Really happy with call centre as what I needed was done in 5 mins and I could fully under stand the person on the phone. unlike 3 company which I left took over 2 hours of phone calls to people that couldn't really understand me and vis versa. Not even started using my phone yet and already happy”

“I recently went into our EE shop in Leek Staffs to upgrade my phone. I have always received excellent service from the staff here and this visit was no exception. As one of the older generation having a new phone to contend with can be quite daunting, but the customer assistant Sam made it a trouble free experience by patiently demonstrating the phone’s features to me, transferring the information from my old phone and making me feel totally at ease. She is very knowledgable and shows an aptitude for dealing with customers which leaves them completely satisfied when they go out of the shop,. She and the other staff at this shop are an asset to the company.”

“I was really sceptical about joining EE when I was first looking for a new contract phone but I got offered a really good deal, a a top of the range Samsung smartphone which I requested so I thought I would give them a try . Wow !!!! I am so glad that I did. I had a little problem when I first joined but it got sorted out by a very nice customer service lady . She was so lovely and very very helpful. “I have been with other broadband company's talktalk and loads of others with all there promises talktalk are the worst I have been with avoid them at all costs I have the internet and the landline all week and weekend calls international calls with ee and it costs me £38.with the discount I get it for £23 pounds and it never rises and have given me a an extra on my mobile sim card contract for no cost at all but don't need it because I haven't got that type of phone so I cant fault them in any way have been with for 4years know and should be a sky full of stars from a very pleased Charles best”
“I called regards to a inquiry related to a tariff package which I could not change from the phone, called EE and it was nice to speak with an agent, he was very helpful and transfered me to the technical team they sorted the issue out straight away and changed the package even when I was holding on to get through they kept me updated are all times, good service.”
