“If you want high quality diamonds and jewelry, but don't want to hurt your pockets, I would definitely suggest Edwin Novel Jewelry! They have a wide selection of gorgeous pieces to choose from. At first, you would think these diamonds must be fake because the price is too good to be true. But I received my item with an appraisal card and it was definitely 100% natural. “I was referred to Edwin Novel's site by a close coworker of mine because she overheard I wanted to buy a new pair of earrings for myself. I went online and purchased these gorgeous radiant cut diamond studs. When they arrived, I automatically tried them on and fell in love. However, I realized that the push-back backings were making my ear lobes a bit irritated. I called in & an agent answered immediately. I explained to her my concern and she was very empathetic to my situation. She guided me on how to do an exchange and upgrade to get push-lock backings (for a fee, but totally worth it) instead. I sent in my studs back and I was notified they had received them and were processing my order. The time frame was incredibly quick and in no time, I received my earrings back! They were much more comfortable than the originals and I couldn't be happier!!!!!!”

“I completely forgot my 10 year anniversary with my wife was approaching and I had not purchased a gift yet. I was searching diligently for some unique ideas when this website appeared. I was curious to see what type of products Edwin offered and believe me when I tell you, I was pleasantly surprised! They had a wide range of beautiful, UNIQUE pieces. I, myself, fell in love with a gorgeous white gold, three-diamond ring that I was sure my wife would love, too. Rest assure, once she opened it up, she cried tears of happiness! I will definitely be returning!!”

“Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Way better than I ever expected! It took longer than anticipated to create a special ring, but it just knocked my wife off her feet. Perfect fit, finish and sparkle. Two and a half carats of joy. It was worth the wait. Her first reaction: "I never saw that coming!" She won't take it off! A happy wife means a happy life!”

“My lovely fiancé purchased my ring here and when it came it was with the traditional prongs, but I wanted the claw prongs that the stock ring had but I did not express this to them at that time as I didn't realize they had to make the prongs and that is part of setting the stone. They were able to switch it to the claw like prongs in a jiffy which shows they really treat their customer service as a top priority. Helped us pick out the right band, and stone, and they guaranteed the prongs would be switched out in a timely fashion. I don't know the goldsmith’s or the setters name or the other people who helped but they were also great. I love the product and am glad they really care about the wants of their clients.”

“The great thing about them is that you don’t really have to know much about diamonds to know what you are purchasing is right for you. No need to request for pricing, and or quote like other websites ask you to do. Everything you need to know is on the page, and if that’s not cutting it for you, then you can call them during business hours. Can’t recommend this company enough, been a customer since 2016 and has been racking credit ever since. Thank you.”

“Perfect, absolutely! The hubby loves the ring. Fitting is on point, and communication with clean casting was good. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a quality ring at an affordable price. Made the right choice choosing them as our jewelry provider. Engraving services was a huge plus. “I get more compliments on my earrings. My girlfriend thought they were over-priced but everyone seems to love them. You can wear them with a fancy outfit or during the day. What's funny is I could not find them on other websites. I was looking to see if they came in any other colors but found none. The picture is accurate and they do look like that so I am very pleased with my purchase.”

“Definite get! I bought a personalized pendant, amazingly great quality, thick & shiny - what real gold is supposed to feel and look like. I haven’t noticed anything bad plus on top of that, there’s a lifetime warranty slapped with the item.”
