that didn’t arrive??? No way. So I told them no I want a full refund and am not interested in the flowers anymore. They couldn’t give me a full refund! So I ask for a manager and was told they’ll get back to me later. Meanwhile I write on their FB about my experience and it took them 20 seconds to ban me from commenting, yet no one got back to my private message, emails, phone calls yesterday? Hmmmmmmmm. Anyways, once they called me back they said they still can only refund 50% and as a courtesy this one time, they’ll still deliver. Funny thing is, I told them I don’t want them anymore for good reason - my husband won’t be in that hotel anymore! What a joke. I guess the hotel staff can enjoy this overpriced treat. They lost my business forever, which is such a shame because I was planning to order some for my moms bday next week but now I know to look for something else and to stay clear of this company forever!”
