“I don't know there isn't a terrible no star rating because even the one star is too much for them. Everything about EE is absolute rubbish. Their internet connection is very non reliable and their staff are very rude and ignorant. I am a former EE costumer and i would never EVER recommend anyone to join them because you will be paying for no reason because half the time your internet is hardly there and when you contact them they sound like they know what they are doing when actually they are wasting your time. No matter how good a deal they off you DON'T i repeat DO NOT fall for it because not all that glitters is gold. After a while you will see the cons of the deal. I can not believe i left talktalk to join these people.”
“My contract runs out on the 31st of October 2016,my phone packed in on Monday the 24th Of october,the store at ocean terminal wanted 40 pounds off me to give me an early upgrade,for a week,bye bye”

I have been given somebodys personal information which is discusting in its self but when the information was brought to light it was not even rectified by your self untill i chased it 3 times

“I travel across several counties with my work. These include Drbyshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire. EE mobile coverage is abysmal. Over the past few weeks I have rarely had above 1 or 2 bars of signal. Often none. Calls when you can make them regularly drop. Even if you are connected via a signal booster they drop. Even if you park on top of a hill in full view of an EE mast often there is no signal. Most of my customers across the UK, mostly in rural area have the same problem. To sum up EE is quite simply not fit for purpose.”
“I wanted a phone and a new contract and as I was with ee and their predecessors for about 20 years I did not forsee a problem.The staff at Notting Hil shop signed me up for a contract and then at end produced free dongle and a hands free car kit which were unwanted and not needed by me.At first I thought I would give them away but on seeing my first bill I realised that they had seperate simsand numbers but shared my data so I could not even give them away.I can only assume they foisted this so called deal on me to get extra commission for themselves.I complained in the shop but the manager was completely unhelpful.His manner was so condescending and he walked away in the middle of our conversation.
I am so disappointed in this company because my previous experiences with them had been generally positive.They have definitely lost my custom in future and I would advise people to be very wary of them.”
“The customer service at the EE shop in Festival Place Basingstoke is appauling. The assistant by name Ursula, gave the wrong Imei number for my phone and sent it to the repair center on the 14th of September. After several phone calls to the shop to find out about the progress I found on the repair site that the case was closed! which was surprising as I did not receive any text or email regarding this. When I went in to the store, this time, the Deputy Manager, Blake took the case and said, he will send it with the correct imei number and I will have the phone back in two weeks time!! after 15 days, no news. When we went into the shop to find out, this time the person, seemed absolutely disinterested in our matter and said, you will get a text. I cant do anything!! Now we received a bill for £265.78 to replace a part!! I was told by Apple that since its under the two years EU warranty, EE will be able to help. The repair center person was so rude. when I asked him to explain the fault, he kept saying there is a crack on the screen- which Apple had checked and said that the crack has nothing to do with the problem- he flatly refused to explain anything to me- but kept badgering for me to pay up. All I asked him was to explain the fault- he kept saying he wont!! I have been with out a phone for the last 1 month. EE has shown no concern or commitment to me as a customer of 15 years!!! Time to say good bye to the worst provider Ever in the history of Network and Broadband.

“Absolute con artists. Very unhelpful staff and just an awful company in general. Please please take your money elsewhere and save yourself stress and being left without a phone for months if it develops a problem (in my case they sell it without an IMEI number on the inside, and water damage for a waterproof phone) Left paying a contract for £44 a month that we cannot use. No update on anything, spent about £30 at least and easily 5-10 hours on hold and contacting them for an update.”
“every month , when i try to top up by either credit card or debit card , they wont put the charge through . i checked with the bank and they say the problem ISNT their end . its EE
So what gives.....? i phoned customer unservice several times to no avail......”
“I was sold a phone in an EE shop as waterproof and subsequently found out it was not when I looked up its specifications on the web. Very disappointed and the sales assistant said he had worked there for 5 years. How incompetent!”
“I was experiencing some problems with my EE pay as you go pack, so I called up and was passed straight on to the relevant person. I was later quickly passed on to some one more capable of helping me. This pass over was quick and easy. My problem was resolved really quickly and stress free. Also I really liked how they explained what was happening and what they were doing as it made me feel more secure. They gave me a full refund apologised and were just overall very polite. I was so happy and would definitely recommend! Thank you EE! XX”
“PHONE MISSELLING SCANDAL- When my son went to buy a phone from their partner CPW, EE carried out a credit search and issued him a phone with no contract details. I later realised that they have charged the phone to my EE account and not my son. Complained about the mis-selling practice and seem to be getting nowhere. They seem to be sending me on a merry-go-round with no resolution. Complain about phone signal dropping halfwat through the call did not resolve anything. IT IS BEST TO AVOID THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BARRED FROM TRADING IN THE UK.”
“Everything. Ironically EE claim to offer the best signal reception across the UK (certainty not the case). In store wise, customer service is atrocious, forever understaffed and the staff themselves can barely function on their own which is most of the time. To top it all off they tell you to ring in to book an appointment on their store landline phone. Well I wouldn't bother I rang 8 times within two hours and no answer...”
“Cant get a decent phone signal. - not everyone is interested in 4g as i use my phone as a phone and would expect to get a signal so i can do. At least 80% of time i lose signal mid call which is a total waste of time and frustrating if call is important”
“Only 1 star because there inst a minus 100 option, Ordered ee standard broadband about 6 weeks ago took 3 wks for them to install it on the 29 july 2016 its now 21st of august 2016 and although they took the first payment £57 on the 18th july 2016 i still have poor connection if any at all promised speed around 8mbps - 12mbps max 17mbps actually getting 0.5mbps - 2.6mbps max, i cant play a 2min facebook video takes a decade to even load youtube, when it does load bufferface! As mr kevin bacon would call is about all the service you get. Numerous phone calls to customer service and told fault on line issue and then its was router isssue then line issue booked day off work for initial install they turnred up at 5:30pm waste of a day off arranged for someone to be at my property for them to fix issue still not resolved!, i was told on numerous occations i would be callled back and left hagging for hours still no call back, ohh but they took a whooping whole £9 off my next bill a good will gesture (more of an insult to my inteligence) although i havent had any service so far and have already forked out £57 for my headache, i will say they are pleasent enough to talk too on the phone full of reassuring words and promises, but enough hot air now EE!!! you had your time and my patiance and havent come through on anything you promised, i called to cancel today and was told call back tommorow so i cant wait untill tommorow when i can finally put this bad experience to bed, next time ee dont tell your customer what you can do, SHOW THEM!!!!!!”
“Well . I have been with EE since 2 years and I have got 2 contracts . One of them finshed last month so I called and I gave a month notice thats I am leaving coz the poor costumer service so the guy who answered said your contract finsh 21 of Aug. I called yesterday to get the pac word to take my number to the new provider and the new guy said you need to give a notice .and I said well I did give it last month. And he said nothing here in the system. I have to wait now another month and pay another bill”
