“Worst company I have ever dealt with! Their customer service is appuling. They have charged me for two line (£95+pm) due to a technical issue which they promise to fix but still haven't resolved. Stay away from this dreadful company. I have spent hours on the phone with them trying to sort out errors they have caused!”
“Hemel Hempstead EE branch run by a guy called Dylan are a waste of shop space
I asked for help with a faulty sim, Dylan said he would talk to us without sight of a passport or driving license to verify identity. Apparently nothing else would do !, strange how EE customer service on the phone can do it without those documents.
Total jobsworth, appalling advert for EE, rude and unhelpful, avoid this shop”
“7 months for fibre broadband to be installed. 3 appointments booked with no engineer turning up. Endless waiting on the phone. Promised call backs by a manager that don't happen. Even confirmed a date with me by text and e mail that was different to the one they gave the engineer.
The only company I know that makes brexit seem well organised.”
“Long list of issues. Poor phone signal. Long waits to speak to EE. Passed around with everyone telling a different story. Allowed my daughter to upgrade and add her boyfriend without my permission. She only wanted her own contract and that's how they did if you her! Trying sort that mess is a nightmare”
“EE have been allowing scam charges o my account for 2 years. They have known about the snack-games.con scam for 4 years but still allow them to bill money which Ee take and give to them!!
EE refuse to refund any money and state that my 14 year old daughter set up the contract and confirmed it.”
“Cutting a long story short EE cancelled my SIM in (human) error. This means my phone was a brick whilst one week into a two week holiday in Portugal.
So now they have an unhappy customer who can't use their service (and I have a large business to run).
The madness of their customer service is they are completely restricted on the resolutions they can provide including not being able to send SIMs anywhere but within the UK.
The only thing they could do was offer me a £70 credit which is more money than it would cost to send me a new SIM in Portugal.
So now they have an unhappy customer and they're out of pocket...
Complete madness.”
“I am moving to another company due to
The worst ever customer care , they mucked up all my settings on their instructions promised over and over
To give me a call back from a manager
And just let the phone ring for no
Length of time , no way to get
Help from them at alone whole day
Of wasted time , l am definitely switching to another net work”
“I took a contract of iphone with ee.I canceled it immediately, I had subscribed Apple ITunes which was to be cancelled when I cancelled the contruct immediately.
I just realised they prescribed automatic direct payment which I wasn't away.
How do I cancelled and get back my refunds?”
“This network is a shame. They are liars. The reason for I have joined this network was I can use the allowance of the plan on my watch as well. I was told it costs £7/month. But they have charged me £13.06 and they told they have to charge this amount every month because apparently they charge one month in advance or something like that. Liars!!! I have waste 40 minutes on phone for this!!!”
“Ghosted by EE. They told me they would ignore my requests for help. The one promise they kept.
Silleee Meee. I am with EEeee. Nearly out of contract. 17Mb is what you can expect. Run, run for the hills! Don't stop until you are out of earshot of their fake claims.”
“I used EE's Trade-in Scheme to upgrade my phone recently and they had no records of it arriving. I had my returns package posted to an old flat, I asked them to resend it (not something you'd do if you weren't going to send it) and when they said it didn't arrive I reached out to them immediately.
I spoke with a web agent who said that the fee would be waived, at which point I got rid of all the tracking details I had for the package as I thought the matter was closed. They then took £650 out of bank 2 months later and said the other agent shouldn't have said it and because I had no tracking info (which I got rid of when I was told the case was closed) there was nothing they could do.
EE have bankrupted me after all my other bills for a full month and I have no way to survive because they led me to believe that the case was closed and decided on their own without telling me that it was reopened.
I've been with EE for 5 years and cannot explain how much they've screwed me.”
“Hello, what can i say,i contacted e.e. yesterday and spoke to a wonderful e.e. colleague Nicola.
Nicola helped me with my problem and made me feel like a
valued customer. After 25 years as a customer i know e.e. are one of the best companies to deal with.Paul.”
“Ee used to be good I've been customer since it was t mobile went into store today about my phone packing up salesman tried to make me pay more for my broadband I only went in about my phone he said I would have to pay £85 as my contract had 3 months remaining I found staff only want you to pay more very disappointed will be switching as so as possible”
“pathetic service, charged me for double amount for upgrading my contract. My monthly bill was the new contract amount and my last usage amount. So if I am paying for new plan and using data + calls with that plan, then why do I have to pay for old plan as I am not using the data and calls on previous plan. All I will say is stay away from EE as far as you can. :(”
